UUtente anonimoIl personale dell'hotel è molto accogliente e anche la colazione è molto buona. Le strutture non sono lussuose ma molto confortevoli, il che è molto positivo in Laos. Durante i pochi giorni in cui sono rimasto lì, gli autobus per i gruppi turistici coreani erano parcheggiati fuori dall'hotel e anche i gruppi turistici coreani alloggiavano nell'hotel. Sebbene ci siano gruppi di turisti, l'hotel non è affatto rumoroso e anche il ristorante è grande, consentendo ai gruppi di cenare senza essere rumorosi. molto bello.

L'inglese è molto limitata
È stato difficile organizzare la raccolta dell'aeroporto, anche se è stata fatta una prenotazione.
Il personale del servizio era amichevole, ma il personale del colazione non era.
La colazione era ok.

UUtente ospiteI arrived Vientiane by train. There were two buses picking up passengers opposite the front of the station. One was a minibus going to the night market (30k kips) and the other was a public bus going to Vientiane Central Bus Station (25k kips). The minbus going to the night market was full so I took the one going to the Central Bus Station. On checking Google maps, the one going to the night market is the correct transportation to take.
It was close to 9pm when I arrived at the bus station. Note that the reception closes at 10pm. I took a tuk tuk at 50k kips (bargained from 100 kips). The fare was 30k kips when I took a car from the hostel back to the Bus Station to catch Bus 12 to Vientiane (Khamsavath) train station. Do note that this is a different train station from the station I'd arrived from. That station is used by the Laos-China train, while Khamsavath station is used by the Laos-Thai train.
The above described the location of the hostel in relation to the train stations and Central Bus Station.
As for the 3rd floor room (was it 2nd?? well, it was at the highest floor) that I was assigned, there is space enough for 6 beds (3 double deckers). My beddings were spotlessly clean. The aircon worked perfectly. The staff who had checked me in helped with my luggage, which was much appreciated. He pointed out to me the facilities too.
The bathroom cubicles and toilets are on the ground floor. They are clean. The bathroom cubicle i had used were without showergel/soap or shampoo. I did not check the other cubicles.
The common area is behind the reception on the groundfloor. It is air-conditioned and has comfortable seats. There is a water dispenser which dispenses cold water. Again, much appreciated.
In a folder on a desk opposite the reception desk contains information on transportation, fares and public bus schedules. Most useful!
The owner (i assumed he is) had kindly helped me call a car to the central station. He went out in the heat to look out for the car and bode me farewell. It is personal touches like this that warms the heart.
Yes, it is a hostel I would recommend. The 2 attached pictures were information displayed on the walls of the common area which i found useful.

NNessitaStayed there for one night only, all good with this place, staff was friendly, the AC and fan worked very well, room was spacious. One thing is that they have no elevator, although this is not a problem for me (only 4 floors), just letting other know in case this is something they consider. Wifi worked perfectly. They have free breakfast but I overslept so I did not try it. Location is quite good, many places in walking distance. Overall very nice!

The bed was good, and room quiet ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay.
Bathroom:
The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day.
Breakfast:
The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day.
Staff:
The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. UUtente ospiteHo prenotato 30.000 notti dopo aver visto l'alto prezzo su trip.com. Era appena accettabile. A parte l'alloggio, non c'era nient'altro! Per mangiare, ho dovuto camminare per oltre 100 chilometri per raggiungere un supermercato e un negozio di carne arrosto cantonese. La pioggia era fastidiosa! Peggio ancora, la corrente è andata via verso le 17:00 ed è tornata solo dopo le 20:00, il che è stato davvero fastidioso! I servizi in camera erano nella media e, purtroppo, non c'era il frigorifero, quindi ho dovuto mangiare e comprare cibo sul posto. A causa della stagione delle piogge, ho trascorso i primi due giorni in camera con una pioggerellina e un forte vento. I due giorni successivi, ho potuto prendere un tuk-tuk per esplorare la zona, il che è stato piuttosto conveniente. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno discreto per chi non ama particolarmente le visite turistiche. Considererei sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui la prossima volta che visiterò Vientiane. Il cordiale personale della reception mi ha persino permesso di prolungare il check-out di due ore per permettermi di riposare. Grazie.
