Cebu: hotel popolari con vista mare, trova i prezzi più bassi

Ha avuto un soggiorno molto bello in questo hotel. La stanza era ok per il prezzo che ho pagato. L'hotel era decente. E 'connesso a un Mall, molto conveniente soprattutto la macchina ATM vicino all'ingresso dell'hotel. Non male affatto. Speciale attenzione alla signora Gracyl Ann, la direttrice di prenotazioni, che ha lasciato il suo modo di aiutarmi con le mie situazioni di prenotazione. Era molto utile e attenta. Lo apprezzo davvero. Amo anche i cacciatori al Lobby Hotel. Un po' turbato con il personale del colazione che non era stato molto utile con i miei ordini di colazione. Forse anche i canali televisivi in camera potrebbero avere anche canali internazionali/inglese per noi stranieri di godere durante il nostro soggiorno qui. Fornire anche caricatori aggiuntivi per telefono/dispositivo solo in caso ci siano ospiti che hanno dimenticato di portare i loro cavi di carica come me 😅In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno. Se torno a Cebu, non m'importa di rimanere qui di nuovo 😊

During our stay NO HOT WATER! We were moved 3 times on different rooms. The first room they gave us was occupied. The 2nd room no waters coming out in the shower and the tap then you can see the floor looks very dirty (waited until midnight to be moved on different room). The 3rd room was a bit better but the shower drainage doesn't work properly. Very old building and lots of construction happening inside. All in all, wasn't happen during our stay. Not recommended!

The hotel is located near restaurants. You just have to walk for a few minutes. It was easy to book a taxi from the hotel. We haven’t tried their foods. The service was okay. The staffs were friendly and very nice. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel. There was just no blower.

We enjoyed our stay in Marco Polo Hotel. The room is always clean and its very spacious. The airconditioning unjt is also good... My daughter loves the pool she enjoyed swimming! The staff are very polite and accommodating. We would love to stay there when we go back to cebu next time.

Located right beside SM City Mall with a side stairs that closed at 12am. There is Starbucks there also ! The shower water taste ok unlike another resort I stayed which is salty. Hotel in the middle of everything like mall / clubs / restaurants. Recommend it. Cons: called for room service at 10pm but take a long time to pick up. Also take some time to send up the stuffs we requested for. Also the toilet flush is very weak so I wouldn’t recommend you to throw any tissue in. Oh ya and there is a 7-11 nearby maybe 5-6 mins walk but I think it’s abit scammy. Only can paid by cash and also 1 night when I only have limited cash while the staff scanned the items. He told me I cannot remove the item or else he have to pay with his own pocket money ??? And told us to withdraw money. So we withdraw and paid and I even confirmed with the hotel staff, they told me the cashier can just remove the item in the system and do not need to use their own pocket money to cover.

All bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel. Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold. Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath. Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm) Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this. Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks. I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction. The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance. Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels. The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a ****** player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk. The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay. Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect. Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

Perfetto Stay – Altamente raccomandato! Sono rimasto in questo appartamento per 4 notti, ed era assolutamente perfetto! Tutto era pulito senza spot e sentivo di nuovo. L'appartamento aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno per la vita quotidiana, e la cucina era completamente attrezzata, rendendo facile cucinare. Uno dei punti di vista era il proiettore. Ha funzionato senza problemi e ha fatto una grande esperienza di guardare film. La connessione a Internet era stabile e veloce, che era importante per me. Il bagno era anche moderno e ben mantenuto. Un enorme plus è stato l'ospite – che è stato incredibilmente responsabile, sempre utile, e ha persino lasciato il suo modo di aiutare a trovare altri alloggi. Questo livello di dedizione è raro da trovare! Posso consigliare molto questo posto e sarei sicuramente rimasto qui!
