Sud Africa: hotel con bar nella provincia di Capo Occidentale

The room looked a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. However, in the last 2 nights of my stay, the key card somehow did not register me as a guest which resulted in me having to go down to the reception to reactivate the card which was inconvenient, especially since I had already booked these 2 nights. Please also note that the hotel takes a deposit of 200 rands per night and it should be paid in cash which was a bummer since Cape Town was the last stop in my trip and I didn't have that much cash anymore and I won't want to withdraw just for this. Unfortunately, it seems that cash is the only way to go since other payment methods will result in losses. I ended up using my credit card to pay this deposit where they charged my card instead of placing a hold. When I checked out, they asked for all my card details including CVV to process the refund. Unfortunately, a month later, I still did not receive a refund on my card. It took another month before I got the refund via bank transfer. To my horror, I received 32% less because this was charged by the hotel's bank. The hotel stated that the hotel does not bear the transfer cost and claimed that my card did not work when they attempted to refund. However, the attempt to refund to my card was never mentioned in my e-mail correspondences. In conclusion, the hotel room is generally pleasant to stay in but avoid using your card to pay the deposit to avoid the above problems.

Le luci nella stanza non funzionavano, l’oscuro era a metà strada e non era chiuso, il che significava dover sedersi nel buio perché un altro può vederlo. Sono sceso e ho parlato con il ricevitore (maschio) e ha detto che dovevo aspettare nella mia stanza e qualcuno sarebbe venuto a aiutare, ma nessuno è venuto. Mi piace prenotare in questo posto, ma l'esperienza recente mi farà pensare due volte.

L'hotel è situato proprio accanto a dove si prende il ”Hop on Hop off bus” che è molto bene. È tra ”Green Market Square” e la strada ”Long Street” In questa piazza si mettono da tempo i punti di vendita artigianali. Ho letto lamentele sul rumore al mattino quando montano i posti (poiché devono montare presto e smontare a partire dalle 5 pm) ma non è in realtà fastidioso. Ho avuto una cattiva esperienza, perché alle 7:00 sono stato rubato in strada tra l'hotel e la chiesa che dà alla Plaza. Mi hanno rubato il mio telefono cellulare. Ci sono molte persone che chiedono di comprare loro cibo o di dar loro cibo, siate molto attenti. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e servizio. Le camere sono di base. Il letto è comodo, il bagno è un po' stretto, non molto comodo. Il giorno del mio check-out non c'era nessuno nella reception dell'hotel a servizio. Erano le 5:50 am. C'era un gruppo che arrivava per fare il check-in, ma non c'era peso in reception per rispondere a loro. La piscina è piccola, è sul lato, ma la zona è davvero molto piccola. Il ginnastica conta con il basso. La colazione è corretta, frutta, uova, tagli freddi, formaggi, pane e cereali. Puoi sederti sulla terrazza o all'interno. Anche il pane senza glutine a richiesta.

Il soggiorno era brillante .... Non posso lamentarmi di niente ... Amichevole personale e grande servizio dal momento in cui cammini fino al momento in cui lascia ..... La disponibilità del personale che è nelle stanze per aiutarti è grande ... Non che sia mai venuto a questo punto ... Dove doveva contattarli tardi nite ... Servizio brillante che è certamente il mio nuovo punto di uscita da casa.

Nice hotel located in the city center near supermarket..kfc ..Mcdo and pharmacy..nice food and the staff are amazing always smiling and helpful..the only thing that was disturbing at night we could hear the noise outside from the road even of we were on the 14th floor..overall was a cery nice hotel, we were there for 5 nights and extended our stay for 4 more nights.☺️

Прекрасный хостел в центре Кейптауна. Внутри безопасно, хорошие сотрудники и хорошие постояльцы. Чисто. Завтраки отличные (с 7:40 до 10:00, цена включена в проживание) - на выбор предоставляется 6 вариантов (два варианта подходят для вегетарианцев). Очень вкусно. Кофе, чай, сок. Из минусов: район кишит попрошайками и **************. Нет кухни. Нет кулеров с питьевой водой. Из плюсов: в 1 минуте пешком находится офис Citysightseeing.

房間還不錯～ 體重大的人可能會覺得牀板不太紮實～ 部分房間插座有壞掉的～ 酒店不提供牙刷牙膏、一次性拖鞋！！！ 去年的早餐千篇一律沒有變化，今年再去有進步，雖然依然不能滿足中國胃，好歹是有一些變化的～ 下一次還是會推薦，因為風景無敵～～

This place is absolutely amazing! If you're planning to take the City Sightseeing bus in Cape Town, you must stay here—there's a stop right in front! The location is spotless, with a stunning ocean view in front and Lion’s Head right behind you. Personally, the breakfast here was outstanding. It gave me a sense of peace and comfort that even luxury hotels rarely provide. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to stay for over a month!
