O MY GOSH!!! Tutti e due amiamo questo hotel!!! Questa è la prima volta che sono rimasto in zona di Ubud perché stavo cercando un 2 giorni di ritardo, nessun shopping, nessun andare fuori. Ho prenotato la stanza di Alaya e sono soddisfatto della mia scelta e dell'aiuto del reparto di prenotazione, così mi è stato dato il panorama del campo di paddy. L'unico meno era che il condizionamento dell'aria non era così freddo come previsto, suppongo che necessiti di un servizio, ma era solo molto minore che non mi sono lamentato. Il letto era un po'comfortabile, ma le mutandine erano un po' grosse e spesso. Il balcone era amichevole a noi. Da quando ci webt lì quando era l'ultima settimana della stagione delle lighe, abbiamo avuto un molto bel tranquillo, e gli ospiti minimi nella zona dell'hotel. La mia stanza era nell'edificio 1 e era eccellente!! Tutti i dipendenti erano meravigliosi, molto utili e molto gentili. Non potevo dire di più per esprimere le mie soddisfazioni e le mie gratitudini a tutti voi, ma posso solo farvi sapere che la prossima volta che vengo a rimanere a Ubud, ALAYA sarà la mia scelta numero 1!!

Il personale era caldo e accogliente. Le camere e il bagno erano pulite e spaziose. Ci sentivamo così attaccati da loro durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni. Dovremmo prendere un volo precoce, quindi dovremmo lasciare l'hotel prima che servissero colazione. L'hotel ci ha confezionato pane e frutta e ha anche ricordato la mia richiesta di alcuni bellissimi arance di lime che non facevano parte del colazione che solitamente servivano. La posizione era vicino alla foresta di scimmia e alla strada forestale di scimmia, dove ci sono molti posti per mangiare e bere, e alcuni negozi. Vorremmo che avessimo prenotato prima, così potremmo avere le villa invece delle suite di secondo piano.

Deep thanks to the team for looking after us as best they could. They even organised roses at late notice. The location is one of the best in Ubud. Its outside the gourmet area. Best cuisines within a short walk. The resort in itself is amazing layout. They have looked after it well. Pro Location Layout and design and interior peaceful setting Staff friendly. Please note Bali service can be quite intrusive (always asking where you went and what you doing, when one is there over a long period it gets draining). Con room - we had the suite. There was a large komodo or a very big rat in attic. Its scary that they have not done enough pest control. This is not a jungle resort in that everything inside it man made and manned. Snake - we were hissed at by a snake in the field walking to the lobby. They really need to do better control of public safe spaces. The Assistant manager denied it but the team on duty confirmed to me there was a snake and they took it back to the lakes. It was likely my spirit guides talking to us 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Priest We did the melakut blessing prayer. The priest on duty was not the most honourable. He inappropriately touched my wife. I reported it to the manager and advice travellers even the holy man has desires. Be careful with your loved ones. Overall we had a great stayed but downed by awful incidents. I ranked the above incidents under cleanliness.

Me and my husband visited this hotel for 6 days for the start of our honeymoon. It was THE BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is absolutely stunning in itself, all the rooms and well decorated and comfortable with everything you could need. The food and drink at the hotel is out of this world. The staff made our experience better than we could have possibly imagined. They couldn’t do more for you, they made you feel at home and were so friendly. We will a million percent be coming back to this hotel any time we can. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay here. Best hotel ever.

Questo hotel è ben situato vicino al centro di Ubud Town. Il personale era molto bello e utile. La camera da letto era pulita e moderna. Solo un punto negativo è stato il ponte di piscina che era in fase di ristrutturazione.

Sempre super come con le proprietà di Adiwana.. e per Adiwana Bisma è un nuovo hotel. Ho soggiornato in camere adiwana risaie, molto spaziose 55 mq e balcone con vista sulle risaie e suoni delle anatre.. bagno separato con vasca.. mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno ad adiwana.. l'hotel mi ha anche offerto la colazione galleggiante gratuita sul piscina sul tetto. La colazione così squisita e anche il servizio eccellente!!! Consiglio davvero questo hotel 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The photos don't do the place justice. I can guarantee that the ambience and feel of the place can't fully be captured by the camera. With this being said, take my review w/ a grain of salt. The accomodation is not a hotel but the rooms are spacious, clean, and even has a bathtub. We had monkeys for.visitors by our window sill every morning so we did not need to go to the monkey forest. I loved how the light rays slowly seep through our bedroom each morning and there is always the wonderful smell of pandan leaves w/c they use to make their offerings. There were so many lovely cafes and restos nearby. Losteria, a neapolitan pizza cafe was easily our favorite. We ate gelato everyday, w/ c was a 2min.walk from our room. We loved the balinese dishes at Meguna and ate at vegan cafes like Zest and Sayuri. The price we paid for the beautiful space and excellent service of the staff was small and Sarin tipped the scales way more.

This was our last accommodation in Bali. As mentioned in most reviews, this is right next to the Monkey Forest in Ubud and also extremely close to quite a few restaurants. This is also very close to central Ubud ie Ubud Palace/Art market etc. Needless to say the major usp of the place is definitely the location. We got the room closest to the reception/entrance on the ground floor. Also as mentioned in numerous other reviews due to the close proximity of the property to the Monkey forest, we get frequent visits (raids might be an even better word) from the monkeys from time to time. Because of this we were instructed to always keep the sliding door shut. This is naturally a dampener but there isn't much else one can do about it. Kudos to the staff especially the ones in the restaurant for being able to operate under these circumstances. Also can't praise the staff enough for always being accommodating to every request as well as helping out without us even asking. Some of the examples of this would be the staff attending to a leak in the bathroom at 10 in the night (we had just mentioned the minor issue so that they would get someone to look at it in the morning) and our breakfast being packed on the last day (we actually said we won't be having breakfast due to the lack of time to catch our flight). We also made friends with the driver Gedeh who was extremely helpful and friendly. The review is rated a 4 instead of 5 because of a few minor things like the wi-fi reception in the room and the entire situation with the monkeys. All in all would recommend a stay here.

I am so happy with this whole place. We were having our doubts about staying in Ubud when we arrived, but this inn is so lovely, and the people so accommodating. Once you get past the front desk, it's as if the street, with all the people and noise have just disappeared. I've made some non-traditional requests and they don't bat an eye and do what they can to make it so (doing just a market tour, no cooking class). The food (organic veggies grown in a garden in site of our balcony) is lovely. The room is great, but our balcony is spectacular. Pools seem nice and well maintained, the rooftop one has great views, the ground one is peaceful. Picked us up in an EV. Don't seem to have a spa on site right now but made arrangements down the street for me - about an 8-10 min perilous walk (there was the offer of a ride but I wanted to walk). As we just don't need to buy anything, we've chosen to sit on our balcony and veg (been working in Asia for 5 weeks, so...) (except I might go out and buy a bottle of Arak). So if you're going to make Ubud your base for a few days, this would be a great place to stay. For a splurge, I'd stay at a villa. Too rich for my blood, but... they sure are beautiful places.

Il personale è estremamente utile. Ci soddisfano anche alle midnight. i cons: questo hotel non ha frigo, quindi continuiamo a chiedere al personale di tenere il nostro cibo in cucina e chiedere di portare acqua fredda, Nessuna caldaia d'acqua e acqua nella stanza.Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in 2 camere diverse. entrambi sono confortevoli. ma il bungalow non ha un giacca / hang per tenere i nostri vestiti. non molte scelte per il colazione. ma in generale è stato un buon soggiorno.

Questo è un bel piccolo hotel a pochi metri dall'entrata alla Sacra Foresta Monkey. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi con letti comodi e un bagno decente. Ha una bella piscina. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. I scimmie visitano la proprietà in mattinata e prenderanno tutto quello che si lascia fuori, ma ci piaceva l'esperienza, sedendoci sul balcone e prendendo una tazza di tè mentre si siedevano accanto a noi sul balcone. L'unico negativo è che la TV non aveva una ricezione perché non c'era un plug aereo, solo un filo spinto nel socket aereo. Il WiFi è terribile. Il balcone non era privato, condiviso con un'altra stanza, ma con una buona distanza tra il sedile. Le porte di slitta hanno enormi lacune in cima, che permettono ai lisci di entrare nella stanza. Abbiamo due grandi nella nostra stanza (circa 30 cm di lunghezza con la coda) che non ci importava, ma facevano un cucco molto alto come i suoni e non poteva dormire. Possiamo uscire dalla stanza a metà della notte, ma sono appena tornati, e abbiamo finito di spostare gli asciugamani nelle gambe per tenerli fuori, ma non abbiamo dormito quasi per questo. Questo potrebbe essere facilmente risolto con un'ampia posizione di legno, e se accettate queste questioni, come abbiamo fatto, sarà un bel posto per restare, quando si risolveranno le lacune sulle porte di slitta.
