Questo hotel montagnoso è una gioiello assoluto per chiunque chieda pace e connessione con la natura, per lo meno uno dei miei portafogli preferiti nella memoria recente.
Dal momento che sono arrivato, il fascino architettonico si è manifestato: edifici bianchi, eleganti e moderni, inclinati verso un sfondo forestale lussuoso, con pareti di pietra rustica che conservavano un contrasto caldo e terremoto. Gli interni sono così pensatamente progettati cozy lounge are con un forno a legno cracking che vi invita a sparare indietro e a rilassarsi (Ho passato ore con i piedi in alto dal fuoco, siccando tè, e dimenticare il mondo esterno).
Gli spazi sono ugualmente deliziosi: le piazze soffocate, dove il mio spagnolo si è svolta (un bel toccamento, inaspettato!) e le vie di sepoltura che portano a visibilità dipinte delle colline boschive. Ogni angolo si sente intenzionale, equilibrando il design minimalista con la bellezza cruda della natura circostante.
Il luogo è molto tranquillo per sentire la russa delle foglie e della canzone degli uccelli, ma le strutture sono confortevoli e ben messe a disposizione. Il personale (anche se non interagiva molto, grazie alla segretezza) sembrava attento, e i piccoli tocchi (come il legno di fuoco che si staccava bene dal forno) facevano sentire il soggiorno personale e curato.
Se dovessi scegliere, è che la posizione remota significa che avresti bisogno di un'auto per esplorare i punti vicini, ma è parte dell'appello per una vera escape.

Personale cordiale. Considerando il prezzo della camera, la colazione è ottima. Piazza Wuyi è a soli 7-9 minuti. È molto affollata. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. L'hotel si trova proprio all'angolo dell'ingresso di Taiping Street: vedrete il cancello d'ingresso e l'hotel sarà sulla vostra destra, leggermente alle vostre spalle.

UUtente ospiteThis homestay is quite difficult to find, especially for international travelers who are unfamiliar with the area. It was unclear where to check in at first, and we had to ask the building’s information desk to help contact the owner before we could access the room. Fortunately, the owner was kind and helpful.
The room itself is spacious with plenty of space. There was a slight cigarette smell, which is common in some places in China, but the highlight is the beautiful river view. Although some buildings partially block the view, it is still very impressive.
This was our last night in China before returning home, and staying here became a very good memory.
Downstairs, there is a nearby park where you can take a walk and watch elderly locals doing their daily activities, which feels very authentic and enjoyable.
The location is convenient—close to a train station and easy to get to Orange Isle. Around the building, there are rice shops and cafés, so finding food is not a problem at all.
A good choice for travelers who value views and atmosphere, and don’t mind a bit of inconvenience during check-in.

KKAN See YemThe staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean and tidy. There were plenty of eating shops, groceries and other conveniences around. The Metro station entrance at the Wanda Plaza was only 5 minutes walk. The famous Taiping Old Street was another 5 minutes away. For meat lovers and food adventurers, Taiping Old Street is a must. The hotel has certainly embraced the AI era by using a cute robot to do the delivery work. I hope more hotels will follow soon. One area needs to be improved. This is regarding the direction to the hotel for guests from overseas like me. More direction signs be placed at strategic locations. At the same time a more detailed map be included in the website to guide the guests. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a great time.

YYxonMy trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it.
Location:
The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities.
Apartment Condition:
The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays.
Building & Check-in:
Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby.
Service:
The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations.
Noise Level:
Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor.
Overall:
A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

YYGH7Nice hotel apartment with good amenities. Service is friendly. The entrance can be a little difficult to locate because it is on the ”basement” level for pedestrians and cars. For pedestrians, go to the iCity Mall of the POFO/Modena building and use the escalator (downward) situated beside the 'Heytea” store [which is onthe ground floor]. From there, follow the Modena signs for the hotel entrance.
The breakfast is very varied and good. It is located on the top floor (43) so the views are fantastic. The closest metro stations are about 10-15 minutes walk, which is ok in cooler temperatures but not Beth nice in the summer. If you use taxis/Didi, then that shouldn't matter.
I would recommend this hotel.

JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful.
Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo.
Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there.
Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult.
The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay.
The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
