From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

La struttura è molto centrale e incredibilmente conveniente per andare in giro. La stanza era spaziosa e con un letto molto confortevole e le mutandine che facevano per un grande sonno di notte. In generale, una fantastica esperienza e un posto dove io sarei rimasto felicemente.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was hands down the best decision of my entire trip to Porto. If any of my friends or family visit Porto, I would literally force them to book this place. If you are debating between this and a slightly cheaper, mediocre hotel, do yourself a favor and choose this residence. It offers absolute value for money. 1. Unbeatable Location The location is incredible—literally right next to São Bento Station. If you walk down the slope right across the street, you end up right under the Dom Luís I Bridge. If you walk up the slope to the left, you can reach Jardim do Morro in just about 8 minutes. Having the metro station right outside means you can easily get anywhere, whether it’s Rua de Santa Catarina or the Gaia district. It was so convenient that I could visit a tourist spot, come back to the room for a quick nap, and head out again for evening sightseeing. 2. Excellent Room Condition & Value The condition of the residence is top-notch. Instead of spending money on an awkwardly priced, lower-quality hotel, staying here gives you premium comfort for an amazing price. It is truly the perfect budget-friendly luxury. 3. Fantastic Amenities (Washing Machine & Cooktop) Whether Porto is your first stop or you are coming from Lisbon, you’ll eventually need to do laundry or crave some comfort food. The room comes equipped with a washing machine and an induction cooktop. It was amazing to be able to do my piled-up laundry and cook some ramen after buying groceries at the supermarket. This feature alone makes it a must-stay destination during your journey. [Conclusion] This place is flawless in terms of location, price, and convenience. Don't hesitate—just book it. You won't regret it!

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno presso Eurostars Aliados a Porto. Anche se è stato annunciato come un hotel 5-star, si sente più come un alto termine 4-star, principalmente perché manca alcuni dei tocchi aggiuntivi di lusso e servizio che si aspetta da un'esperienza di alto livello 5-star. Ciò detto, offre ancora un grande valore per i soldi e un ottimo soggiorno. Uno dei punti più forti dell'hotel è la sua posizione diretta nel cuore di Porto, rendendo facile esplorare la città a piedi.Nonostante sia così centrale, la camera era tranquilla e ben isolata, permettendo un grande sonno notturno. Il check-in è stato facile ed efficiente, con personale amichevole e professionale che ci hanno fatto sentire benvenuti immediatamente. La nostra camera era spaziosa, elegante e molto confortevole, con un letto di grande dimensione, un elegante decoro e una doccia enorme che ha aggiunto un toccante di indulgenza. Tutto era pulito senza spot, che è sempre una priorità quando si sceglie un hotel. L'hotel dispone di un spa con una palestra, una sauna e un hammam, liberi per gli ospiti. Anche se non abbiamo avuto tempo per usarli, hanno guardato moderno, ben mantenuto e invitante, aggiungendo all'attrazione dell'hotel. In generale, Eurostars Aliados offre un soggiorno elegante e confortevole a un prezzo ragionevole. Anche se non può raggiungere il livello di una vera 5-star esperienza, è un'ottima opzione per chi cerca un hotel di alta qualità nel centro di Porto. Noi rimarremmo qui!

La stanza è migliore, il letto è molto comodo, la reception è particolarmente calda, la colazione è anche molto ricco, la posizione geografica è buona. Le attrazioni sono all'interno della gamma di passi. Il parcheggio alla porta dell'hotel di fine settimana senza pagare, cioè la stanza degli ospiti è stata pulita e la porta è stata pulita direttamente nella stanza. Sto dormindo e ho visto saltare la prima. Non e'molto stupido se hai appena finito di lavare il bagno!

This is a beautiful apartment that made us not want to leave the room. It is apartment that came with a kitchen, dinner area, living area and a bedroom. You need to download the hotel’s app to be able to access the doors to the hotel and your room. Just select key on the app, bring your phone near the keypad and the door opens. Alternatively , you can also key in the 6-digit and #. 5G access may be inaccessible but you can manually switch it your phone to 4G and you will be able to access the app. There are close by restaurants that was less than 5mins walk; Thai, Chinese, Indian and a local diner that was cheap. There’s portions are big enough for 2. There’s also a provision shop right next door that you can buy your necessities like water, drinks etc. Don’t buy travel adaptors as they don’t work or fit. Easy to get Uber to the hotel and from the hotel to anywhere.

Tutto bene. Il problema è stato trovare l'hotel: non c'era un cartello grande e gli appartamenti sono dall'altra parte della strada. La metropolitana è a 100 metri e offre un accesso diretto all'aeroporto. Il centro città è a due fermate. La camera era bella e pulita, ma i materassi non erano molto comodi. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
