Bellissimo hotel ottimo servizio, colazione un po’ scarsa ma fattibile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro

1st day service was bad room have issues with the aircond the receptionist was not so pleasant. Overall the room is better than some other hotel around and the food is mostly local food.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Ixora Hotel, especially for my last two nights in Bali due to its convenient location just 10 minutes from the airport. The buffet breakfast was average but covered all the basics and varied daily. The small pool was a lovely area to unwind, and I appreciated the short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and I noticed water leaking under the shower door, making the floor quite wet. Additionally, there was some dust and cobwebs under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival. Despite these issues, I would stay here again for the overall experience.

A nice place, only the downside is the kind of broken door which can’t be closed properly (need to be shut harder) otherwise good place and near Discovery Mall. oh, and i love that they have a nice working table! ❤️

The location is perfectly located near the airport intersection. With Bali traffic, this cuts a lot of travel time. Food, bars and massage options were available just around the hotel vicinity. Lobby was very open with great air circulation. Pool is small but just right for all.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Ixora Resort Hotel once we were put into the room that i requested, we were both very comfortable, and the room was large and clean . The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food for breakfast was nice and there was always a variety of things you could have . I would suggest if they kept breakfast open to 10.30 am extra 30mins because not every day you have to get up early when you are on vacation. Also, it would have been nice if you could get more than just beer when you are by the pool , cocktails, and more variety of alcohol drinks. I enjoyed the different things each morning, Bali Dancing- Cooking, making the offerings for praying to the Gods, I noticed this only my second week after breakfast. I think they should leave information about these activities on flyers in the rooms of guests, i also suggested that holding swimming lessons for guests would be a good idea , as i noticed alot if the guests could not swim and i am sure they would like to learn . The pool is perfect for people who can't swim as it's not deep. You can stand in it . Oversll I will be back again the cost was good and the location it is 10 / 15 mins to the airport. Hotel was still good for stay with city view

location is perfect, close to everything. the room is clean but it will be better if they put some perfume or something so the room could smell fresh. but overall is good, nothing to complain about for the budget hotel

We had an amazing stay here. The water was hot, room was big, very cousy, room service came every day .

Good location: close to the beach and airport. Breakfast everage. Friendly staff. Too noisy to stay at ground floor.

Great location with walking distance to waterbom park and shopping mall, 24 hours convinience stores and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Money changer and laundry also close by. 24 hr reception so you can check in and out anytime. Room was spacious, clean with great room amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with buffet style western, asian and indian cuisine. I enjoy my stay and will be back to this hotel for my next holiday.
