"Un ottimo hotel! Le due ragazze alla reception sono state davvero gentili e premurose. Se volevi fare il bucato prima di uscire, si occupavano loro di ritirare i vestiti, senza farti aspettare: un servizio che nemmeno gli hotel più grandi offrono. La nostra camera veniva riordinata ogni giorno. Nei dintorni, proprio sotto l'hotel, ci sono tantissimi ristorantini tipici, economici e deliziosi. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che si trova un po' distante dalla fermata della metropolitana, ma per noi che ci siamo sempre spostati in taxi o con servizi di ride-sharing, non è stato un problema. "Mi trovo a Changsha per un viaggio di lavoro ed è la terza volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, fermandomi ogni volta per più giorni. La stazione della metropolitana è situata proprio sotto l'hotel, rendendo gli spostamenti estremamente comodi. Questo albergo è una garanzia, andate sul sicuro! Il servizio è attento e premuroso, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, pulite e la biancheria da letto è di ottima qualità. Trovo che le strutture siano davvero eccellenti. In estate, la possibilità di lavare e asciugare i vestiti ha risolto un mio grande problema, è stata una comodità incredibile. Consiglio vivamente i loro asciugamani e teli bagno monouso; sono di gran lunga migliori di quelli in tessuto e non ci si deve minimamente preoccupare della loro pulizia. Di sera, la vista notturna è splendida. Peccato solo che questa volta non sia riuscito a prenotare una camera con vista fiume; la loro vista sul fiume è fantastica, l'ultima volta ne avevo una, ma sono così richieste ahahahah! Anche la vista sulla città, comunque, non è male. Un ultimo plauso va al rimborso immediato del deposito cauzionale al momento del check-out, fantastico!"

"The person in charge was friendly and helpful, she introduced the famous restaurants and places to visit not to miss in Changsha. The room was huge and spacious, and the thing I love the most about this hotel was the washing machine, however if the hotel can provide us with a cloth dryer then it will be great. The location of this hotel was good, all the shopping malls and restaurants were in walking distance. I will definitely stay here once again if I’m going to Changsha in the future."

"This was not a usual hotel keycard door room, but instead a electric passcode lock which had issues 2 days back to back whereby I had to wait infront of my door after a long day for about 10minutes for the staff to come up.
Also I got to mention that except for the male staff that came up to help which was still quite nice and friendly, the female staff over the phone was quite rude and she even hung up the phone when I was addressing the issue of the lock.
Overall my stay here was not as well as expected considering the amount of money I paid for in this city whereby this “hotel” was supposed to be above average but the experience was quite contradicting."

RRen Yi ThomassThis hotel is located in a small alley from the main road. The location is great as it is located at the heart of the beer and pub where you can drink your heart out as they close at 3am .
Also, they are 10 mins walk to the night market where you find all local Changsha as well as hunan cuisine.
The metro station is quite far off and it is advisable to the taxi or Didi car if you want to visit the tourist attraction areas.
One special compliment is to the front desk staff as they provide assistance to help you collect your laundry when done and tag them in a bag based on your room number without you worrying about your uncollected laundry.
This hotel is recommended.

VVicky PangThis hotel was the best hotel I stayed in throughout my holiday in China. Unfortunately, I stayed here only for 1 night. The people working at the reception were friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, you can contact them via Wechat. The room was already ready when we checked in so the lights and aircon was on when we entered the room. You can use AI smart control 小度 to control switches or perform various tasks. The beds were comfortable and location is good. It's walking distance from the subway station and various food/shopping streets in the city. The hotel uses Laifen hairdryer, it was so good that I'm thinking of getting one for myself. The welcome snacks were a nice touch and you can get coffee from the reception area.

JJonathanThe location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Please note that the hotel is not near Wuyi square, that's misleading. it's right opposite the Train station, and very easy to find. It's surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants
The room is spacious, comfy and the bed is massive!
The bathroom is very big and modern.
Check in and out was prompt and very friendly. My only complaint is that the TV remote control is flakey, but that's negligible. I will surely book the hotel again when in Changsha

L'ambiente dell'hotel è abbastanza buono, ma adoro l'atmosfera di questo negozio e della strada! L'hotel si trova in Duzheng Street, non lontano da Piazza Huangxing. È una strada antica! L'ultima volta che sono venuto a Changsha per visitare questa strada, ho visto questo negozio per caso. La prossima volta volevo provare questo negozio per una notte e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto! La signora alla reception è entusiasta e ha un ottimo atteggiamento verso il servizio. Prenderà l'iniziativa per aiutare le persone con i bagagli. Invitaci anche a giocare con i clienti abituali in salotto! Questa strada è molto vivace di notte. Ci sono molti bar, gente che canta per strada e tutti i tipi di snack e barbecue. Il tè è piacevole alla vista e il barbecue Mengzhong è come Laosan. È davvero impossibile finirlo un giorno! Nel complesso, non è un problema prenotare questo negozio quando si viaggia a Changsha! Anche la posizione è buona! C'è di tutto da mangiare e da bere e non è lontano dalle principali attrazioni.

UUtente ospite老闆非常客氣，一到機場老闆就過來接入住，非常方便，房間非常乾淨房間的設施設備也蠻齊全，吹風機熱水壺空調都有，我跟我爸爸媽媽一起來住的爸爸媽媽非常滿意，主要是乾淨衞生安全，下次來長沙爸爸媽媽説還要訂這家。

UUtente ospiteNeed to be able to call contact ahead of time (we chat best) to get door code. This is a homestay, more like a bed and breakfast. The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.

UUtente ospite🚇 2 è che la porta del metro è che la porta non ha un elettrone. È arrivata una strada sulla porta 8, con il consiglio di bagagli. Il letto della stanza è grande. La zona commerciale sotto la notte è un po'spazzata. Da 7mail direttamente b1 è più piccolo entrare dalla strada lunga accanto a quella di entrare dal primo piano.
