Indonesia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Sumatra Meridionale

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

Only here for transit. My second time staying in Batiqa. Close to the heart of the city, have a little problems in the rooms but handled by the hotels smoothly.

La stanza è comoda, la vista è di fronte alla piscina e la strada è davvero il migliore. Buona cena. Ogni volta che rimango qui, non sono mai stanca di cibo, la posizione è anche strategica.

This is another good Zuri hotel in Indonesia, sitting in the city center and near to the airport. Good room with good breakfast. Price is so affordable.

La camera era pulita, il personale era molto amichevole! La maggior parte del personale parla inglese e il servizio era sempre buono e pronto, tranne quando alcuni membri del personale non conoscevano l'inglese e era più difficile chiedere alcuni servizi che avevo bisogno. Molte opzioni alimentari vicino, sia cucina locale che cucina internazionale! Ci sono anche una bella pasticceria collegata al lobby dell'hotel, quindi anche se non ho ricevuto il colazione dell'hotel, ho avuto molte opzioni per tutti i miei pasti!
