The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.

It is an old hotel, though. You can see the years in the furnitures and amenities. But, you can go walking and nature strolling, so, overall, it's a nice, relaxing hotel resort.

La struttura è molto accessibile, a soli 20 minuti dall'aeroporto e l'hotel è direttamente accanto al centro commerciale. Il personale era molto cordiale e molto vicino, soprattutto il loro direttore generale, la signora Joy, che ci ha accolti. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa, abbiamo avuto un buon sonno per due notti. Menzione speciale a Alexis di Front Office e Archie di concierge per rendere il nostro soggiorno digno di ricordare. La prossima volta che visito Davao, rimarrò certamente a Seda Abreeza. Daghhang salamat!

Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, ci siamo accolti con il benvenuto, il personale del front desk è stato molto utile e sempre disposto ad aiutarci tutte le informazioni importanti di cui avevamo bisogno. Anche se non c'era ascensore all'hotel, si accertarono che il nostro bagaglio fosse portato dal concierge. Non potevamo godere di un po' di merda nella piscina durante il nostro soggiorno perché lo stavano pulendo, ma abbiamo avuto delle belle foto da li'! Ci hanno persino consentito un po’ più tardi il “check out” orario, perché abbiamo bisogno del tempo di riposo aggiuntivo prima del nostro lungo viaggio al villaggio. Il cibo al ristorante dell’hotel era molto soddisfacente e il servizio era piacevole anche e saremo sicuramente di nuovo qui.

The rooms were comfortable but I wanted to stay twenty days splitting ten online and ten with cash. He said the online was fine for 1260 pesos but the cash would be 2500 pesos a night and he was so arrogant. I only booked three days and walked down 200 meters to Orchard Hotel. They gave me the same price 1260 pesos book online or cash directly through them. They were super nice and the rooms were just as good as Red Planet. I booked seventeen days directly with them at the desk and I was exstremly happy. They also.said 1260 pesos all in price but charged me an extra 300 pesos per night when I used my debit card. If your looking for comfortable room at an honest price in my opinion please try Orchard Hotel First.

I am on my Vismin leg of trainings and Davao is my last for this week. Had a great, smooth time in Tacloban, Cebu, Bohol and this last seminar in this hotel have been very challenging so far. At the front desk, I requested for lower floor, which I normally do (due personal traumatic experience which I do not need to explain) and after a series of ”please” thank God, Kate of Front Desk stepped in and found us a room at 6th which will be ready only by 5pm. It was turned over around 6pm. In preparation for our Monday seminar, we coordinated with Rose of Banquet to ocular the place as we have a specific layout to follow that will be good for classroom set up, group dynamics and dining. When we arrived at Ruby function room, linen staff Cory was there arranging for our seminar on Monday so we rendered help in lay outing the tables and chairs, projector screen. When we had to coordinate with the technical, we requested an HDMI longer than 1 meter so laptop can rest on the tech table. Sure they have a longer one but with additional charge of P300/day. When I asked for wireless mic to be used since the activity will involve passing around of microphone among the participants, guess what? Yes, an additional P800/mic/day will be charged! So with the 3 days seminar and 1 week stay that we pre booked and paid , these little requests do not come free. I do not want to ruin my Davao stay because I am an avid fan of our former President Duterte and only have the highest respects for his place. I hope to find some pleasant things from this hotel for the remaining days of my stay here to compensate for the ugly start. Time to activate the Vision Mission which is in every room of the hotel and not just left on the brochure. A simple greeting, some genuine smiles mean a lot to every customer. So far the only staff who has a ready smile and genuinely asks how he can be of service is Jaypee, service crew of Cafe Frances. He takes time to talk with the customers and ask how they are doing and recommends the best dish. Food is great and reasonably priced -- large servings and delicious! As for the edifice, needs repairs and refurbs. We had to call in help for the A/C and busted light bulb.

In generale, il posto è grande per rinfrescare la vostra mente insieme alla famiglia. Un bel posto per visitare i fine settimana o le vacanze. Situato in un luogo montagnoso, il parco naturale Eden ha davvero una grande vista sulle aree circostanti. Oltre alla vista, ci sono anche attività che si possono provare o guardare dalle linee laterali. Prova a andare lì prima di mattina, come si fa caldo lì a circa 10-11am e ci sono molti turisti lì. L'altro 5 maggio al 6 maggio sono rimasto anche in Q8 ed è stata una buona esperienza. Ma lo scorso 18 luglio, quando ho lasciato il biancheria e le tovaglie sono odore di male, forse perché non l'hanno asciugata bene. Spero che controllino bene il lavandino prima di metterle in camera.

I stayed in Blue Lotus Hotel in July 2023 for one night, although I frequently visited their Sky View Restaurant. I had a great experience. The room was quite spacious, approximately 30 sq metres. The elevator is one of a kind where you do not need to touch it but simply use your RFID-enabled hotel keycard. I believe this was for sanitizing measures taken by the hotel management since the pandemic era. The room has qiblah direction on the ceiling, and they provide Muslim travellers with prayer mats as well as Holy Quran. Very thoughtful touch since none of the hotels in Davao City provide this in their room. The housekeeping staff were also attentive and it took less than 10 minutes for them to deliver the iron & board. The hotel has a Malaysian Chef, Chef Shah who cooks authentic Malaysian dishes like sate, murtabak, chicken curry, daging masak hitam and nasi beriani.

Un po 'datato hotel, ma centralmente situato nel centro di Davao e personale molto amichevole. C'è WiFi in hotel, ma al 8° piano funziona che non è veramente Al torre 1 ci sono 2 ascensori, uno dei quali non funziona. Ora, questi ascensori sono già date e non molto grandi, ma questo era un punto di irritazione. Durante la nostra visita c'era una sorta di congresso per barangay al nono piano, con conseguente che a volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino all'arrivo dell'ascensore. C'è una scala, ma chiaramente non è destinato agli ospiti. Anche se, comunque un ottimo posto per soggiornare 1 o 2 notti.

Il luogo è strategicamente situato lungo la strada di parata per le feste kadayawan. Anche la maggior parte dei trasporti pubblici passati. Quindi non sarebbe difficile circolare. I locali sono amichevoli, se si perde solo chiedere gentilmente. Le tariffe sono universali per i trasporti pubblici, ma assicuratevi di portare fatture libere come monete extra per limitare le transazioni di disturbo. Tuttavia, la proprietà è obsoleta e non ci sono bidet in bagno. Non hanno concierge quindi assicuratevi di concierge leggermente. C'è 1 ascensore disponibile per spostarsi tra i piani. Il prezzo era un po' alto a causa delle esigenze di picco, poiché la proprietà era completamente prenota. Devo controllare l'AC al check-in, perché la prima stanza che ho avuto AS era in servizio, ma non posso raffreddare la stanza in sé. Dopo la visita del tecnico, erano abbastanza gentili da accogliermi nella seconda stanza, considerando che erano stati completamente prenotati durante le feste. In generale, prenotati e pianificati i vostri itinerari prima di prenotare per massimizzare il vostro potenziale. Le stalle alimentari sono lontane dalla proprietà come altre attrazioni.

I booked Hotel Marco via the hotel’s FB Page. Booked the Premiere room as the agent I spoke with specifically said that the Premiere room is more spacious than the deluxe but sad to say it doesn’t feel like it or did they not gave us a premiere room? Reservation was fast they did not require us to pay for a downpayment. Our flight got delayed from early in the morning to late in the afternoon so we arrived Davao City at around 6:00 PM. They did not even gave us any follow up if we are going to continue with our reservation. We rented a car which picked us up at the airport we immediately went to the hotel to check in (30mins drive to airport) when we got to the hotel it took a little while to check in as they were not sure about our reservation there were many questions asked first how we did our reservation and it was hot at the lobby as the AC were turned off. After check in we got into our room, on the way to our room some lights in hallway were turned off too that’s why it was quite dark. Inside the room there were 2 big beds it was spacious and comfortable. AC were cold and WIFI was ok plus the smart TV is also a plus! What we didn’t like was they did not provide any toiletries kit (eg. toothbrush, toothpaste, etc..) we asked for it they said they will be sending it in our room but they didn’t all through out our 3 days stay. We also asked for extra pillows as there were only 2 pillows per bed but they don’t have an extra. We also asked for an extra key card as we were group of 2 (4 adults 1 child) but they cannot provide an extra key card too which was inconvenient as if someone needs to go out no extra keycard is provided and still needs to knock on the door. Location wise it was not in the city center but since we rented a self drive car we didn’t have any issues going into places such as tourist spots. Good thing that the hotel has s basement parking. There are restaurants, spas, and convenience store 1 block away from the hotel. They only serve plated breakfast which you will be called during the evening to choose your preferred breakfast. Choices were limited but it was good. We only had issues with the drinks during our breakfast because my husband asked if coffee was free the server said Yes so my husband got himself one when he served the juice in our table he did not gave one to my husband because he said he got himself a coffee my husband got aggravated as he did not specifically says that he can only choose one beverage. Since it was his fault he still gave a juice but did not say sorry. The hotel is still new and they still have a lot of things to improve on. The hotel is affordable.

This hotel has many issues and I guess I got many of them on my 2 night visit Pros - bed and bedding comfortable Pros - air conditioning was good Cons - No Hot water for 2 Days so have cold showers. Unacceptable! Cons - Half the shower head worked the other one Not work Cons - TV remote difficult and had to call maintenance to fix and re set Cons - WiFi weak at best with slow download Cons - Restaurant was way over priced as an example 2 cups of cold rice , a piece of chicken and an egg with one coffee and one orange juice 700’pesos. The Rice amd egg cold. Further Resturant and hotel not take credit card for restaurant charges. They need to inform guests of those scenarios on check in. Cons - had to ask for a safe for the room and they installed but it was old and batteries fell out because were being held by some tape. Consequently couldn’t open the safe after locked because the batteries fell out of holder. Frustrating at best Cons- road noise most of the night and day as right across the street from SM Ecoland and all the jeepneys and tricycle s were Loading people. So my thoughts good luck 🍀 if you decide to visit here. 👎

The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.
