So far this is the most expansive room I booked, come with front view of Mt Fuji, room 412. However the Mt Fuji view did not command the price tag because unless you stay in for the whole day to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji. View of Mt Fuji can enjoy from all angle. Best of the hotel is the coffee serve which is the best so far, among dozen of hotels. The welcome drink of soft drink also last till 7pm, which is shorter that most of other hotel. May be I am biased, where the hotel have multiple accolades from Rakuten Travel, catering to a lot of local Japanese clients. The public bath also not great, where I have experience much better and real onsen at Ariman Onsen area. Area of improvement: 1. In the level one inner bath, there is a cover for the exhaust fan and is not mounted back after maintenance. 2. At the fifth level bath, there is one washing cubicle just besides the bath with no cover to prevent the person showering water into the bath.

Walking distance (around 400m?) has 24hrs convenient store. The room is very spacious. Sadly I didn't manage to see Mt.Fuji from the room the day I went, but they do provide a Mountain View Room. No issue with all the services. No issue for those who cant speak Japanese, they can communicate in both English and Mandarin here. For the bicycle rental price, it is 1000yen for 2hrs. But do note that they didn't provide a private bathroom, it is a public bathroom (Not a concern for me, but for those who prefer a better privacy do note about this) A lot of plugs in the room. Didn't face any issue with this stay. Can earn my 5-stars rating.

Grateful for the stillness, the hospitality, and the kind of memories that settle deep in your soul.

È un resort ubriacato lontano dalla zona occupata della stazione Kawaguchiko, ma conveniente per andare alla stazione per gli autobus turistici grazie all'autobus di navetta dell'hotel. Abbiamo davvero goduto il bellissimo giardino hotel e le tracce dal lago fuori dall'hotel. Puoi anche noleggiare biciclette dall'hotel con tariffe minime e andare in giro per il lago. Il buffet breakfast ha una varietà di opzioni sia giapponesi che occidentali. Anche noi abbiamo cenato in hotel, perché non ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il cibo è buono ma prezioso. Il cibo è bello. Non sono sicuro che sia acqua calda, tuttavia. In generale è un hotel molto bello e abbiamo avuto un giorno di relax qui.

Had an amazing time at Godere Hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff are super kind and respectful. The view from the glamping tent is amazing with a private onsen that overlooks lake Yamanaka and mount fuji. The staff made our experience really smooth and unforgettable and even offered to drive us to the bus stop when they figured we didn’t have a car. Will definitely be back again as soon as we could.

La colazione è un semi-buffet, una combinazione di pasti fissi e pasti selezionati, che ha un buon sapore. La cena è stata molto sontuosa e altamente raccomandata. Si consiglia di ordinare la colazione e la cena. Lo scenario è fantastico, di fronte al Monte Fuji. C'è un parcheggio gratuito e sorgenti termali interne ed esterne. L'esperienza di immergersi nelle sorgenti termali all'aperto di fronte al Monte Fuji è molto buona.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days and liked everything. The hotel has its own distinctive vibe. It reminded of the hotels from the movie ”The Shining” or ”Twin Peaks”. The rooms are very cozy, but at the same time spacious. And most importantly, we liked how the proprietress and you helped with everything and were very responsive. They also helped us with the transfer, for which special thanks. Well, there are many other things I liked: renting bikes is a real treat, it was very convenient to get around; breakfast is delicious and filling. If you want to stay in the Fuji area, you won't find a better option than this hotel.

Vivo in una stanza con una piscina aperta. La stanza, il cibo e il servizio sono tutti buoni. Questo è un hotel che ti permette di tornare.

Impeccable service from all hotel staff, perfect view of Mount Fuji from our room window, delicious breakfast. In front of the hotel is Lake Kawaguchiko and a wonderful park called Yagisaki.

Lovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.
