😟Cons:
The rooms smell very bad. It's impossible to breathe. We looked at 4 rooms, all of them were the same. In the corridor the smell of dampness makes my head spin.
There are a lot of mosquitoes, as there is a swamp below.
Since 05 am, dozens of roosters have been crowing non-stop. Cows graze under the windows.
There was mold at the bottom of the sofa.
It is unsafe to breathe such mold.
The paper bag from Zara just became wet overnight due to the humidity. There is always condensation on the floor.
All rooms without balconies.
😃Pros:
The breakfasts are really not bad (there is something to compare with).
Good and stable Wi-Fi that doesn't lose connection.
🧐Result:
Hotel 3/10.
The concept is there, the furniture in the rooms is fresh, but the rotten and disgusting smell spoils everything and makes it uninhabitable.

(+) Good service and Good location.
(-) The room smells musty. There are dirt stains on the walls and bathroom.
(-) There is difficulty in getting in and out of the hotel, having to use one elevator to get from the room to the top floor then change to another elevator to leave the hotel
(-) The hotel elevator is not connected to the parking lot.

The hotel was nice and clean. A little bit further out of the main centre of patong but that was just what we were after.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a lot smaller then it appeared in the photos

Room was okay. Location a bit far from patong beach and should rent a motorbike to get there.

The rooms gave me hostel vibes and the hallway had a distinct smell that wasn’t pleasant. The staff are lovely and the pool was the highlight!
