Servizio clienti eccellente Resort estremamente pulito Proprio nel centro se Ubud è ancora così instagrammabile Abbiamo preso la villa con piscina privata ma l'acqua della piscina era fredda e siamo andati a giugno. Inoltre, molti animali selvatici come le lucertole, i gechi, si aggirano anche in giro. La terza notte abbiamo bevuto un tokay nella nostra stanza e sono noti per essere aggressivi e mordere. Le due notti successive non siamo riusciti a dormire bene per la paura

The bathroom was smelly. The breakfast had a small choice. The location is good, near shops and bars. The pool is nice.

Family trip with my wife and my 2years old son. When we arrived it was already passed 10pm The hotel site is really large. We have to walk 5 min in the dark and slippery way with our luggage. The room and pool should be more clean. The staff were nice and the location is good but I don’t know if I stay next time.

We had the pool Vila, it is quite a long walk with a lot of slopes and stairs from the reception. The area at the private pool could use some maintenance. The location is very good. The people are friendly

It was a beautiful place and the staff was polite and excellent. Is a huge setup so the service sometimes is not that fast. Like a requested for a bottle of water and it took forever. May be because of the language. Dinner ordered was served on time and it was delicious.

Very nice environment with garden and pool. Garden is huge with a river in the middle . Room is clean and spacious.

I'm glad to share my experience of staying in an exceptional hotel that exceeded my expectations. The hotel provided excellent services at a reasonable price, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, and the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the area.

I love the ambient of the hotel, eventhough its quite old resort but facilities and cleanliness is good, breakfast also good have to walk a bit to get to restaurant which is at poolside. Walking distance to the shops and near ubud street market. Will stay again for my next visit.

The hotel is beautiful, the problem is that there are 2 lobbies and they are pretty far from each other. The second one (which was closer to my room) closes after 8 pm and there’s no one there, so if you need anything you need to go to the main lobby. (We needed an adapter for our chargers and they asked us to go ask to the main lobby, to return it and get the deposit back also needs to be done at the main lobby which is very inconvenient.) The other problem is that the room they gave us had a leak from the toilet and was very smelly, also the sink was blocked. We went to the reception next to our room but it was closed, we try to call the other reception but there was no info on the phone so we dialed 0 and it was ringing the reception next to us, so we had to go to the other side of the hotel and ask them to give us another room. They gave us another room and now the bathtub was blocked, we asked the staff the next morning and they kind of fixed it. I would definitely not stay there again.

Dear travelers, Our recent stay was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, nestled right in the heart of Ubud, providing a serene escape while still being close to the city's attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with any needs, adding a personal touch to our stay. However, we did encounter some challenges. We booked three villas, traveling with children, and found the accommodations less than ideal. The villas had gaps between the roof and walls, allowing insects and other creatures to enter. This led to a restless experience, especially for our children, who were understandably frightened by the noises from outside. The mosquito nets were also stained, which added to our discomfort. The resort is situated on a hillside, offering beautiful views but also presenting some difficulties. The paths between the reception and villas are steep and can be slippery when wet. Unfortunately, both my wife and mother-in-law, who is 60, slipped several times, resulting in minor injuries. In conclusion, while the location and staff were commendable, the issues we faced with the accommodation and accessibility made our stay less relaxing than we had hoped. With some improvements, this resort could truly be a gem in Ubud.

The best hotel ever!! We loved it much. Area of this hotel is like a botanical garden. Everything is green and blossoms. There are many butterflies, beautiful insects, birds and even squirrels and frogs. Location is also perfect. Pool is super cool. Staff is very friendly .I advice to visit this hotel!

This hotel is just beautiful. The only downside is the walk from the road to the room. The area inside is very beautiful and it has many monkeys roaming around. The breakfast selection was limited but it was enjoyable. The outside bathrooms are beautiful and just overall nice. The bed is soft and very comfortable. We will definitely book here in the future.

This is a big place. It has two entrances. One on Monkey Forest road and one further back on the road behind the resort. Our room was at the back of the resort. When we arrived it was raining and 2 very helpful porters helped us take our luggage to the room. The paths are quite hilly and quite slippery when wet. It is a nice green resort with lots of plants. The breakfast had all the basics. The location was great, right in the shopping area. Overall a good stay.
