Hotel in zona Bubble Hotel Bali Nyang Nyang, Bali

The Asa Maia is such a wonderful place to stay that we stayed there once in February and again in March. I would highly recommend. First of all, I think Uluwatu is the best area to stay in all of Bali. It is not nearly as crowded as the other well known locations, has beautiful beaches, great restaurants and an overall good vibe. The Asa Maia is ideally located and an easy walk to many areas of interest. The staff is exceptional from the owner to the gardeners. Great care has been taken to make this place special. Morning and afternoon yoga, amazing restaurant overlooking the pool, contrast therapy (cold plunge), infrared sauna, breath work, massage, etc. The communal table makes it easy to get to know others guests if you like. I could go on and on, but this is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno di 4 notti in questo hotel che è stato estremamente relax e molto consiglia l'hotel. Evidenze: - Amazing & spacious room - Super helpful staff - in particolare: Chef Ary e Chef Octa, come pure il cuoco del ristorante Rocka (scusate, non conosco il suo nome) e il nostro GEM Adi che era sempre in mano per aiutare tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. - I trattamenti spa erano eccezionali (ho avuto un massaggio completo corporeo per 90 minuti che mi ha fatto sentire super rilassato) - abbiamo fatto il viaggio di giorno al tempio di Uluwatu, che era molto ben organizzato e era un'esperienza molto migliore per attraversare l'hotel invece di andare da soli (sicuramente siamo al sicuro dai scimmie, ci ha mostrato i migliori punti di foto, ci ha detto dove sedersi per la danza Kecak per avere la migliore vista del sole e fare un'uscita veloce in modo che non ci fossero bloccati con le folle) - La tavola del cuoco aveva una grande selezione di cibo e Octa era molto a conoscenza del cibo che mangiavamo. - Tortellini di funghi vegan è stato l'accento del ristorante Rocka Opportunità per il miglioramento: - Il prezzo da tavola del cuoco era leggermente sbagliato. L'app ha implicato che il prezzo includeva l'accoppiamento del vino quando in realtà non - penso che questo dovrebbe essere chiarito - avrebbe voluto più scelta sul menu per la dieta vegana. Nonostante il fatto che il cuoco sia stato molto accogliente quando è stato chiesto, penso che ci sarebbe stato un po' più di scelta, in particolare nel ristorante di cliff. - Angustioso che ci avessimo prenotato per yoga un giorno e non ci avessero aggiunto alla prenotazione, così ci ha divisi, nonostante la classe non fosse piena. Sintesi: Perfetto per belle viste, vacanza tranquilla con grande cibo, servizio e trattamenti per qualche giorno.

Durante la mia recente visita all'hotel, sono stato molto entusiasta di un'esperienza eccezionale a tutti i livelli: il personale era simpatico, disponibile e professionale, offrendo un servizio impeccabile durante il mio soggiorno. La stanza era molto confortevole , in modo impecabile e offrendo un'atmosfera accogliente. Ciò che ha davvero segnalato la mia soggiorno era il colazione, semplicemente incredibile ! La varietà e la qualità dei lavori proposti erano semplicemente deletabili.

We stayed at the Jumeirah as the last leg of our honeymoon following 5 nights at the Capella and 5 nights at the Four Seasons. These were activity based stats and Jumeirah at Uluwatu was the relax and recharge around the pool and beach. The hotel design and decor is stunning and our villa was incredible. Can’t fault it. However, amenities and inconsistent service really lets this hotel down. The good stuff: - e-butler service via WhatsApp was brilliant. In- room dining, great! -Marcel on concierge went above and beyond, he couldn’t do more for us! - Our in-room servicing team were super and made us towel animals everyday leaving us notes during our stay which was lovely. The not so good stuff: - Food was nice, but just ok. Poached eggs on toast… toast was burnt everyday and poached eggs watery. Omelette came out with whipped egg whites like you’d make in a pudding (very strange) and with alternative ingredients from your original order if they had run out of something. But, without consulting you. I was intolerant to one of the substituted ingredients. Similarly, I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and they made it alcoholic. Little things like this can’t happen. - Unorganised and overly attentive service in restaurants. You have about 5 people waiting your table so you can’t enjoy your breakfast/ lunch or dinner without constantly being interrupted being asked the same question. You feel watched and pounced on during the meal so you can’t actually relax. Before you have finished your last mouthful and putting your cutlery down they are already whipping away your plate even if others at the table are still eating or you are still chewing your last mouthful of food. - Slow service in both restaurants and pool bar. Whilst quick to take your order and hovering, it took a minimum of 15mins to deliver your drinks with food sometimes beating your drinks to the table. If you’d ordered a frozen drink it had basically melted before it reached your table. Or they would deliver half your order and the rest would follow 10mins later so you were always chasing up food and drink and wondering if they got your order wrong. - We ordered a tuna salad and the salad came without the Tuna. The Tuna was then delivered separately 10mins later… - ordered an omelette and the toast came out 10mins before. - It doesn’t cater for western clients. Both how they execute basic western dishes and more broadly on culture. As a female, I was often ignored and only my husband was addressed. They would never hand me the bill, this always was passed to my husband, and they only ever asked him questions directly and ignored me entirely which I found rude and insulting. Classic western food on their menu was often excited on poorly. - No atmosphere around the pool. Play some soft background music. We found guests playing music themselves via their phone. We didn’t overly mind this but it shows they were all feeling the same and I wouldn’t expect at a 5* hotel to have peopl

Quindi, all'inizio non ho alcuna grande aspettativa per questo hotel dopo aver visto alcune recensioni sull'hotel, Per arrivare all'Hotel Sintesa, è necessario viaggiare attraverso una strada più piccola, un po' lunga, ma è ancora una passeggiata dalla strada principale. Ma quando arrivo all'hotel, è un'idea che si sbaglia, l'hotel è bello e grande, ha un sacco di parcheggio e un sacco di spazio verde. Il personale è così amichevole, il processo di check-in è veloce, e la camera è una bella grande stanza pulita, ok è una vecchia stanza ma è ben mantenuta. Ha un grande letto confortevole e ha una bella vista dalla stanza. Il bagno è inaspettatamente una grande bagno, ha un bagno e una doccia, separatamente. ha acqua calda, anche se non è abbastanza calda ma è abbastanza calda. Ok, quindi circa il colazione, non molte scelte in realtà, ma è buona. Quindi, da quello che ho sperimentato quando soggiorno a Sintesa Hotel per tre notti, è buono, vicino perfetto. Consiglia questo hotel quando vuoi un soggiorno a Jimbaran abbastanza conveniente, spero che ritornerò un giorno per soggiornare.

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. Only improvements I would suggest would be to offer some live entertainment to draw in a dinner crowd and please change the playlist. If I heard celebrate good times by Kool and the Gang one more time I was going to pull my ears off. Dinner Menu also could use some updating. Breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Questo è uno dei migliori hotel nella zona di Jimbaran, grande valore, grande cibo, grande posto e grande servizio, grazie tante per il caldo benvenuto signor Joko, check-in molto veloce all'inizio, La camera è molto confortevole e abbiamo colazione al ristorante e uno dei dipendenti ci fa bene con il mio nome è il miglior servizio che abbia mai avuto è molto semplice ma rendermi ricordato, grazie tante e sicuramente consiglierà questo hotel, vediamo presto

Hotel assolutamente bellissimo. Il posto più grande e impressionante in cui siamo mai stati. Il livello del servizio e dell'assistenza era ben oltre ciò che avremmo potuto immaginare. Le piscine e la spiaggia sono eccellenti. Abbiamo visitato alcune altre zone e le spiagge erano piuttosto sporche e per niente piacevoli, quindi abbiamo davvero apprezzato quanto fosse ben tenuta la nostra. Le nostre uniche lamentele (puramente per poter migliorare l'ultimo% 10) sarebbero: Alcune aree erano piuttosto sporche. Sembrava che pensassero che nessuno avrebbe guardato lì, quindi perché preoccuparsi La spa era molto bella, soprattutto il design, ma sembrava piuttosto frettolosa e non così attenta come potrebbe essere. Abbiamo predisposto anche il bagno all'aperto al termine del massaggio, ma non è stato molto piacevole a causa dello stato della vasca stessa. Il cibo è OK. Decisamente non è affatto male. Ma va bene. La nostra camera aveva una porta fastidiosa per collegare 2 stanze insieme, il che è molto obsoleto e piuttosto fastidioso in quanto c'è praticamente un buco aperto tra le stanze. I nostri vicini erano molto rumorosi e potevamo sentire tutto, compresi i loro bambini urlanti. Sentirai anche tutto al piano di sopra, inclusa la casa che tiene i carri che vanno lungo i corridoi. Non so perché, ma sfortunatamente era decisamente piuttosto rumoroso. Nel complesso, comunque, un hotel molto, molto carino e altamente raccomandato. E ancora, il personale era eccezionale.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
