Breakfast at their open Balcony with perfect Bengaluru breeze makes a refreshing day start.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

여자 혼자라 좀 걱정했는데 동네는 좀 외지지만 밝은 곳에 있어서 우버 타고 다니면 전혀 문제 없었습니다!

I had a great stay at this property, which is conveniently located right in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk to a wide variety of food options, bars, and shopping spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay — definitely good value for the money.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

UUtente ospiteI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

Se parlo di servizio, era di prima vista, check-in e check-out era super smooth e facile. Il servizio in camera era veloce e molto utile!
Il cibo era fantastico con tanti ristoranti in casa.Mi piaceva il cibo a Dakshin. E naturalmente c'era un grande buffet per colazione con molte varietà e gusto.
Mi piaceva la mia esperienza complessiva in questo posto! 😍 😍

La torta e i pancake francese, il cuoco sa davvero come fare la battuta perfetta.
Il letto era così comodo che immediatamente uscì. Le cose del desk front erano anche molto amichevole e benvenute. Ci hanno fornito un'ulteriore verifica del tempo.

UUtente ospiteI highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.
