Uno dei migliori servizi della mia lunga storia di viaggio in Cina, il personale ricordava le nostre scelte di frutta, sempre servito con un sorriso, e era gentile abbastanza da assicurarsi che le camere fossero provate da bambini senza chiedere esplicitamente. La posizione dell'hotel era anche eccellente, situato proprio al lato del quartiere commerciale occupato della strada Huang Xing, ma dato come è stato bloccato al lato non si sentiva come fossimo nel mezzo dei quartieri commerciali più occupati in Cina - Signor Presidente, signore. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel per chiunque viaggia a Changsha.

My stay at Changsha Xiangjiang Hotel 1968 was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the hotel’s location, facilities, to its outstanding service standards, everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the warm, thoughtful, and highly professional service. Even before check-in, the hotel created a dedicated WeChat service group to assist guests with every detail. Throughout every minute of my stay, I could truly feel the team’s meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. This was one of the best butler-style service experiences I have ever had. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful community area while still being within walking distance of Wuyi Square. Unlike hotels located directly beside busy main roads, this property offers a unique sense of tranquility. You can either walk through the charming side alleys or stroll along the driveway and community square to reach the bustling streets nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and exceptionally well maintained. This garden-style property preserves the elegant charm and architectural spirit of the Republican-era buildings while seamlessly integrating modern facilities and technology. It creates an immersive atmosphere that makes every guest feel like a “time traveler” enjoying both historical aesthetics and contemporary comfort. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay. If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Ho ordinato di mangiare tardi la notte, e non c'era nessun robot per consegnarla alla stanza, quindi ho chiamato il desktop, se potevano portarlo in camera, e mi hanno rifiutato di prenderla da solo. E'molto conveniente per uscire tranquillo nella stanza!!E'molto conveniente andare o vendere in piedi al cancello nord della vecchia strada Taiping. La stanza è leggermente piccola, il suono è buono, tutto quello che dovrebbe essere pronto è buono, la qualità dei bagni è buona, e è anche dotato di ventilatore di Lef. Anche se la vista fuori dalla finestra non è piu'smalti, ma non sono ferito e elegante.Se la stanza è più grande, sarò perfetta. Un po'di miglioramento, dopo aver mangiato, non abbiamo avuto il picco del bagno per la notte o l'ora, ma c'è ancora una situazione di calore improvviso. Devi rimuovere il bagno o un po'di pelle, un po'difficile. E'veramente molto conveniente lodare la vendita o comprare bevande!! L'atteggiamento di servizio della signorina Reception è anche buono. Prima di arrivare, ho chiamato e mi ho inviato un indirizzo di microscrittura. L'hotel ha anche sintetizzato l'attacco di viaggio. La prossima volta che vengo a Changsha, vivrò di nuovo.

Il mio soggiorno al W Changsha è stato assolutamente fantastico! Il design complessivo dell'hotel è incredibilmente futuristico e all'avanguardia; ogni angolo della hall e dei corridoi è fotogenico. Le camere erano completamente attrezzate, con l'asciugacapelli Dyson e i comandi smart in camera, davvero comodi. Voglio elogiare in particolare il servizio; ogni membro dello staff che ho incontrato, dal check-in al check-out, è stato incredibilmente cordiale e proattivo, soprattutto YoYo alla reception e Xiao Zhao, il cui servizio è stato superbo. La colazione offriva un'ampia scelta ed era servita fino alle 14:00, perfetta per i giovani che non riescono ad alzarsi presto. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di gustare gli autentici noodles di riso di Changsha e il caratteristico maiale saltato in padella piccante. Consigliatissimo!

La camera era pulita e ordinata e ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole. Ho scelto questo hotel a caso durante il mio viaggio a Changsha, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla sua qualità. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Un'oasi di tranquillità nel cuore di Chaozong Street, un quartiere in leggera fase di riqualificazione che conserva ancora il fascino delle sale da mahjong e della vita quotidiana. Lo chef è di altissimo livello e i pasti equilibrati rappresentano un sano contrappunto ai piatti speziati. Se avete la possibilità di optare per un pacchetto che include colazione, tè pomeridiano e cena a tarda notte, fatelo! Il menù cambia ogni giorno. Tutto il personale è caloroso e accogliente, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni desiderio, premiando i viaggiatori che apprezzano l'indipendenza e la flessibilità.
