We had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for couples of days. Our room was cozy and clean. The location is ideal just few mins walk to the shopping area.

Great hotel. Few minutes walk from Tenjin station. Hotel staffs was very helpful even though we don’t speak each other language. Will definitely return in future.

Great location with plenty of shops and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is new, and the room size is adequate for a short stay. However, the hotel needs to improve the cleanliness of the towels, as they had a strong odor, prompting me to shower again.

Cleanliness 🫧 3.5/5 - our room was perfectly fine, although the carpet had a few questionable stains and the shower curtain in the bathroom had definitely seen better days.. but overall clean bed and towels- fine for one night stay for us Location 📍 5/5 - Super close to subway and train station in Tenjin area, only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and shops! Service 🤝🏻 5/5 - it was self check in which was easy enough to manage but there were super friendly staff around to help! Amenities 🪥4/5 - Like many hotels in Japan there were a selection of free toiletries at reception, not that much choice- body towels, toothbrush, razor.. - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom were pretty nice! Not much surface area in the bathroom but to be expected

The location is great. The suite we chose was spacious enough for three adults with large suitcases. Amenities can be picked up at the front desk. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Location is great! Close to shopping mall. Room for a family of 4 is quite small. No space to put luggage. But overall good stay at the hotel.

Everything was really great! I just wish that the bed sheets were cleaner but the location is the best!

The room is really small like normal typical Japanese hotel rooms. We could fit 3 adults and 2 children with 3 big suitcases in this room but no space left to walk. No amenities in room, had to pick up in the lobby before coming up to the room. Lounge with coffee station is on 3rd floor. Ice maker and coin laundry are there too which is a plus for this hotel. Breakfast is a choice of set Japanese breakfast in another restaurant outside the hotel which I personally think that we rather go for breakfast somewhere else. There are many restaurants and malls around the hotel with better choices of food. The location is wonderful, near subway stations and bus stations.

Lost in translation

It’s a very busy hotel. If use Subway Tenjin West 1 exit, it is just 1min walk to hotel. Lots of eateries n convenient stores n malls around vicinty. Will stay there again.

Small room and the worst was that the hotel room was very stuffy and hot. Cannot adjust heater

Good location many restaurants around hotels.this hotel have lounge for hot coffee (complement)and also microwave in this room.many departments stores near hotel.we like this hotel.And Very good staff help me reserve taxi to airport .

Room size is good for solo travellers. Not far away from metro station but not quite convenient if you have large and heavy luggage with you. No free bottle water.
