Che hotel meraviglioso con personale cordiale e, parola mia, la piscina è INCREDIBILE. Tornerò sicuramente in hotel la prossima volta che visiterò.

Bella vista, camera grande con bella vista. Ragazzi cordiali alla reception. Qui è dove finiscono i professionisti. Un mucchio di scarafaggi, che corrono costantemente intorno al letto e ai cuscini. La serratura della stanza si è rotta 2 volte in 12 giorni e cigolava come un matto per l'intero piano. L'isola è noiosa, non c'è niente da fare. La piscina è aperta a una certa ora, è stato terribilmente fastidioso, perché mi piace nuotare con il caldo, e se i cinesi hanno paura di prendere il sole, allora non lo faccio, e non voglio aspettare con il caldo di 40 gradi quando mi lasceranno andare a nuotare e prendere il sole!

We booked two deluxe seaview rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The staff at check in were friendly and helped us with translation. We extended our stay here. Nice and relaxing with a lovely pool.

This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water 2star type The same island have phoenix resorts which run by professional hotel group with outdoor swimming pool, We are not allowed to enter in that pool, that’s only for phoenix resorts customers,

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Internet services was bad, after requesting to fix, service was done next day,

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea! The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks. Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.

幾百塊錢住到海景房，超級值得哦，高樓層不潮濕也沒有蚊可以免費游泳＋出海。出島也很方便，酒店隨時有車免費拉，一直到晚上12鍾。 前台陳娟娟美女特別細心，一遍一遍帶看房子，給聯繫租車，給介紹當地美食，服務很好哦，推薦👍👍👍👍👍

一樓有個游泳池，可以帶小朋友去玩水，房間乾淨衞生，設施太久了，停車收費，好像是物業收的，其他都很好，值得推薦

設施：設施設備挺好 衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔 環境：好景特別好簡直是無敵了 服務：前台服務特別好，還有保潔的服務也不錯
