The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

個人覺得在索倫託住的性價比最高的酒店，價格很合適，小陽台的窗景簡直一流，太喜歡在這看日出了！ 酒店就在懸崖上，需要自駕或者搭乘酒店接駁車才能上去。需要注意酒店接駁班次，非常準時，如果錯過的話，沒有開車的話，交通會比較麻煩。 缺點是這邊房間隔音不太行，很容易聽到隔壁家聊天的聲音。

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fantastic staff and service. Went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Views, pool and restaurant are fantastic. Taxi is €25/30 to get to the marina but other than that super great location up in the hills!!

Questo hotel era molto pulito e in un'ottima posizione. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla biglietteria e dall'ingresso di Pompei, nonché dalla fermata dell'autobus per il Vesuvio. Anche la stazione ferroviaria è raggiungibile a piedi. La colazione non è ampia, ma è di alta qualità e deliziosa. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, il che lo rende molto comodo.

Josie alla reception è stata fantastica: cordiale, disponibile e veloce nell'aiutarmi con le prenotazioni per la cena e persino nell'organizzare uno spazio tranquillo per la mia riunione mattutina. Vincenzo al ristorante ci ha portato un'energia incredibile ogni mattina e si è sempre assicurato che avessimo un tavolo con una vista fantastica. La nostra camera era pulita, silenziosa, confortevole e aveva una vista incantevole. La doccia era fantastica. La TV era un po' piccola e datata, ma onestamente non è stato un grosso problema. Nel complesso, ci siamo sentiti molto benvenuti e ben accuditi. Altamente raccomandato.
