The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto nuove, a cinque o sei minuti dall'aeroporto, molto conveniente, un autobus dell'aeroporto è a mezz'ora. È possibile registrarsi in anticipo sulla scena di ricezione, e l'auto può essere aperta in anticipo. Il servizio di ricezione è molto buono. L'auto di 6:20 è appena scappata per dieci minuti. Il cameriere ha aiutato a chiamare l'auto per riportarci indietro. Grazie mille.

Grande posto per soggiornare. Grande posizione mai I-95. Nelle stazioni di gas. Nelle vicinanze di Dunkin Donuts, Dennys e Waffle House. Nelle vicinanze di un negozio meccanico. Grandi prezzi. Grande personale. Camere pulite e molto belle. Molto raccomandato!

Valore per soldi. Il tasso giornaliero di camera è circa US$92. Camminando lontano dalla stazione di metro di Twinbrook. Ci sono un supermercato e molti piatti vicino, come un ristorante giapponese, 2 ristoranti hotpot, Starbucks ecc

Tutto andava perfettamente bene il tubo caldo era la mia parte preferita quando ero incinta di 8 mesi, e mi piaceva come ci diede degli asciugamani illimitati senza alcuna domanda.
Anche se ci ho preso quasi un'ora per entrare con una sola donna dietro il conto, ha fatto un lavoro straordinario, si è occupata molto bene di essere sotto pressione.
Raccomando e rimarrò qui l'anno prossimo per il nostro anniversario

Hotel is located near shops and restaurants. I had a room with 2 queen beds. The mattresses were not comfortable. The room was a little dated but clean. Service was average.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno al Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. Il posto era pulito e ben tenuto, e il servizio era veloce, soprattutto quando abbiamo chiesto asciugamani extra. L'uscita era pulita e veloce, che apprezziamo davvero. È circa un 15-minute guidare al centro di Annapolis e al quartiere storico, quindi è un luogo confortevole e tranquillo proprio fuori dalla città.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is a bit outdated and its reflected in the cleanliness of the bathroom and other facilities. I also don't like how they charge $35 for an ”early check-in fee”. It puts a stain on the whole stay and makes the hotel appear less hospitable. At least other hotels you have a loyalty program or a rewards program that offers certain perks, essentially this hotel has no perks for folks who are repeat visitors and it seems like a cheap money grab. 4pm is pretty much the evening time and during my time there it was freezing outside. Negative wind chill, dangerous snow conditions on the roads and sidewalks but I should pay a fee to get to my room early when it's ready? I was placed in a small room with a bed directly next to the window and no matter how high the temperature in the room was, I had goosebumps because I was freezing. There was zero insulation. I also booked this staycation so I can relax and watch cable. The first room I was placed in didn't even have cable and I called and let the front desk know, the person mentioned an ”engineer” was coming to fix the issue and an hour later, it never happened. I ended up getting moved to a different room that night because I advocated for how cold it was and the new room had a working TV, but initially it was so much back and forth with the front desk. Makes for a less enjoyable experience. I will say the were kind in the fact I forgot some items in the previous room and they made sure I received it safely. This is a great location if you're exploring Baltimore but there may be better options for a similar price point that's more hospitable. The tub was draining slowly and the water didn't get too hot. It made me even more excited to get home because my own shower pressure and experience is so much better. So it wasn't even luxurious in that sense. There was also hair in the shower. So for all the ”early check in fees” and waiting until after 4pm to ensure the rooms are ”clean” it seems my room was barely up to hotel standards. The comforter was also a mess so I just didn't have a positive experience.

Ho scelto sulla base di foto, ma la piscina era piena di goo verde e non c'era una tavola da piscina come immaginato! La colazione era buona, tranne che non ci sono uova e dovevi chiedere un yogurt! Quando ci chiedevamo di un secondo, ci fu detto: “no mas”!

JJay BrignacThis was a short, one evening stay, out by 8am the next morning. I am rating this as a two star hotel, as it was what I wanted to keep everything in perspective.
The location for me was perfect, as we were visiting the Cult Classic Brewery for an event. It was extremely convenient. The hotel wasn't busy, but check-in and check-out were efficient. The front desk was pleasant and fulfilled any questions I had.
Our 2nd floor room was quiet and very new looking. I believe this is a ”newish” motel, and everything was very fresh inside. All room amenities worked, or did what they were supposed to do. I say this because too many motel rooms have outlets, USB ports, even lamps etc that don't function... so I don't take anything for granted. Everything was perfect in our room, just like it is supposed to be. This was a pleasure!!! This motel sits close to HWY 50 but we heard absolutely no road noise this time of the year.
The location was convenient as I stated for our event, and even more so because a great restaurant was right across the street. If we walked 100 feet that was a lot, so we didn't need to move the car. The front of the motel faces toward the west (rear to the east) so we got a piece of the setting sun, and in general the ambiance of being so close to the water. There was also the Kent Narrows Christmas tree exhibit right across the street as well as the Fisherman's monument. So, a bit of fun items to view without needing to get in the car.
The morning breakfast at the motel was included, and contained all the standard breakfast fare we have come to expect. While not busy, it was served as you would want it and neat and orderly.
All and all, the hotel added to this short, get away trip from the Baltimore area nicely.

UUtente ospiteI will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

Ci facevamo sentire molto speciale da ogni membro del personale con cui ci siamo impegnati. Siamo stati sempre accolti durante il soggiorno dalla persona che ha aperto la porta della macchina e ci ha salutati per nome ai concierge molto conosciuti, al personale di servizio in camera, al personale culinario, al telefono, al conducente, Lottie Dottie e a tutti! L'hotel è stato molto pulito e bellissimo decorato con immagini, libri, mobili, piante e oggetti che raccontavano la storia dell'hotel. Questo include un soggiorno molto accogliente con un comodo letto di canoa e un bagno ricco, spazioso e aggiornato. Ogni tono ci ha spinto a muovere le parole, indipendentemente da dove siamo stati e da cosa stiamo facendo. Qualche volta aveva un attacco a snack? Non preoccupatevi! La stanza era ben conservata con una varietà di dolci e bevande per calmare le urla. E, infine, mi consenta di lodare le scelte alimentari che ci sono state offerte al tempo del teatro e al colazione. Sono fatti a casa, burro di manzo, muffin, pipistrelli di avena, salsa di pollo, uova, e altro ancora! Questo era un bel bell'incontro! E, sì, lo faremo di nuovo!

It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

MmaseodaLocation might seem bit far from downtown of washington dc but its worth it. Near by there is so much to do. Parks, big malls etc. Hotel was nicer than i thought. I liked the breakfast buffet. Clean and better.
