Questo hotel è stato fantastico. L'aspetto retrò e la cura dei dettagli delle camere hanno reso l'esperienza davvero piacevole. Il personale è stato super gentile, la piscina era bellissima e il letto comodissimo. Anche il prezzo era fantastico. Se siete indecisi sulla prenotazione, fatelo, non rimarrete delusi.

Non sono rimasto all'hotel. Ho imparato a controllare che non servono i residenti di Albuquerque. Mi sono annoiato di scoprire queste informazioni dopo aver fatto la prenotazione e guidato all'hotel. Il consigliere era gentile abbastanza da cancellare la prenotazione fatta attraverso un'app di terze parti.

Trip.com ci ha prelevato due colazione con il soggiorno mentre abbiamo prenotato l'hotel. Quando ci siamo fermati l'hotel, il personale dell'hotel ci ha detto che non avevano offerto colazione senza alcuna spiegazione, ma ci ha detto che potremmo chiamare Trip.com per il rimborso. Ho chiamato Trip.com e hanno detto che verificherebbero con l'hotel. Non abbiamo ancora sentito niente da Trip.com.

My stay was amazing except that the pool wasn’t ready to jump in . It had a sign on the pool door that it wood be open in May but did not have a date on when it would be available to enjoy. Other than that Hyatt place was amazing I would come back again. I do recommend.

Credevo che la posizione fosse grande. Il centro è relativamente lento ma sembra creare facile accesso al resto della città. Le camere sono relativamente basilari ho dovuto sperimentare quelle con una camera da bagno aggiornata e quelle senza. La palestra è molto scarsamente brillante e la piscina è ancora più così. Il personale è colpito o mancato. Alcuni erano gentili e attenti, altri non erano. È certamente la costruzione che sta avvenendo, quindi ci sono i suoni di ciò che accade in tutto l'hotel. Non c'è molto di più da dire, niente che sia davvero negativo o positivo.

UUtente ospiteA shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential.
I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life.
I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next.
I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a ”warm” temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the ”happy medium”. Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question.
This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

Quando mio marito andò a cambiare le camere, una persona al tavolo disse che i re erano tutti prenotati e l'altra persona al tavolo diceva che c'era un modello e non c'erano letti di re. Evidentemente non erano interessati a aiutarci, e dato che avevamo già scaricato tutto il nostro bagaglio, ci siamo rimasti li. AVERTENZA che ciò che li prenoti non sia quello che hai ricevuto, e in loco, e ciò non è stato spiegato da nessuna parte.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful stay at the El Monte Sagrado hotel. We had mistakenly booked an accessible room, and wanted a tub in our room. Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful, and switched us into another room, brought us new keys and escorted us to a room with a wonderful tub. We were there on the last night of our honeymoon, and the staff added wonderful little perks and touches to make our honeymoon extra special. When it started raining, the valet staff had complimentary umbrellas on hand for our trip into town. In short, The El Monte Sagrado is a wonderful place with great service!

Non c'è molto vicino all'hotel, ma è facile accedere ad una strada principale.
Quando ho controllato, mi sono sbrigato nel processo come se ci fossero molte persone dietro di me ... ma non solo me, quindi non sono sicuro perche' il desktop era così veloce. Volevo anche usare la cassaforte sul desk, ma non avevano la seconda chiave, quindi hanno messo i miei valori nel gabinetto dei manager, quindi non proprio come il giorno dopo era un po' agitato, perché il personale si trovava dove erano i miei valori. Alla fine tutto è stato fatto.

BBiankaMIl nostro soggiorno al Sage in è stato sorprendente. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e molto utile con entrambi i check-in, check-out, e qualsiasi ulteriore domanda che abbiamo avuto. Il ristorante e il bar situato sul sito è sorprendente. E c'è un grande posto in salada circa un 5-minute passeggiata dall'hotel (Vinaigrette). Possiamo camminare 10 minuti al mercato agricolo anche sabato! La posizione è grande e vicino a tutto quello che dovete fare a Santa Fe.

SSmileIl parcheggio è ampio, scoperto e gratuito. La stanza è grande, ma l'arredamento è piuttosto vecchio. Il servizio in generale è buono. Si trova alla periferia della città. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze ed è sicuro.
