Location is very good as it is near tye train station And Victoria quay. The room is clean but do note there is no room service on Sunday

Location was great and service was also good. However, the room we got was very close to the lift and car roads and it was very noisy during the night. We were unable to sleep on the first night as we could hear guests talking outside the room at around 3am to 5am. Thankfully the hotel was able to change the room for us.

Location is great but the town is very small. Cheery front desk man by younger staff. Very obliging. Rooms are big

Everything was good. Service by the front desk was good and explanations on rules and regulations were clear. The only downside for me was that they were not able to give us single beds but all else was good.

Excellent location and easily accessible to places that we wanted to get to. Room was spacious and the kids loved it.

Excellent location! Within walking distance to many of the tourist areas in Fremantle (10-15min) There’s no food or room service but there are many cafes within a 5 min walking radius. It’s just right across the road from a distillery (Republic of Fremantle)! Had separate living and sleeping rooms, kitchenette was well stocked and clean too. Even had washing machine and dryer in the toilet!! Couldn’t ask for more.

Very nice service apartment with all facilities, Such as washing machine, cooking facilities. Very close to Fermental station and shield B , just 3 mins walk , love this place

Location is great. Parking is convenient just outside the hotel.

What a beauuuutiful place! I love all of the Quest Fremantle! First of all, you can meet super friendly and kind people in the lobby. Then, you can see lovely room and view. The bedding was veeeeery soft and large. I loved it ! And just 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Also you can hire bike at the hotel, you can cook yourself, you can do laundry for free after swimming in the sea. Don't miss this perfect stay. U will never be disappointed!

Great stay at this hotel, staff was attentive to our needs and we were happy with it.

The whole night I couldn't sleep well due to the toilet hole nonsense. Some more while I changed clothes, the house keeping just opened my door. It feels very unsafe to stay in.

Counter staff was helpful. I indicated Queen / King bed but was offered 2 x Single bed for some reason which was disappointing for my honeymoon - this seems to be an issue with trip.com instead though. Location was good, walking distance to main attractions of Fremantle.

Counter assistant was helpful - recommended good dinner places and was kind to help us change the rooms due to errors in booking. It is also located near the train station - highly recommended.

Fremantle was the highlight of my 12-day trip in Australia and Quest Fremantle was easily findable. All female staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful, they even checked me in at 12.00pm as soon as I arrived. Wish I had spent more time in my favourite city in Western Australia 🇦🇺
