Grecia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Creta

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

Séjour très agrable ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, chambre au 4eme étage avec vue sur la mer, juste magnifique ! Coucher de soleil extra Petit déjeuné très bien, partie faite maison ! Accueil vraiment top, de bons conseils, service parfait ! Je ne peux que recommander ! Effectivement grosse montée quand on revient de rethymnon mais bon, ça vaut le coup !

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony. There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend

Hotel ragionevole. Camere spaziose. Interno moderno, ma c'è poca attenzione per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Comunicazione in generale attraverso whatsapp. Questo è buono, ma poca personalità, che abbiamo avuto in altri hotel a Creta più. Purtroppo non molto pulito. Avevamo chiesto asciugamani da spiaggia. Asciugamani speciali per la spiaggia non erano solo disposti ad aiutare. Poco parcheggio privato, ma in generale si può trovare un posto sulla strada.

Nel corso della stagione autunnale, quasi nessun negozio è aperto intorno a domenica, ma il centro della città può andare in mezzo ora e' molto caldo. Il condizionamento della stanza non è caldo, il balcone è molto grande e non ci sono molti tipi di colazione.

La ricezione è molto attenta e attenta. Sono appena arrivati per inviare al hotel una bevanda di salsa gratis, perché il nostro volo è tardi, e hanno anche dato un check-out tardivo. Aiutare a chiamare taxi, bagagli, ecc. è anche molto qualificato e veloce. La stanza è pulita. Poiché siamo in viaggio in autunno, il rapporto prezzo di questo negozio è molto alto

TORNEREMO! Fantastica gioia e piacere che abbiamo avuto all'Aquila Hotel durante il nostro soggiorno a Heraklion, era la nostra prima volta. Ci è piaciuto a colazione, la nostra camera era molto pulita e con abbastanza spazio con terrazza e vista fantastica... La piscina al 6° piano era piacevole... Tutto l'hotel è interessante sia all'esterno che all'interno... Questo hotel ha così tanto da offrire e la cosa più importante da offrire regalati un tocco di felicità al tuo soggiorno! Tanti sorrisi da Belgrado:)) J&K

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.
