Very disturbed by such obvious stains when you enter the room. The entire room did not light up when you open the door. The bathroom is elevated so you need to climb up to enter. Water is not provided, you need to pay for it. Coffee machine is available on the third floor though. Decent stay. Would not recommend.

Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin location is great for visitors like us want shopping and dining since the area Tenjin gets everything we like. We are recommended this hotel since it is just 6 minutes walk for subway station and cross the street we get everything.

My most disappointing stay! Hotel staff were unhelpful and room was stuffy and warm. I will NEVER Recommend this hotel to anyone!

We are not used to very small room 13sqm. If one person staying in the room, it’s fine. If you have 2 person plus two big luggages, you have no space to move around. You can use the lounge at level 3 to enjoy a cup of free coffee.

Very near to subway station. Value for money. Has lots of good restaurants and malls nearby too.

Pro: The location was great, with short walking distance to subways, Tenjin underground mall, and lots of eateries. Staff speaks relatively good English and was very helpful. Con: Room size was average but manageable with 2 large suitcases. There is no driveway in front of the hotel for cars to unload the luggage. The road in front of the hotel was a narrow 2-way, so we had some difficulty unloading.

This capsule hotel is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood near two convenient stores and a metro station less than a 6-minute walk. es and toiletries are included. Including hair products, and hair tools for curling, straightening, and drying hair. Skincare products provided for free, including face wash, and face lotion. Toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, razor, slippers, towels (many), hair products provided for free. Overall, a great place, clean and well taken care of. The only point that I don’t like is that you can’t switch on air conditioner during Nov. I can only open the window and it’s bit noisy in the morning.

Stayed here again after traveling around the region. No musty smell in the room this time.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! The location is great and very near the shopping malls and night Yatai stalls. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back. Breakfast is delightful too, I enjoyed the rice burger

The hotel is located at the centre of Tenjin and really convenient to get around Fukuoka. Close to all shopping areas and walking distance to the subway/bus stops. Nice room amenities and they offer daily room cleaning with towel change. Reasonable price and friendly front counter staff as well.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to a lot of the tourist attractions, and great places to eat. The service at the hotel is wonderful. I thought I lost my phone at one point and the front desk staff went above and beyond trying to help me find it. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I didn’t love is the breakfast was served at a coffee shop around the corner. There wasn’t much choice and I definitely would not choose that option again.
