Hotel Jaguar Oporto - Airport to Hotel and City is a Free Shuttle Service

The hotel staff are all very nice. We used the airport shuttle service which gave us a lot of convenience. Hotel location is good, close to metro station, many good restaurants nearby.

From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

+Pos: Very clean and well maintained facilities. Professional and friendly staff. Great noise isolation, ensure good sleep. Includes 1 airport ride, convenient for tourists visiting Porto as their 1st/last stop of their trip. 50/50: Location, a bit far from city centre but Metro station nearby. Uber is very affordable as well in Portugal. -Cons: Privacy concerns, toilet window of some rooms are rather transparent, you can look through clearly with ease. Since there are residential buildings next to the hotel, you will want to cover the window with something when you take a bath.

We love this hotel. The staff and room are excellent. Take us to the airport is plus. Good to stay here in Porto.

Jaguar Hotel has an excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They were sincerely nice, kind, with a smile on their faces and ready to meet our needs. It happened to be my husband’s birthday on the day we checked in  and Martha knocked on our door and presented us with a big piece of cake and 2 glasses of wine and sang a birthday song. It was a pleasant surprise. We can’t remember the staff names, but we  appreciate each and everyone of them  including the young man who drove us to the city center and to the airport. Our room is clean and well equipped with amenities.. I highly recommend this place . .

Thank you Hotel Jaguar Oporto for the special arrangement to pick up 10 of us with 3 cars from train station and ease our travel during raining day. From the time we stepped into the hotel cars until we checked out and leave the hotel to airport, all your hotel staff really gave us great service and made us feel good and very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the foods are very good too. Personally I strongly recommend this hotel even though it’s slightly out from city centre but we are happily walked about 20-25min during our 3 days stayed.

An amazing hotel! I was so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness and above all... the staff! They were pleasant, accomodating and even gave us an upgrade which was just incredible! I want to especially thank the following wonderful staff members who made our 1 night stay so special... they should be commended for their HIGH CUSTOMER ORIENTED persona! Very rare to find these days. The people I would like to thank are: Debouc, Fernando, Andre and Joao! Absolutely wonder human beings who treat customers with respect and dignity! I fould this hotel along with another one in Cascais to be TOP NOTCH when it came to hospitality! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Spotless room, lovely hotel with all you need for stay

The free shuttle service is amazing, very professional, and the staff at the reception are super friendly and go the extra mile. I honestly got blown away by the level of service and professionalism of the hotel to ensure the comfort of their guests! Absolutely would return!
