Abbiamo fatto un giro di curiosità, abbiamo nascosto l'ultimo giorno del nostro tour. Abbiamo fatto il check-in, siamo andati in camera, ma non abbiamo fatto la stanza. Sky villa ci ha lasciato in camera, abbiamo detto che ci sono... e abbiamo detto che ci ha chiesto il tipo... e poi ha mostrato il tipo sul tetto della reception... e ha detto che non mangiava nessuno innocuo... mentre abbiamo studiato le specie velenose... e non siamo riusciti a dormire fino a domattina. Non c'è spazio in questa struttura, non c'è spazio intorno alla casa, non c'è spazio intorno alla casa, non c'è spazio intorno alla casa, ci siamo dimorati con le arachidi e le diverse specie di uccelli. Il massaggio è troppo costoso per mangiare.

Il personale di Sanctoo era molto rispettoso e ha compiuto un giro per noi, soprattutto le due signore che ci hanno controllato, ma la stanza è ancora molto buona. Un consiglio all'hotel è di aggiornare la qualità dei cibi, abbiamo soggiornato in 5 hotel diversi durante il nostro tempo a Bali e il cibo di Sanctoo è stato il peggiore in termini di qualità dei cibi e presentazione. Il buffet per colazione è una triste esperienza con poco a che fare. Tuttavia, abbiamo goduto il nostro frutto fluttuante oltre al cibo. Il personale è molto dotato di ospite e per questo solo io ritornerò.

The villa is as shown in the picture. The staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a villa no.9 which is quite far from the jungle club so we aren't getting disturbed by the party that was held every weekend. There is shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud downtown around 5-6 times per day. They have 1 restaurant and 1 club. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The club is open for lunch, dinner and night party. But the club only has the starter and side dish menu, no main course. But you can order in-room dining to your villa. The spa and yoga class is very good also. Yoga class is free at 7 am. In summary this place is wonderful with an acceptable price.

Il personale è stato così utile a fissare i visti e chiedere sempre se dovevamo fare qualcosa in quel giorno. E' bello e tranquillo per sfuggire alla fretta di Bali in alcuni luoghi. It’s out of the way however a short car / moped trip and you’ll be able to go to restaurants, small local shops and hotels. You can use grab to get food delivery’s not a problem. Also very friendly dog called ‘panda’ which we loved. We’ll be back! ❤️

We stayed at the Jumeirah as the last leg of our honeymoon following 5 nights at the Capella and 5 nights at the Four Seasons. These were activity based stats and Jumeirah at Uluwatu was the relax and recharge around the pool and beach. The hotel design and decor is stunning and our villa was incredible. Can’t fault it. However, amenities and inconsistent service really lets this hotel down. The good stuff: - e-butler service via WhatsApp was brilliant. In- room dining, great! -Marcel on concierge went above and beyond, he couldn’t do more for us! - Our in-room servicing team were super and made us towel animals everyday leaving us notes during our stay which was lovely. The not so good stuff: - Food was nice, but just ok. Poached eggs on toast… toast was burnt everyday and poached eggs watery. Omelette came out with whipped egg whites like you’d make in a pudding (very strange) and with alternative ingredients from your original order if they had run out of something. But, without consulting you. I was intolerant to one of the substituted ingredients. Similarly, I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and they made it alcoholic. Little things like this can’t happen. - Unorganised and overly attentive service in restaurants. You have about 5 people waiting your table so you can’t enjoy your breakfast/ lunch or dinner without constantly being interrupted being asked the same question. You feel watched and pounced on during the meal so you can’t actually relax. Before you have finished your last mouthful and putting your cutlery down they are already whipping away your plate even if others at the table are still eating or you are still chewing your last mouthful of food. - Slow service in both restaurants and pool bar. Whilst quick to take your order and hovering, it took a minimum of 15mins to deliver your drinks with food sometimes beating your drinks to the table. If you’d ordered a frozen drink it had basically melted before it reached your table. Or they would deliver half your order and the rest would follow 10mins later so you were always chasing up food and drink and wondering if they got your order wrong. - We ordered a tuna salad and the salad came without the Tuna. The Tuna was then delivered separately 10mins later… - ordered an omelette and the toast came out 10mins before. - It doesn’t cater for western clients. Both how they execute basic western dishes and more broadly on culture. As a female, I was often ignored and only my husband was addressed. They would never hand me the bill, this always was passed to my husband, and they only ever asked him questions directly and ignored me entirely which I found rude and insulting. Classic western food on their menu was often excited on poorly. - No atmosphere around the pool. Play some soft background music. We found guests playing music themselves via their phone. We didn’t overly mind this but it shows they were all feeling the same and I wouldn’t expect at a 5* hotel to have peopl

Un po' di Paradiso.Wow! La villa è semplicemente bella, pulita e ben tenuta. Il bagno è enorme con due docce (uno all'aperto) due cuscinetti, bagno e bagno. Decorare ad alto livello. Con il nostro giardino e piscina privata. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Jimbaran e dal ristorante di cibo marino. Anche se la ragione principale è la cura e l'attenzione del personale. Non mi sono mai sentito più attento. Porta colazione alla villa ogni mattina con sorriso e un piacere che ci fa sentire speciale. Il colazione e il cibo sono piccanti e freschi. La villa è più pulita ogni giorno. Perfetta giornata tranquilla dopo la caduta del jet. Ci siamo incontrati all'aeroporto da un uomo utile con il mio nome (su carta) e non sembrava scioccato sul ritardo. Grande guida, molto amichevole. Questo posto è un gemello nascosto. Grazie per aver fatto la nostra prima visita a Bali speciale.

Hotel carino, decente per soldi. Personale molto amichevole e utile che aggiorna davvero l'esperienza. La piscina comune è più piccola di quanto non vede le foto , un buon valore complessivo per i soldi in canggu con una buona vicinanza ai ristoranti e al centro, meno lusso di quanto si aspettasse rispetto ad altri hotel bali ma un buono complessivo.

Simply stunning the most beautiful hotel in an awe inspiring location. The villa was out of this world, the views heavenly! We loved swimming in our own villa pool literally in the clouds! The food was very good and loved having breakfast each morning looking out at that Incredible view! helpful and lovely staff though occasionally a few communication issues . We really enjoyed the complimentary yoga class with the most loveliest teacher Wawan (sorry if misspelt!) . A memorable experience being surrounded by clouds! We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Bali and really worth the long journey from south, truly munduk is a beautiful and peaceful location.
