We stayed here just 1 night and that was enough already. The location of the room is my biggest issue combined with the architectural layout of the building. They gave us a room on floor 9 with a low number, 906? The low numbers are directly next to a big road where there is endless traffic the whole night. Too much very loud traffic noise. The layout of the building is a double loaded corridor with on the end an OPEN staircase which directly faces the street. So this street noise comes directly from the hallway and from the balcony. I almost did not sleep the whole night. So bring earplugs. And request a high number room. 950 for example. Second point was the check in process. This took too long for a check in at 22:30… They said the room was not cleaned yet and made us wait. Not cleaned at 22:30, I wonder. Then next guest could just check in directly. Not welcoming at all. Breakfast ok.

feel like staying in d mountain area.. very cold.
But at d same time only takes 20 mins to melasti and pandawa beach..

The hotel is good clean breakfast is nice also mr.bodi is the best and very helpful staff there thanks alot to him for helping me out for my baby food…all over best hotel will stay again here..they also make good coffee and tea’s..thanks

The Hotel was the best hotel i had stayed during my Bali trip.
The Pool at 5/F was amazing that you could enjoy seeing beautiful sunset.
Staffs, especially manger Ms. Friday, are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had plenty of choices and the bagel was delicious!

There is something wrong with the air-conditioning system of the rooms which caused massive condensation and the entire floor of the room to be very wet. We found that out the hard way by waking up one morning and slipped and fell due to the wet floor which was totally unexpected. Luckily, nothing serious happened to me but this is incredibly dangerous especially for elderly who can injure themselves seriously. Unfortunately despite our feedback to the hotel after this incident, the issue was not fixed and nothing much was done to improve the situation. We had to endure wet floors throughout the rest of our stay and just made sure to walk properly but definitely made our stay much more unpleasant.

Nightmare!!!
Think when you're in bali what ypu need? (Relaxing) Well you aren't going to get this when you stay at this hotel. All the staffs is under trained badly! Go to pool for swimming they will directly tell you on your face that sorry no pool towels all out. The staff keep cleaning all th rooms starting 12am till morning and you can hear them shouting laughing moving bed here and there. Even after comain you will still be ignored. So folks. Save you money and go to cheaper or better hotel. Dont go by the looks of it. 2 nights for us its really like staying 2 weeks 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
