Very friendly staff and ideal ski resort for beginners, the lessons given by Sebastian were very good. The hotel was nice and clean. I wasn't too keen on the food, it wasn't too bad but options were limited but I can live with that. The main issue I wasn't happy about was the room temperature - it was set to 19 degree which you could increase to 23 degrees. Problem is once it reached that, it then slowly dropped back to 19 and you have to increase it again. Not acceptable in a cold country. Aside from that, all round great experience, highly recommend.

Their service and cleanness were terrible.
The quality of the breakfast is so bad.
They didn’t even vacuum and clean the room before our checking.
Their service in Resturant and in reception of hotel was terrible.
I am not recommended at all. It was the terrible hotel I have ever been there.
It was not clean at all!!

It was quite new resorts next to the ski center
Long waiting at check-in due to only reception on the phone for 20min.
Finally get help from the service desk next door.
Excellent Service from Waiter & Waitress inside the Restaurant.
Will want to stay again.
Hotel tipicamente montano camere comode con tutto il necessario colazione buona ed abbondante pulizia ottima, personale gentile parlano correntemente in inglese, italiano no. L'ho si affaccia sulle piste da sci. Vicino all'hotel c'è un caratteristico agglomerato di casette in legno in legno con il tetto ricoperto di erba.

Sono stati in questo hotel sia a luglio che ad agosto e tutte e due le volte per due notti. Le stanze e le parti comuni dell’hotel sono confortevoli e moderne, ma trovo essere la gestione delle pulizie stanze decisamente non da 4 stelle ma da 2 stelle. Nelle stanze trovate una nota in cui è scritto che le stanze non vengono rifatte tutti i giorni perché sono molto attenti al pianeta, ma su richiesta con cartello fuori dalla porta di prega di rifare la stanza loro “dicono” che la fanno. In cosa consiste la pulizia su richiesta? Nel cambio del solo tappetino da doccia e nulla più quindi i cestini rimangono da vuotare ed i letti da rifare…vorrei capire che danno possa essere arrecato al pianeta nel rifare il letto e nel vuotare almeno i cestini. Quindi se fare gli ecologisti senza un vero motivo, a parte il solo risparmiare sul personale, allora levatevi qualche stella e fermatevi a due in quanto alla classificazione delle stelle devono corrispondere dei servizi adeguati e voi non li state dando, peccato perché la struttura sarebbe valida.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in my opinion it is incredible value for money. PROS The hotel is so clean and well maintained Ski from the door Food is excellent Room was spacious with slope view All hotel staff we encountered were all friendly and professional Resort is well groomed and something for all including our 2 yo We used bus to Voss, well worth the visit Tea/ coffee facilities in room and serviced every 2nd day CONS Ski locker room could be bigger and tall people's skis catered for better

This hotel was fine for a one night stop. Rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant. Dinner was good while breakfast was not great. The coffee is pretty horrible. The place is basically designed as a ski in/ ski out hotel so it has pretty basic amenities and is constructed to take abuse. For us it was basically a place to sleep on the way to somewhere else- nothing exceptional. Very average.

The hotel has many incredibly positive elements but lacks some real basics . Firstly The hotel is incredibly well located for ski on and ski out . There’s a welcoming reception area and the rooms (especially those facing the slopes) have beautiful views. They are clean and the shower has great pressure . One thing the hotel excels at is the food . The breakfast is a fantastic array to suit everyone and the half board dinner was exceptional . 3 incredible courses of wonderful food far surpassing our expectations. However you need to enjoy your red meat as every main course was red. Am sure there are vegetarian options if needed . My friend is gluten free and they catered for her very well . Pizzas for lunch were delicious . The power apres ski was brilliant , great atmosphere and loads of Norwegian bangers !! What desperately needs to be improved on . To not have a ski boot room it’s heaters is absolutely criminal ! Due to poor weather we were continually soaked and there was zero option to dry out our ski boots , or ski clothes as the radiator in our room didn’t work . This was absurd , the fact we had to put on wet ski clothes and ski boots every day was a massive negative to the experience . Secondly the sauna was such a trek and faff we couldn’t be bothered and there was unfortunately no spa facilities at all , bar 1 room that offered massages . I had a 30 minute massage which unfortunate for me was not strong enough , but would be fine if you don’t mind moderate pressure . The staff were completely hit and miss . Very often we encountered wonderful members of staff who could not accommodate enough and were a real credit to the hotel . Other times we interacted with completely incompetent individuals who were borderline rude and totally unprofessional often treating us with disdain and could not even answer basic questions . They are also massively missing a trick not properly advertising all the wonderful extra activities that could be enjoyed , such as fjords , kayaking etc . They also did not service the room the entire 4 days we were there . Overall a very mixed experience . But I hope they take this on board as they have the potential to be amazing .

In a week with less than ideal weather, the hotel really saved the holiday. The facilities are really comfortable and the food was simply exceptional. The breakfast spread is a delight, and the presentation of dishes in the restaurant excellent. Good service too - highly recommended!

Hotel is lovely, slopes are great, ski instructors were very helpful. But if you are a vegetarian then get ready to eat the same meal every evening. Risotto. Went to the Fondue restaurant this evening and there were no veggie options at all. Very disappointing.

With regards to the Fondue you are mentioning. If we are not mistaken, were you served both meat and cheese fondue. The latter is, to our knowledge, considered a vegetarian meal. At the same time are we pleased to read, that your were satisfied with the hotel and the rest of our ski resort.

Starting with the good, this is a lovely hotel, our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with a nice spacious bathroom. There was a kettle, but no coffee or tea supplies provided. The bad I have to say was breakfast. The food was very good, the other guests were the problem. The front desk staff did warn us that it would be better to arrive later after the morning bus group would be having breakfast, but we had to leave early on our second day. I think management needs to make a change to how bus groups should enter the dining area, and not advise other guests to wait for them to be finished. There was no reason for such total mayhem! The people from the bus group just crowded by the door waiting for it to open and not queuing up as we had started to do. When the door was opened they all rushed the food area, from left and right, like they had not eaten for days. OMG I have never had people stand so close behind me waiting to grab the serving spoon from my hand!
