UUtente ospite1. Номер. Очень просторный, красивый, чистый, новая мебель, белоснежное белье. Есть все необходимое: тапочки, халаты, зубные щётки, бумажные салфетки, шампунь, бальзам, кондиционер, вода, спрайт и кола. Уборка бесплатная. Все пополняется. Общение по всем вопросам происходит в ви-чате. Отвечают быстро на все запросы. Нет посуды на кухне. Ей в принципе оказывается нельзя пользоваться. Можно договориться и пользоваться, но при условии, что будешь мыть ее сам. Для нас матрасы были нуу очень жёсткими.
2. Территория комплекса. Закрытая, достаточно большая, чистая, зелёная. Бассейн симпатичный, вода чистая, немного прохладная. У бассейна стоит 6 шезлонгов. Так как там народу почти никогда нет, нам хватало.
3. Пляж. Общественный, прямо через дорогу. Есть железные шезлонги, они бесплатные. Обычно все шезлонги заняты китайцами, но они там по долгу на них не сидят. Поэтому мы обычно расстилались рядом, ждали минут 15 и обязательно появлялись свободные. Можно расположиться слева в тени пальм на песке, но оттуда далековато до загона ходить купаться. Подальше вправо от завода род пальмами стоят в тени деревянные шезлонги, там все время есть свободные, но там сильное течение и не купаются. На пляже есть бесплатные души, где можно ополоснуться от песка и туалет.
4. Местоположение. Отличное. В самом комплексе есть супермаркет с дешёвыми ценами. В 10 минутах ходьбы есть площадь с уличными кафешками. В 20 минутах ходьбы есть вечерний рынок с фруктами, уличной едой и торговый центр. На 306 автобусе (проезд 2 баня) без пересадок можно доехать до парка Даосские гроты (остановка на стороне жилого комплекса) и до парка цветов и старого города (остановка через дорогу от жилого комплекса).
5. Завтраки. Не европейские, рассчитаны на китайцев. Из напитков только кофе и вода, нет ни соков, ни чая. Есть вареные яйца, яичница, какая то ветчина, картошка фри, наггетсы, местные пельмени, булочки и куча непонятной китайской хрени. Из фруктов арбузы и мандарины. Мы находили что поклевать.
Итог: нам понравилось. Сам районный полупустынный, народу мало, машин почти нет, очень тихо. Цены значительно дешевле на все чем в Санье и Додунхае. Иностранцев почти нет, тут отдыхают только местные. Если хотите окунуться действительно в местный колорит и любите спокойную обстановку, смело останавливайтесь!

JJcheahL'esperienza generale era ok, ma durante il mio viaggio incontro un tifone leggero che non era pesante ma l'edificio era vecchio e scivolando finestra nella sala, camera da letto e toilette erano così cattivi che avevano un rumore molto alto che non poteva andare a dormire E causando disturbi significativi. Credete che sia dovuto a grandi buchi e scarsi sigilli in tutte le finestre mentre non l'ho incontrato in altri hotel. Viaggiatori che visitano questo luogo che si aspettava di piovere, si prega di evitare a qualsiasi costo.

KKiean Kaih JohnsonOur transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un appartamento assolutamente lussuoso con la più spettacolare Visualizza l'intera area e il mare dal più alto edificio in tutta la baia eccellente mobilio grande bagno e tutto è super comodo. la spiaggia è solo 5 minuti E'solo una splendida spiaggia con acqua calda qui in ottobre, ci sono anche piscine vicino, ma penso che ci potrebbe essere un prezzo per accedere a queste. E a pochi passi o a pochi passi da lì c'è un enorme parco di divertimento con un delizioso barbecue Ristorante, tutto il cibo che potevamo immaginare è stato consegnato in meno di mezz'ora dalle app di consegna sorprendente, le scale sono anche bevande e snacks vendendo macchine, ma richiedono un riconoscimento facciale che non riesco a capire come usare. è estremamente amichevole e aiutare con tutto e ha avuto tutti i tipi di attività che i bambini ci suggeriscono di provare anche. alcuni coinvolgono tutti i tipi di paracadute e elicotteri, ma non abbiamo osato provare. questa prenotazione è stato un ottimo valore per i soldi. La grande sala da mettere in vendita è anche lontana, ma non possiamo capire come acquistare le cose da lì, è legato alla registrazione e ottenere le cose spedite all'aeroporto quando si parte. Gli altri di Atlantide sono assolutamente sorprendenti con il suo enorme acquiario con accesso gratuito e guardare intorno.

IIgorSerbiaHere is my opinion. This is my first time here and the hotel is great for the price. I think it's up to standard, at least for me. I lived in similar apartment - style before, so I can tell you this: do not expect high luxury, but a nice place to stay. You get the towels, toothbrushes, combs, etc, two coffee mugs, but no cutlery. I don't think that's any problem, because you can always buy/take a plastic spoon or fork. Everything seemed clean and working well. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PICTURES SHOW THE ROOM WHEN I WAS LEAVING, so this is not authentic representation of a check-in room. It's cleaner and nicer. I was on the 26th floor. The sea-view is partial, you have another tall building in front of you, but the view is nice enough, you can have your morning coffee while looking at the sea. The beach is very close, literally five minutes away. All the nice restaurants are just 5 minutes away! (I recommend Dolphin - amazing, but I heard that Brunch is very nice too). Another thing: the owner agreed to let me chek out a lot later, although I had to pay a bit, but not the full price of a day's stay. In any case, I strongly recommend this place if you want a reasonably-priced place in the right location. Enjoy!
Important note: you must get in touch with the owner, before you come because the reception is on the 20th floor and you cannot get there without an elevator card.
There's also deposit 100 for my type of room, which was returned to me at the checkout.

11381707****L'appartamento è in fila all'hotel di lusso di Haixian Bay, accanto ad Atlantis, la stanza è molto pulita, ha 2 camere, un 22esimo piano, un dodicesimo piano, la vista del mare è buona, le strutture della stanza sono buone, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, in generale si sente bene. L'appartamento ha una piscina, e si trova vicino alla spiaggia per pochi minuti. C'è un piccolo supermercato sottostante, conveniente.

UUtente anonimoI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

RRoshchupkina DariaAbbiamo avuto una vacanza in questo hotel con una ragazza dal 3 al 8 ottobre, ci piaceva. Prima, soggiornare in hotel è abbastanza economico, secondo, la posizione è perfetta, andare al mare per solo 3 minuti. La spiaggia è ben presa, la sera è sempre molto divertente e occupata, ci sono molti diversi caffè e ristoranti di diverse categorie di prezzo. La spiaggia stessa è molto pulita, l'unico meno - non ci sono lieghe. Ci sono anche molti caffè vicino all'hotel, sia con cibo russo che cinese, 2 centri commerciali vicino, al centro stesso per andare non lontano, in generale, La posizione è ideale 😌 A proposito dell'hotel stesso, abbiamo affittato appartamenti con 2 camere, Il passato avevamo una stanza e un vasto balcone con vista sul mare. Gli appartamenti erano belli e puliti, era molto comodo, tutto civilizzato, moderno, l'unico, nella sala da soggiorno era vecchia riparazione, ma non credo fosse così spaventoso, nel resto tutto era buono. L'ospite è molto gentile e amichevole, 8 numeri sono ammessi a risolvere 2 ore dopo, pagato un taxi alla stazione di attesa 😊 In generale, se stai cercando una opzione di bilancio vicino al mare, allora sicuramente qui ☺️

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
*The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2.
*The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then.
