A great little spot in the middle of Ubud. Great value for money. Staff lively. Simple but good.

This exceptional guest house is spotlessly clean and quiet. Brilliantly located one street back from Palace. The lack of TV in the room was a bonus to switching off from the world. We had two rooms side by side. Aircon was fabulous! The 50 000IDR optional breakfast was a bargain. All drivers and tours organised for us were terrific. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Shout out to Mr Dewa for his fabulous service.

This hotel is so accommodating. They have a shuttle that you can schedule to be picked up and dropped off off to hotel and airport. We reserved a driver from Sanur port to Ubud Padma. Our driver Youda is amazing he’s a great driver, he’s super sweet, and answers any questions we have. We loved him so much we rebooked him for our ride from Ubud Padma to the airport. There are free shuttles that take you from hotel to the center . But the Shuttles that we booked they charge a reasonable amount for how long and far out drive is. Hands down I recommend this hotel and are the perks that come with it. Book Youda for your ride!

This is the second stay for us, we stayed pre pandemic and glad to say nothing has really changed. Rooms are basic but clean, bed is comfy bedding is again clean and pillows are ok but each person has their own opinion on whether they like hard or soft etc but they were ok for us. Staff very friendly nice pool area and they have now acquired the villas below them so two pools. This place is off the main road through Ubud near the palace up a side street which now has market stalls all the way up too, but once in the room/ pool area you would think your in the middle of the jungle it's so peaceful. Prices are amazing for where it is as long as you don't expect things like a hairdryer etc no draws for clothes just a single wardrobe but most people only stay 2 to 3 days so really not needed. We paid £60 for 3 nights which was room only but very cheap untill we got talking to two lads that booked the day before and got 2 nights for £25 but they did get the last room so it's a risk if you want to take it. We were more than happy to pay our price. If your wanting a clean place to just rest your bodies after busy days out then you can't go wrong.

Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as our previous trip. The ambience is calming, staff and food amazing and we wished we had stayed a little longer. The pool is its crowning glory with fabulous views out over the jungle. Being heated, it was so nice to just relax in with a cocktail in hand!

it was very quiet in the midst of hustle & bustle outside The water heater wasn't working properly was a drawback.

The Padma you are a one in a million place on this earth. 2nd time returning after our stay 5 years ago which was such a memorable stay we decided to be with you and celebrate my husband's special 50th Birthday at the retreat and during our 2 week stay in and around Bali. You did not disappoint, everything from arrival to departure on point and made to feel so welcome. The club level service just out of this world, Elta, Sapitri and club lounge team always so professional and polite to us and ensured we received their undivided attention. The Spa amazing treatments had the couples 2.5hr and oxygen facial beautiful staff, relaxing space and so zen. The pools are such a great way to start and finish your day warm relaxing and what a beautiful view whilst floating around pristine water. The staff attentive place flag up and within seconds someone there to take drinks and food order. The bar attendents at the pool bar Arsana and Suarsana thank you for looking after us delicious cocktails and beers. The Yoga in the balanese tree house over looking the jungle area such a highlight with sun rising up and the birds, butterflies and sounds of nature truly made this an experience of a lifetime. The beautiful chefs preparing intricate dinners and celebration cakes divine. The food exceptional and so much choice, ate in all 3 areas and service magical. The trip to the airport professional too so easy and enjoyed seeing the local villages around the areas too. A big thank you to our room attendents of 318 who made little towel animals each day was a highlight and so thoughtful. If you are thinking of a retreat in the beautiful tranquillity of Ubud look no further the Padma has everything you require and you are treated with such high quality service. No excuses of lack of service due to covid here it is if not better than 5 yrs ago.... I dare you to find better...... Thank you all at Ubud we will return for 3rd time. We were in Bali for 10 nights and decided to break up the beach holiday with 2 nights in ubud. After searching I came across the padma and I couldn't have chosen anywhere better, right in the middle of town, yet the hotel was so peaceful, the poor was lovely, we were the only ones in it. Our room was top lovely, bathroom was great, views over the forest amazing. I had banana pancakes for breakfast one day and wow, they were the best I've ever had. The staff were friendly, always working, sweeping up, keeping the place perfect. Next time I come to Bali, I will visit here again, in fact I could move in and stay forever. Thank you so much 😁
