Questo hotel ridefinisce davvero il concetto di servizio di alta qualità negli hotel di lusso: personale cordiale, disponibile, attento e professionale. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad aiutare, estremamente comunicativo e reattivo tramite WeChat, e si prende cura di ogni esigenza. La mia impressione prima ancora dell'arrivo era già positiva, perché mi hanno aiutato a organizzare la spedizione anticipata di due pacchi in hotel. Mi hanno persino permesso di usare i loro recapiti come numero di telefono per effettuare l'ordine, dato che non avevo un numero locale. Al nostro arrivo, i pacchi ci aspettavano e il personale delle pulizie ha portato via gli imballaggi rimanenti. Offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia gratuito e non posso sottolineare abbastanza quanto fossero morbidi e profumati i nostri vestiti appena lavati. I prodotti da bagno sono del marchio di lusso Le Labo e l'acqua fornita è l'acqua minerale Evian. Ovviamente sono presenti anche asciugacapelli Dyson. Le colazioni giornaliere sono davvero sontuose: abalone la prima mattina e controfiletto di Angus la seconda. Potevamo ordinare il bis di qualsiasi piatto ci fosse piaciuto. I succhi di frutta sono freschi di giornata. Il barista ci ha persino preparato delle bevande da asporto da gustare durante le nostre uscite. Vengono offerti anche il tè pomeridiano e le zuppe serali, e gli ospiti possono scegliere l'orario e il luogo in cui desiderano riceverli (ad esempio, in camera o nella lounge dell'hotel). Ci hanno persino preparato del latte freddo per rinfrescarci dopo cena, dopo aver gustato il pollo piccante di Changsha. Un servizio davvero eccezionale! Una delle cose che distingue questo hotel da tutti gli altri in cui abbiamo soggiornato sono le attività pomeridiane offerte agli ospiti. Il secondo giorno abbiamo partecipato a un corso di smalto cloisonné in hotel e sicuramente esporremo i frutti del nostro lavoro a casa al nostro ritorno. Ci hanno fornito tutto il materiale necessario e una delle gentilissime commesse ci ha spiegato tutto con estrema pazienza, nonostante la barriera linguistica. Esperienze uniche come queste, offerte ogni giorno, rendono il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Capisco perché questo hotel abbia vinto così tanti premi. Il personale se li è davvero meritati. È grazie alla loro dedizione che questo hotel si è guadagnato una reputazione così prestigiosa. Vale davvero ogni centesimo! Non so con precisione quando torneremo a Changsha, ma è entusiasmante sapere che l'hotel ha un'altra sede a Chengdu, che non vediamo l'ora di visitare, magari il prossimo anno. Posso solo dire che conserverò sempre un ricordo affettuoso di questo hotel e in particolare del suo personale, e che questo hotel ha sicuramente alzato l'asticella in termini di servizio eccellente.

Uno dei migliori servizi della mia lunga storia di viaggio in Cina, il personale ricordava le nostre scelte di frutta, sempre servito con un sorriso, e era gentile abbastanza da assicurarsi che le camere fossero provate da bambini senza chiedere esplicitamente. La posizione dell'hotel era anche eccellente, situato proprio al lato del quartiere commerciale occupato della strada Huang Xing, ma dato come è stato bloccato al lato non si sentiva come fossimo nel mezzo dei quartieri commerciali più occupati in Cina - Signor Presidente, signore. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel per chiunque viaggia a Changsha.

Ho adorato il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. Sono stata in diversi hotel in Cina, sia di catene internazionali che locali, e credo che questo sia il mio preferito! Gli interni dell'hotel sono bellissimi, le camere sono spaziose, ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero memorabile è stata la calorosa ospitalità del personale della reception. Non appena ho prenotato, mi hanno inviato un messaggio per aggiungerli su WeChat ed è stato facile contattarli per qualsiasi richiesta, a differenza di altri hotel in cui sono stata, dove è difficile raggiungere direttamente la reception. Mi hanno aiutato a raccogliere e ritirare dei pacchi presso la vicina fermata di CaiNiao quando mi trovavo in un'altra città e non potevo andarci. Ho apprezzato moltissimo questa premura! Quando sono arrivata in hotel, il personale è uscito fino alla macchina al freddo per aiutarci con i bagagli e ci ha offerto del tè caldo per riscaldarci. Dopo il check-in, il personale ha anche portato i nostri bagagli direttamente in camera. Pochi minuti dopo, mi hanno mandato un messaggio per chiedermi se fosse comodo ricevere i pacchi in camera tramite un robot. Poiché l'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla strada principale, il personale ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare il taxi, assicurandosi che l'autista ci portasse direttamente all'ingresso dell'hotel, così da non dover raggiungere la strada principale a piedi. Oltre a tutto ciò, il letto è comodo, gli accappatoi sono morbidi e ho apprezzato molto la presenza di asciugamani monouso per il viso, struccanti, ciabatte antiscivolo per il bagno, coprivasca monouso e copriwater monouso. È stato un gesto davvero premuroso da parte loro mettere a disposizione tutto questo. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata un bonus molto gradito, tutto il cibo era delizioso.

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. A Wonderful Family Stay at Jato Hotel in Changsha! My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Ottimo hotel Le camere sono grandi, pulite e hanno una vista magnifica su entrambi i fiumi. Il buffet è molto superiore ad altri hotel della stessa categoria in Cina. I piatti occidentali sono tutti molto buoni (comprese le vignette) e i piatti locali e classici cinesi sono freschi, gusti e facilmente accessibili. Il personale è estremamente utile e l'hotel è vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni.

Very happy with this hotel. We stayed 5N, and totally enjoyed our stay. We had intended to stay only one night, but eventually extended our stay to 5 nights. I highly recommend this hotel. Location - Location was superb. Tai Ping Old Street was at door step. Walking distance to Wu Yi shopping area. Very close to main attractions too. Plenty of food around. There were also pharmacy, Lawson, Starbucks, McDonald's, BK, cinemas and skating rink nearby. You might want to download Gaode App as Google Map can't be used in China. Room - Hotel room was beautifully furnished. Soft lightings, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, luxurious sheets. Room came with fridge, coffee machine and designer armchair. 2 coffee capsules provided daily. Beautiful cup and saucer, even the water glasses were aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom amenities were of good quality. There is also AI personal assistant. Service Service was excellent. Staff were very warm and obliging. They helped us booked our tickets to Hunan Museum as we didn't know how to navigate on Wechat. There was a robot that sent everything we needed to our room promptly, including our food orders. Downsides Lack of security, no controlled access to rooms. No full length mirror in the room. Water temperature inconsistent, making it uncomfortable to shower in winter. Overall I would gladly return. I would also recommend it to my family and friends. Things to note Didi wasn't able to drop us at hotel doorstep as it was located inside Tai Ping Old Street. Hotel was about a 10m walk from the North Gate entrance, it took us awhile to find it as we arrived at midnight. We had to drag our luggage on the cobblestone pavement but it wasn't that bad. The staff was very kind and understanding. They always went above and beyond to help with our needs. They were very responsive any time I had an issue and it was always resolved quickly. I would definitely book this hotel again if I find myself in ChangSha.

Infine, un'attenzione particolare: Poiché viaggiavamo in inverno con un sacco di bagagli, ci ha colpito apprezzare che l'hotel offre la consegna gratuita di bagagli all'aeroporto ✈️. Il complesso è molto pulito, tranquillo e confortevole.Anche se è nella città, la qualità del sonno è inaspettatamente buona.Specialmente voglio menzionare le loro ghiandole personalizzate, ha davvero migliorato notevolmente la nostra esperienza del sonno e ha fatto la gente stare bene per tutta la notte. Il secondo è il dettaglio e la temperatura. La polvere di Changsha mattina ci fa ancora sapere infinitamente, e in inverno freddo, possiamo godere di un pomeriggio gratuito, che è davvero molto incisivo ☕️. Terzo, e'la ragione piu' grande per cui sono disposto a tornare. From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape.
