Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel samedi 8 juillet 2023. Jamais il ne m'est arrivé ce type de choses en Europe 17:45 : Check-in, tout se passe bien. Nous prenons possession de la chambre puis sortons. 21:00 : Après avoir dîné à l’extérieur nous rentrons à l’hôtel et nous croisons une personne qui cherche à rentrer dans l’ascenseur alors que nous en sortons, m’agresse verbalement et disparaît sans plus d’explication. Nous rentrons dans notre chambre (218) 22:45 : De l’eau commence à tomber depuis le plafond de la salle de bain. Je téléphone, personne ne répond. Je descends à la réception et je trouve deux personnes derrière le desk de la réception en train de s’invectiver dont la personne de l’ascenseur. Vu la conversation j’en déduis que la personne de l’ascenseur est employée de l’hôtel. Je fais part de mon problème au monsieur qui n’est pas surpris (visiblement le problème est récurrent) et essaye de me trouver une autre chambre. Pendant ce temps là l’autre personne monte et cherche à rentrer dans la chambre de manière très agitée alors que mon ami est encore dans la chambre. Elle prétexte un contrôle. Elle redescends et me hurle dessus (je suis à la réception) en me disant que je lui donne des ordres (ses propos n’ont aucun sens ...). 23:00 : Je remonte pour changer de chambre. Nous passons en 224 dont soit dit en passant la climatisation ne marche pas … (il a fait 35 durant la journée). Tant pis, nous n’irons pas à la réception vu l'ambiance … Le téléphone de la chambre sonne, je décroche : personne au bout du fil. Nous nous couchons. La personne revient dans notre couloir, donne de grands coups sur une porte, et hurle ! 23:30 : Nous sommes paniqués, nous appelons un taxi et attendons qu’elle quitte le couloir pour pouvoir descendre par l’escalier. 23:45 : Check out : nous remettons les cartes au monsieur à la réception et quittons l’hôtel sans y dormir. En attendant le taxi sur le trottoir nous voyons une patrouille de police débarquer. J'ai envoyé un message au service relations clients d'Accor mais attend une réponse.
