Location in downtown Baltimore was excellent, a block from the Convention Center, across the street from a subway station and 2 blocks from a light rail station - subway runs east-west ( including the Inner Harbor) and light rail runs north-south for over 40 miles with 1/2 hour direct connection to/from the BWI Airport. - one way tickets on both are $2.  My corner room on the 9th floor was spacious with good views. I had business all afternoon in the area with no car - when I asked if I could check my luggage 4 hours before check-in time, they actually checked me in then and there and gave me my room key at noon.  The lobby is elegant and the the room rate was very reasonable for a downtown location hotel.

Era pulito. Ci siamo addormentati bene. Il servizio era bello, ma le strutture erano deludenti. Ho scelto sulla base di foto, ma la piscina era piena di goo verde e non c'era una tavola da piscina come immaginato! La colazione era buona, tranne che non ci sono uova e dovevi chiedere un yogurt! Quando ci chiedevamo di un secondo, ci fu detto: “no mas”!

This was a short, one evening stay, out by 8am the next morning. I am rating this as a two star hotel, as it was what I wanted to keep everything in perspective. The location for me was perfect, as we were visiting the Cult Classic Brewery for an event. It was extremely convenient. The hotel wasn't busy, but check-in and check-out were efficient. The front desk was pleasant and fulfilled any questions I had. Our 2nd floor room was quiet and very new looking. I believe this is a ”newish” motel, and everything was very fresh inside. All room amenities worked, or did what they were supposed to do. I say this because too many motel rooms have outlets, USB ports, even lamps etc that don't function... so I don't take anything for granted. Everything was perfect in our room, just like it is supposed to be. This was a pleasure!!! This motel sits close to HWY 50 but we heard absolutely no road noise this time of the year. The location was convenient as I stated for our event, and even more so because a great restaurant was right across the street. If we walked 100 feet that was a lot, so we didn't need to move the car. The front of the motel faces toward the west (rear to the east) so we got a piece of the setting sun, and in general the ambiance of being so close to the water. There was also the Kent Narrows Christmas tree exhibit right across the street as well as the Fisherman's monument. So, a bit of fun items to view without needing to get in the car. The morning breakfast at the motel was included, and contained all the standard breakfast fare we have come to expect. While not busy, it was served as you would want it and neat and orderly. All and all, the hotel added to this short, get away trip from the Baltimore area nicely.

I will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

Ho prenotato una prenotazione per la festa di compleanno di mio marito, l'intera esperienza era unica e semplicemente eccellente in ogni modo! Ci facevamo sentire molto speciale da ogni membro del personale con cui ci siamo impegnati. Siamo stati sempre accolti durante il soggiorno dalla persona che ha aperto la porta della macchina e ci ha salutati per nome ai concierge molto conosciuti, al personale di servizio in camera, al personale culinario, al telefono, al conducente, Lottie Dottie e a tutti! L'hotel è stato molto pulito e bellissimo decorato con immagini, libri, mobili, piante e oggetti che raccontavano la storia dell'hotel. Questo include un soggiorno molto accogliente con un comodo letto di canoa e un bagno ricco, spazioso e aggiornato. Ogni tono ci ha spinto a muovere le parole, indipendentemente da dove siamo stati e da cosa stiamo facendo. Qualche volta aveva un attacco a snack? Non preoccupatevi! La stanza era ben conservata con una varietà di dolci e bevande per calmare le urla. E, infine, mi consenta di lodare le scelte alimentari che ci sono state offerte al tempo del teatro e al colazione. Sono fatti a casa, burro di manzo, muffin, pipistrelli di avena, salsa di pollo, uova, e altro ancora! Questo era un bel bell'incontro! E, sì, lo faremo di nuovo!

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Completamente soddisfatto. L'hotel si è sentito sicuro e ha una bella vibrazione. Situato in una parte meno schizzosa del centro, anche se non mi sarebbe necessariamente andato a passeggiare la notte nella zona. Convenientemente situato a alcune attrazioni circostanti come il porto interno e il mercato di Lexington. La stanza era pulita senza alcuna spot. La manutenzione poteva essere migliorata, perché ci erano porte e buchi rotti nel muro. Ho informato il personale amichevole e mi hanno detto che erano consapevoli. Oltre a ciò, ben attrezzati e tutto era lì e lavorava. La pulizia non è giornaliera e dipende dalla durata del vostro soggiorno, ma se avete bisogno di qualsiasi cosa si può chiedere e può essere fornita. Il buffet del colazione era buono, niente di speciale. Ci sono state alcune opzioni limitate, ma abbastanza. Per i frutti freschi, hanno solo mele rosse, ogni giorno. Il bar era chiuso per pranzo durante il mio soggiorno. Hanno una piccola area di business con un computer e una stampante per gli ospiti. La palestra era ben attrezzata. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e si può dire a tutti che cercava di far sì che gli ospiti avessero una bella esperienza. Mi riferirei e ritornerò.

Quando siamo arrivati, non abbiamo avuto la navigazione, quindi è stato meraviglioso vedere il grande segnale dalla strada. Check in è anche 24h che ci ha davvero aiutato quando siamo arrivati tardi. La stanza aveva tutto quello che ci serviva e includeva 3 punti di potenza sotto le lampade da tavola. Sarebbe stato bello avere più luci, perché era un po' diluita, ma le lampade aiutavano a concentrare l'illuminazione. Tutti i membri del personale e la custodia erano amichevoli, ma vorrei che il desk fosse più informato per i viaggiatori all'estero. È anche convenientemente situato vicino a una zona commerciale. Abbiamo ricevuto le carte eSIM dei viaggiatori dal negozio AT&T vicino. Non ho potuto usare le strutture.

It was nice hotel, Spacious and clean room and have lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good had multiple options for Non- Vegetarians but less options for Vegetarians. Will stay here again if needed.
