nice bay view and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel has a small swimming pool, which is great for relaxing. The scenery on the walking trail is also beautiful.

All great! Facilities are new, Room is clean, View is great! Recommend

Great view and location. Standard amenities for a Hyatt hotel, but the room decorum is a bit dated. A nice place for rest and relaxation.

我這次經歷必須要分享給大家，提高警惕！⚠️ Brand在凱悦裏算是頂尖檔次了，但是我們接受的服務從來沒有的差！ 1） 首先到達機場，訂酒店的時候特意選的離機場近，打電話給酒店，很傲嬌的説：我們沒有shuttle bus你們自己打的/Uber過來吧。因為還沒有下載Uber於是去打了一個的，黑司機10刀的路程收了我們25； 2） 到前台，貌似很熱情，説要信用卡擔保，以為衹是做個記錄，沒有通知我們，直接刷走200刀/也沒有收據，到了房間打開手機才看到。投訴給攜程，説可能是擔保，等最後一天結賬再看； 3） 半夜2-3點走廊還有人興奮地呼朋喚友，國內/歐洲都沒碰到過，美國人就是這麼肆無忌憚，也沒有人管（樓廊裏貼的21點後保持安靜，就是一張廢紙）； 4） 第二天早上吃早餐，明明含餐的，要讓我們簽單（以後每天如此）解釋了，服務員衹説要留個記錄，簽單還一式兩份/還要小費，我們衹簽一張，第二張拿走（備查）也不給小費；（服務員給我們的感覺也是，太高調了，太強調自己的存在，給客人一種壓迫感（我們喜歡的是沒人打擾）他們總喜歡錶現熱情，其實沒有必要； 5） （因為每天都收到手機扣款的提示）到前台確認含早餐的問題，小姑娘一問三不知； 6） 給攜程客服投訴，攜程找當地代理，攜程天天催，代理一直不回覆，態度特別怠慢； 7）. 退房當天，特意前台再次確認含早餐的問題，説含早餐的，有一個當地費用扣掉/有一個收據，等到機場再看手機，又另外扣掉幾百刀（沒有任何説明/收據； 🤔️ 當時，就惱了。凱悦欺人太甚！！！ 代理不回覆，沒關係，直接找銀行，凍結所有的扣款。 銀行凍結的當天，攜程通知説，代理回覆了，是有幾筆扣錯了。🤑 所以，店大欺客，不要怕！找更權威的（跟美國人打交道，衹能這麼樣，誰硬誰説話！） 後續，和朋友聊起來，説凱悦是這個樣子的！ 所以，前車之鑒！ 建議，大家能不選凱悦，就不要選凱悦了！！！👎

酒店設施一般，景色不錯，海灣太美了

小屋房有些舊，餐廳oyster catcher還不錯。

房間還不錯，離海邊也近

Beautiful property and rooms. In room coffee station is lacking for this level of accommodation. “Coffee whitener” which is some concoction of chemicals no one should consume instead of cream is not acceptable. The restaurant was good but but staffed for the morning rush of a fully booked hotel and lead to long wait times and late check out. And while I’ve never complained about too much hot water, there was no cold water for morning shower leaving only scalding water as option. You could do better for the price.

Disappointing stay, we arrived around 3pm & understood that rooms are available at 4pm. We told reception that we had to leave at 6 for a concert, left our numbers & email & they said they would call us when the room was ready. NO CALL & we didn’t get to our room until 5.20. We asked if it was possible for them to book a cab to the concert for us, they said no & have us a cab no to try. You would hope a hotel of this calibre would have better customer service? When we returned after the concert to have a nightcap ( admittedly 11.40pm, the bar was very busy and people were taking drinks from the bar) but we were told they could no longer serve us. Maybe one rule for the corporate guests? It is a good hotel but the customer service just wasn’t up to a Grand Hyatt standard

Great location, very closed to the airport and with a superb view of the bay. The only things that were not good were the pillows!

Pool was not open and our room wasn't cleaned even though we walked past the cleaning staff multiple times over the 5 hours they were stationed on our floor. Great receptionist and Raj in the bar was awesome.

They don’t tell you the pool is still down for renovations, the suggestion was a brisk 5 min walk to the other pool . it took 4 minutes and 37 seconds to get hot water in our shower. Women’s sauna does not work Men’s shower in locker room are cold . Came home from the beach and had backwash buildup all over sink . This was the worst stay we have had in Florida. I have stayed at grand Hyatt all over and this one is awful.

Valet staff was clueless. Construction starting at 7am. Bar was dirty. Room was under accommodated
