Hotel con palestra a Changsha

Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti numero 2 e 3, è stato molto efficiente nell'emettere i biglietti e ha compreso le mie esigenze, provvedendo a fornirmeli secondo le mie richieste. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è stato ottimo. Le strutture erano complete e la comodità di non dover utilizzare una tessera per l'elettricità è stata un grande vantaggio, rendendo il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.

Un'oasi di tranquillità nel cuore di Chaozong Street, un quartiere in leggera fase di riqualificazione che conserva ancora il fascino delle sale da mahjong e della vita quotidiana. Lo chef è di altissimo livello e i pasti equilibrati rappresentano un sano contrappunto ai piatti speziati. Se avete la possibilità di optare per un pacchetto che include colazione, tè pomeridiano e cena a tarda notte, fatelo! Il menù cambia ogni giorno. Tutto il personale è caloroso e accogliente, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni desiderio, premiando i viaggiatori che apprezzano l'indipendenza e la flessibilità.

Ho adorato il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. Sono stata in diversi hotel in Cina, sia di catene internazionali che locali, e credo che questo sia il mio preferito! Gli interni dell'hotel sono bellissimi, le camere sono spaziose, ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero memorabile è stata la calorosa ospitalità del personale della reception. Non appena ho prenotato, mi hanno inviato un messaggio per aggiungerli su WeChat ed è stato facile contattarli per qualsiasi richiesta, a differenza di altri hotel in cui sono stata, dove è difficile raggiungere direttamente la reception. Mi hanno aiutato a raccogliere e ritirare dei pacchi presso la vicina fermata di CaiNiao quando mi trovavo in un'altra città e non potevo andarci. Ho apprezzato moltissimo questa premura! Quando sono arrivata in hotel, il personale è uscito fino alla macchina al freddo per aiutarci con i bagagli e ci ha offerto del tè caldo per riscaldarci. Dopo il check-in, il personale ha anche portato i nostri bagagli direttamente in camera. Pochi minuti dopo, mi hanno mandato un messaggio per chiedermi se fosse comodo ricevere i pacchi in camera tramite un robot. Poiché l'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla strada principale, il personale ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare il taxi, assicurandosi che l'autista ci portasse direttamente all'ingresso dell'hotel, così da non dover raggiungere la strada principale a piedi. Oltre a tutto ciò, il letto è comodo, gli accappatoi sono morbidi e ho apprezzato molto la presenza di asciugamani monouso per il viso, struccanti, ciabatte antiscivolo per il bagno, coprivasca monouso e copriwater monouso. È stato un gesto davvero premuroso da parte loro mettere a disposizione tutto questo. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata un bonus molto gradito, tutto il cibo era delizioso.

The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

If you’re visiting Changsha and looking for a hotel that’s clean, modern, and full of thoughtful details, I honestly can’t recommend OKDAY Hotel (Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station) enough. This place really surprised me, not because it’s fancy or over-the-top, but because every little detail feels designed with care. Let’s start with what impressed me the most: the hygiene standards. I’ve stayed in many mid-range hotels across China, but OKDAY stands out. The remote controls were individually wrapped, which instantly made me feel reassured about their cleanliness. The bathroom even comes with a toilet seat cleaner, something I rarely see even in higher-end hotels. It’s these small touches that make a big difference, especially for someone who values hygiene as much as I do. The room setup is modern, cozy, and smart. There’s a Xiaodu voice control system that lets you adjust lights, curtains, and even the TV with just your voice, a real upgrade for a hotel at this price point. On top of that, they even provide an Aircon remote so you can control the temperature without getting out of bed (lazy travelers like me, you’ll love this 😆). Another bonus is there’s a mini fridge in the room, perfect for storing drinks, fruits, or late-night snacks. (They send me a dinner dessert to the room upon check in!) And if you’re staying a few days, they’ve got laundry service available right at the front desk. Just hand over your clothes and they’ll take care of the rest, no hassle at all. The location is also a major win, it’s right next to the Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station, making it super convenient to explore Changsha’s main attractions, grab local food, or head out shopping. All in all, OKDAY Hotel has easily become one of my favorite hotels in Changsha. It’s clean, quiet, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Whether you’re here for business, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, this place delivers way more than you’d expect. 🌙✨

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

In sostanza, tutti gli aspetti sono considerati completamente, tra cui gli oggetti persi dopo la partenza. È anche la prima volta che ci contattano La stanza è ben igienica, il letto è comodo e la posizione geografica intorno è superiore. È il centro commerciale di Dexter. La stanza è ancora molto isolata. In ultima analisi, è ancora molto consigliabile avere la possibilità di tornare.

La camera era pulita e ordinata e ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole. Ho scelto questo hotel a caso durante il mio viaggio a Changsha, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla sua qualità. Anche la luce naturale era fantastica; quando il sole entrava, mi sentivo al caldo e a mio agio. Il check-out era previsto per le 13:00, ma l'hotel ci ha concesso un'ora in più. Ci hanno persino offerto un piccolo omaggio prima di partire. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Changsha.

La vista dalle finestre dei piani dal 53 al 58 è semplicemente divina. La notte, guardare lo scintillante skyline di Changsha è così romantico che ti fa battere forte il cuore. Il design dai toni scuri emana un'eleganza raffinata, lussuosa ma discreta, e sia le camere che le aree comuni sono perfette per scattare foto mozzafiato, non riuscivo a smettere! E la colazione è stata una vera sorpresa, con un orario super comodo dalle 7:30 alle 11:00. Il menu include noodle e vermicelli speciali di Changsha fatti su ordinazione, oltre a un buffet di piatti, tutti deliziosi e di alta qualità. Dopo aver mangiato, mi sentivo completamente felice!
