Hotel 4 stelle a Changsha

Il personale della reception, in particolare gli addetti numero 2 e 3, è stato molto efficiente nell'emettere i biglietti e ha compreso le mie esigenze, provvedendo a fornirmeli secondo le mie richieste. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è stato ottimo. Le strutture erano complete e la comodità di non dover utilizzare una tessera per l'elettricità è stata un grande vantaggio, rendendo il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana.

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per gli spostamenti, vicino a tutto. Ci soggiorno ogni volta che sono in viaggio di lavoro. Le camere sono dotate di servizi igienici separati e ben attrezzate, si trova al sesto piano dell'International Centre, proprio di fronte. Ci sono anche macchinette per il caffè e robot-baristi, molte piante verdi nella hall, e lavanderia e palestra complete.

Very happy with this hotel. We stayed 5N, and totally enjoyed our stay. We had intended to stay only one night, but eventually extended our stay to 5 nights. I highly recommend this hotel. Location - Location was superb. Tai Ping Old Street was at door step. Walking distance to Wu Yi shopping area. Very close to main attractions too. Plenty of food around. There were also pharmacy, Lawson, Starbucks, McDonald's, BK, cinemas and skating rink nearby. You might want to download Gaode App as Google Map can't be used in China. Room - Hotel room was beautifully furnished. Soft lightings, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, luxurious sheets. Room came with fridge, coffee machine and designer armchair. 2 coffee capsules provided daily. Beautiful cup and saucer, even the water glasses were aesthetically pleasing. Bathroom amenities were of good quality. There is also AI personal assistant. Service Service was excellent. Staff were very warm and obliging. They helped us booked our tickets to Hunan Museum as we didn't know how to navigate on Wechat. There was a robot that sent everything we needed to our room promptly, including our food orders. Downsides Lack of security, no controlled access to rooms. No full length mirror in the room. Water temperature inconsistent, making it uncomfortable to shower in winter. Overall I would gladly return. I would also recommend it to my family and friends. Things to note Didi wasn't able to drop us at hotel doorstep as it was located inside Tai Ping Old Street. Hotel was about a 10m walk from the North Gate entrance, it took us awhile to find it as we arrived at midnight. We had to drag our luggage on the cobblestone pavement but it wasn't that bad. 酒店位置優越，停車方便，客房乾淨整潔，窗外夜景很美！早餐品種豐富，米粉好好吃🤤前台的小姐姐們熱情周到，有問必答👍👍👍酒店緊鄰地鐵站（濚灣鎮地鐵站），出行遊玩很方便，去橘子洲衹一個站的距離，距嶽麓山公園也很近，這次是返程順道打卡遊玩，行程有點緊張，下次來還選這。😊😊😊兩張夜景是客房窗外實景，早餐品類沒拍全，衹拍了自己的🤭🤭🤭

La vista dalle finestre dei piani dal 53 al 58 è semplicemente divina. La notte, guardare lo scintillante skyline di Changsha è così romantico che ti fa battere forte il cuore. Il design dai toni scuri emana un'eleganza raffinata, lussuosa ma discreta, e sia le camere che le aree comuni sono perfette per scattare foto mozzafiato, non riuscivo a smettere! E la colazione è stata una vera sorpresa, con un orario super comodo dalle 7:30 alle 11:00. Il menu include noodle e vermicelli speciali di Changsha fatti su ordinazione, oltre a un buffet di piatti, tutti deliziosi e di alta qualità. Dopo aver mangiato, mi sentivo completamente felice!

Ho soggiornato all'Habitat Hotel e la sua posizione è davvero imbattibile. Si trova proprio di fronte all'uscita 5 della stazione ferroviaria di Changsha, con accesso diretto alle linee 2 e 3 della metropolitana, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo sia per i viaggi interurbani che per gli spostamenti a Changsha. Che arriviate con l'alta velocità o siate diretti verso le attrazioni più famose della città, potete raggiungere l'hotel in pochi minuti dal treno o dalla metropolitana, senza bisogno di taxi o lunghe camminate. Questo ha reso il mio soggiorno privo di stress ed efficiente, soprattutto con i bagagli. Se la comodità e l'accesso ai trasporti pubblici sono le vostre priorità principali, l'Habitat Hotel è una scelta eccellente. La vicinanza alle stazioni mi ha fatto risparmiare tempo e ho potuto facilmente pianificare gite di un giorno e prendere i treni del mattino presto senza fretta.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione privilegiata, circondato da cibo delizioso e vicino alla metropolitana, il che lo rende comodo per gli spostamenti. Il servizio clienti alla reception, Ye Zi, è stato cordiale e premuroso. Si è presa l'iniziativa di spiegare le attrazioni e il cibo e ha migliorato la colazione. L'esperienza è stata fantastica e tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

This hotel is amazing! The decoration is fashionable and warm, with excellent sound insulation effect and super stable sleep. The service provided by Ms. Deng is thoughtful and meticulous, always responding to requests. The stay was particularly comfortable, highly recommended!
