My stay at The Royal Senses Hotel in Crete was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with traditional Cretan touches that create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer breathtaking views of the sea, especially during sunset. Every detail, from the comfortable beds to the high-end amenities, was thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort. I especially loved the private pool, which added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a variety of restaurants offering fresh, delicious, and locally sourced dishes. The Cretan cuisine was outstanding, and the service was attentive and professional. There’s something for every palate, and I never had a meal that wasn’t top-notch. The resort’s amenities are equally impressive, with a spa that provides indulgent treatments, a well-equipped fitness center, and multiple pools perfect for lounging. Aspettavo di più dall'hotel... Non credo che le foto mostrano esattamente ciò che offre l'hotel... specialmente le piscine... Io e il mio ragazzo avevamo una situazione molto cattiva. Abbiamo fatto una visita a Santorini e la barca di Ferry era in ritardo sul ritorno. Il nostro guida ha chiamato l'hotel chiedendo un pranzo tardivo per noi e l'hotel ha detto che ci avrebbe offerto. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, abbiamo visto che mettono il nostro cibo sul pavimento, vicino alla porta della stanza. Ho fatto un errore (supposi) volevo mettere fuori quella cosa dicendo ”faccia la mia stanza” ma ho scelto il lato sbagliato e mettere lì ”non disturbare” Ma se il nostro guidatore chiama l'hotel dicendo che siamo a Santorini, naturalmente, potrebbero entrare nella stanza per mettere il nostro cibo in frigo o tenerlo al bar... Sono sceso e ho parlato con un tizio in ricevimento, che gli ha mostrato la foto che ho allegato qui e mi ha risposto che era il mio errore mettere la “non disturbare” alla porta e non poteva fare nulla per noi, dovremmo mangiare quel cibo che era sul pavimento 😱😡. Non c'è scusa per questo... Il giorno dopo che ho parlato con il direttore, lei si scusò e ci ha dato un buono per pranzo. Abbiamo scusato, ma non dimenticherò mai questa situazione...

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Camera: la vista sul mare è stata ben progettata, semplice e attraente. All’esterno, la piscina era anche pulita, con letti e cabane solari, e l’unica cosa che avevo intenzione di fare era avere un po’ più di ombra. Il cibo era buono, niente di eccezionale e un po' prezioso rispetto al resto dell'isola, ma era buono. Posizione; è un po' per camminare se vuoi visitare altri ristoranti, ma la vista è sorprendente. Le mie foto non lo fanno giustizia. C'è una bella ventola marina. Personale, ecco dove il Nest brilla davvero; ogni membro del personale era sorprendente. Così amichevole, pensativo e gentile. Sinceramente non posso dare un'elemosina sufficiente al personale.

헤라클리온 공항에서 차로 약 13~15분 거리. 호텔 직원은 매우 친절했고, 시설도 좋음.야외 수영장 있음. 저렴한 가격에 조식부페 제공. 여름에 오면 더 좋겠음. 현재 비수기라 근처 바닷가 밥집이 문닫은 데가 많아서 저녁 식사할 장소 (저녁 7~8시경)찾기가 어려웠음. 물 2병 제공했고, 근처 마트가 9시엔 열린데가 없어서 간단한 물품을 사기는 힘들었음. 크노소스 궁전까지 차로 15분정도 걸림.

The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

La camera era spaziosa e l'hotel era super pulito e estremamente confortevole. Tutto si sentiva nuovo e il servizio era davvero 5 stelle. Ci sorprendevamo felicemente di sapere che la piscina all'interno è in realtà solo un gigante giaccheggio. Abbiamo trascorso un'ora la nostra notte scorsa, che era molto bello. Il letto è davvero comodo e il posto è tranquillo. Ci è un servizio valet per parcheggiare la vostra auto e abbiamo bevute e snack benvenuti all'arrivo. Grazie ancora per la bottiglia di vino e frutta gratis come regalo di benvenuto VIP. Ci siamo davvero goditi e torneremo in questo hotel se mai visitare Chania un giorno di nuovo.

In Europa, questo è un hotel di nomi reali,  buono prezzo. non solo ha un senso storico di accento, ma anche una grande area della stanza, la configurazione degli oggetti è uniforme, la qualità è buona, il servizio è entusiasta e attento, la colazione è ricca e la qualità dei cibi è alta.

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.
