Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti numero 2 e 3, è stato molto efficiente nell'emettere i biglietti e ha compreso le mie esigenze, provvedendo a fornirmeli secondo le mie richieste. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è stato ottimo. Le strutture erano complete e la comodità di non dover utilizzare una tessera per l'elettricità è stata un grande vantaggio, rendendo il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.

My stay at Changsha Xiangjiang Hotel 1968 was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the hotel’s location, facilities, to its outstanding service standards, everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the warm, thoughtful, and highly professional service. Even before check-in, the hotel created a dedicated WeChat service group to assist guests with every detail. Throughout every minute of my stay, I could truly feel the team’s meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. This was one of the best butler-style service experiences I have ever had. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful community area while still being within walking distance of Wuyi Square. Unlike hotels located directly beside busy main roads, this property offers a unique sense of tranquility. You can either walk through the charming side alleys or stroll along the driveway and community square to reach the bustling streets nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and exceptionally well maintained. This garden-style property preserves the elegant charm and architectural spirit of the Republican-era buildings while seamlessly integrating modern facilities and technology. It creates an immersive atmosphere that makes every guest feel like a “time traveler” enjoying both historical aesthetics and contemporary comfort. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay. My sincere thanks to the entire service team for their dedication and hospitality. I truly look forward to returning in the future and bringing my family to experience this wonderful hotel together.

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. If you’re visiting Changsha and looking for a hotel that’s clean, modern, and full of thoughtful details, I honestly can’t recommend OKDAY Hotel (Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station) enough. This place really surprised me, not because it’s fancy or over-the-top, but because every little detail feels designed with care. Let’s start with what impressed me the most: the hygiene standards. I’ve stayed in many mid-range hotels across China, but OKDAY stands out. The remote controls were individually wrapped, which instantly made me feel reassured about their cleanliness. The bathroom even comes with a toilet seat cleaner, something I rarely see even in higher-end hotels. It’s these small touches that make a big difference, especially for someone who values hygiene as much as I do. The room setup is modern, cozy, and smart. There’s a Xiaodu voice control system that lets you adjust lights, curtains, and even the TV with just your voice, a real upgrade for a hotel at this price point. On top of that, they even provide an Aircon remote so you can control the temperature without getting out of bed (lazy travelers like me, you’ll love this 😆). Another bonus is there’s a mini fridge in the room, perfect for storing drinks, fruits, or late-night snacks. (They send me a dinner dessert to the room upon check in!) And if you’re staying a few days, they’ve got laundry service available right at the front desk. Just hand over your clothes and they’ll take care of the rest, no hassle at all. The location is also a major win, it’s right next to the Wuyi Square South Gate Subway Station, making it super convenient to explore Changsha’s main attractions, grab local food, or head out shopping. All in all, OKDAY Hotel has easily become one of my favorite hotels in Changsha. It’s clean, quiet, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Whether you’re here for business, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, this place delivers way more than you’d expect. 🌙✨

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

L'hotel è vicino alla metropolitana, conveniente ovunque (la Changsha è più di quanto mi aspettavo, quindi c'è quasi tutto il metro dietro). Anche se c'è un edificio di copertura fuori dalla finestra (dicono che fosse un progetto immobiliare), è proprio perché questa sera è molto tranquillo. Non sarà molto dolce come la piazza 51. Il posto dell'hotel commerciale non è un hotel vacanze, quindi non importa la finestra. E'molto vicino alla porta orientale di Zhao Shang, e consigliamo di entrare nella porta orientale per un viaggio di auto ambientale. C'è due piccoli supermercati sotto l'hotel. È ancora molto conveniente aggiungere bevande a zero. La colazione è buona, la farina di carne bovina è particolarmente deliziosa, non perde per il negozio di farina esterna 👍🏼 In sintesi, sono molto soddisfatti di tutti i comfort ～

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

The staff was very kind and understanding. They always went above and beyond to help with our needs. They were very responsive any time I had an issue and it was always resolved quickly. I would definitely book this hotel again if I find myself in ChangSha.

Tingjian Suyu Hotel（Chang Sha） This is truly my favorite hotel throughout this Changsha trip, and a place that made me feel completely at ease ❤️ First, the environment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Despite being located in the city center, the sleep quality was excellent. I especially loved their custom-made pillows, which significantly improved our rest and made every night deeply relaxing. Second, the thoughtful details. From the unforgettable Changsha rice noodles at breakfast to the complimentary afternoon tea during the cold winter, every detail felt warm and well-considered ☕️. Third—and the main reason I would return—is the service. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and responsive. No matter what we needed, they were always there, making us feel safe and cared for—almost like having a personal butler at home. Lastly, a very special highlight: Since we were traveling in winter with lots of luggage, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offers free luggage delivery to the airport ✈️. Thanks to this, we could fully enjoy our last day in Changsha without worrying about our suitcases at all—such a thoughtful service! If you ask whether I would come back? Yes, 100%.
