From the minute we arrived we felt relaxed, we were so well looked after and made to feel so special. The resort is kept immaculate and everywhere you look are beautiful little details, which we loved! All of the gardens were beautifully well established, the pool was so relaxing and it felt so peaceful and quiet throughout the whole resort. It only took us about 8 minutes to walk into the centre of town and if we didn't feel like walking they provided free transport and pick ups to and from town. Finally Juni and the rest of the staff were incredible, they greeted you by name and were always wanting to go above and beyond to make our stay so special. I rarely say I want to go back to the same hotel twice, but this is an exception- we will most definitely be back to stay on our next trip! Thank you!

Rouge is placed in a great location within walking distance to most sights and shopping in Ubud. It does need to review its description as it is inaccurate. For example, there is no mini fridge in the villa, there is no TV in the villa or onsite spa/massage facilities. It needs to consider what facilities make things more comfortable for its guests such as having a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities which have become the norm in most hotels. I was in Bali and Gilli T for three weeks and the Rouge was the only hotel that I stayed in with no hot drinks-making facilities and no mini fridge! The room configuration also needs attention as the light switches are too far from the bed so you have to get out of bed to switch the lights off especially inconvenient if you had been reading and are about to go to sleep! Nevertheless, the staff could not do enough for you and they made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Try their onsite restaurant, their sushi is amazing and you might get to meet one of the owners who came to say hello to me. Live music is currently only twice a week, I saw this once and it was an enjoyable Jazz duo. I ordered their sushi on three occasions and all three were exquisite and I could not fault its taste or value for money! There is a lovely spa about 3 minutes walk which offers good treatments, and also a lovely rock restaurant and bar, which offer lovely and good value Balinese meals.

Grande personale e giardini favolosi. Per la notte quando la musica inizia nel bar, al contrario di un'altra storia. Per noi è proprio ciò che Ubud non ha bisogno in quel luogo, perché, a nostro avviso, non si dovrebbe mai permettere che accada dove si trova. La posizione di Samhita è grande, molti posti per mangiare/bevare e un buon mini mart opposto per bevande e snack. Se mai tornassimo a Ubud, che questa volta trovavamo molto diverso da anni precedenti, ci sarebbe certamente prenotato una stanza dietro la proprietà, anche se la musica ci fosse, ma non tanto forte quanto prima. La colazione è OK, ma fondamentale, che è buona. La pulizia era buona con acqua in bottiglia fornita ogni giorno. La piscina avrebbe potuto essere più pulita con le alghe crescendo alla fine più profonda. Penso che la musica in diretta non sarà buona a lungo termine per tutti i posti intorno al bar, tra cui Samhita. Una vera vergogna come ha tutto quello che hai bisogno in prossimità. Grazie ancora, ma lo faremo pensare molto prima di tornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti, mentre usavamo Ubud come centro di esplorazione della parte settentrionale dell'isola.L'hotel è in una posizione ideale per ristoranti e bar a Ubud. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita con le comodità che si aspettavano (siccatoio, toletta, tè e caffè, ecc.) Il personale era molto accogliente e si poteva organizzare servizi come noleggio scooter, lavanderia e escursioni attraverso l'hotel se volete. Il colazione è a pochi passi dalla ricezione (meno di 50 m), che è stato delizioso con una buona varietà di scelta.

Il Padma che siete un milione di posti su questa terra. La seconda volta che tornava dopo il nostro soggiorno 5 anni fa, che era un soggiorno così memorabile, abbiamo deciso di stare con voi e celebrare il 50° anniversario speciale del mio marito al ritiro e durante il nostro 2 settimane di soggiorno in e intorno a Bali. Non siete delusi, tutto da arrivare a partire in tempo e si è reso così benvenuto. Il servizio di livello club fuori dal mondo, Elta, Sapitri e lounge team club sempre così professionale e gentile per noi e ci ha assicurato di ricevere la loro attenzione indivisa. I trattamenti spa sorprendenti hanno le coppie 2.5hr e il oxigeno facciale bellissimo personale, spazio rilassante e così zen. Le piscine sono un modo così grande per iniziare e finire il vostro giorno caldo rilassante e che bella vista mentre fluttua intorno all'acqua giardino. Il personale si accorge di battere bandiera e in pochi secondi qualcuno lì per prendere bevande e ordinazioni alimentari. I bar ammiratori del bar piscina Arsana e Suarsana vi ringrazio per averci cercato dei deliziosi cocktail e birre. La Yoga, nella casa del albero balanzo, guardando la giungla, ha reso un'esperienza di vita, con il sole che risale e gli uccelli, i burro e i suoni della natura. I bellissimi cuochi che preparano cena e torta di festa sono divini, il cibo eccezionale e così tanta scelta, mangia in tutte le 3 aree e servizio magico. Il viaggio all'aeroporto è stato troppo facile e piacevole vedere anche i villaggi locali intorno alle aree. Grazie a tutti i nostri amici di 318 che hanno fatto piccoli animali da toletta ogni giorno è stato un'attenzione e così pensativa. Se pensi di un ritiro nella bella tranquillità di Ubud non guardare più il Padma ha tutto quello che ti serve e ti viene trattato con un servizio di qualità così elevata. Non ci sono scuse per la mancanza di servizio dovuta a covid qui è se non meglio di 5 anni fa .... Ho il coraggio di trovare meglio ...... Grazie a tutti a Ubud torneremo per la terza volta.
