Overall Prasana by Arjani Resort is just ok. The staffs were attentive, but the facilities at the resort are just so so. If you come with kids, better look for somewhere else where kids will enjoy more.  The villa was nice but not really clean. There’s spider web on the closet that didn’t get cleaned.

If you wanna enjoy watching the sunrise from your private swimming pool. Here is a nice choice. When sun is rising, the view is stunning. Many options and big portion for the breakfast. Staffs are friendly. Free little dessert is served at room everyday. But no free soft drinks kept in the mini bar and location is a bit not that convenient. You can wait more than 1 hour for the shuttle bus services.

We received a great welcome upon arrival, checkin was fast and smooth, communicated in English proficiency. Ocean view Villa was good with great privacy. The Pool and gardening were well maintained. The Restaurant food was good. However, the room TV and phone was faulty. The dressing area Aircon was spoiled. The room is a little dusty. Needed some upgrade. Other than that. We are happy to stay in this Villa.

We stayed here for several nights at the end of our trip to Bali. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, food was ok, and room itself was very nice. Some parts of the room are not very well maintained but overall it was a very good stay. Location is not very good, it’s on a very bumpy and broken road and not really walking distance to anywhere. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

酒店職員細心、有禮，滿足顧客需要，房間乾淨，每日下午有在房間噴滅蟲，所以房間幾乎沒有昆蟲，餐廳食品有水準。酒店位置較偏僻，還好有免費車接送往返地點（5 km)，酒店有私家泳池，私隱度高，可以在酒店內享受，這個價錢住宿算不錯

這個房子的配套設施出奇的好.但是位置真的很偏.比較適合已經在峇裏島玩的差不多的人羣.衹想來享受酒店不出去的人.還給免費的每人30min按摩➕5公里以內免費車接車送服務.但是這個服務衹服務到下午6點.但是它在烏魯瓦圖.不會像烏布晚上那麼嚇人.都是叢林.可以説是我們9天的旅行中最好的以及最舒服的一個酒店.周邊不到一公里就有大型超市fresh market.買一些水果和小吃你就可以一直泡在這個酒店裡帶上一整天非常放鬆.

I’m so impressed with this hotel, 👍🏻 雖然酒店有點點偏遠，但酒店的接送服務和友善的工作人員讓所有事情都非常便捷。 安靜，舒適，友好，尤其是他們的Spa，比很多外面的要專業。 非常愉快的一次入住！ nice！

衛生環境設施都可以，有私人泳池，泳池水乾淨！酒店位置算在市區中偏僻，需坐車出入，但總算安靜！服務態度很好，很熱情！

Виллы удобные, относительно тихие. Уже достаточно старые и местами все устало. Рядом соседи, чувствуешь себя немного как в отеле с номерами. Персонал старается тебе со всем помочь и в целом приятный. До пляжа 10 минут на байке.
