I wish I could say our last 24 hours here have been great, but I can’t. On Wednesday when we needed to extend our stay someone from the front desk, put a reservation in for us, called us back and told me that the reservation was completely taken care of and not to worry. My keys were waiting for me at the front desk when I got back from working that night very late probably after midnight we already had the keys. I went to the room and went to sleep when I went to work the next morning and later in the day I received a phone call from Leighton, giving me a very difficult time about extending my reservation for the next night telling me that the previous night had not been paid for and it was $141. When I tried to tell him what I had already been told there was no listening to what I had to say and what I had already been told. He told me that I had to come to the front desk immediately and pay for the previous night as well as pay for that night. I was already working close to an hour away and told him that that was impossible. I told him that I would go online and make the reservation for that night, but I could not deal with anything with the previous night until I returned. He told me that I had until 8 o’clock otherwise he was canceling that night’s reservation. He was beating me repeatedly. He did not want to listen to what I had to say. He was so awful to deal with. I could go on and on. When I returned, it took me until past 1 o’clock in the morning to get the entire issue straightened out because I had not been told that whoever made Wednesday night‘s reservation had also booked one for Thursday night as well and they expected me to pay for two nights totaling well over $200. I certainly was not going to pay for a second night, knowing that I had already previously booked a reservation online, of course at that hour, Leighton was nowhere to be found, and certainly he was not answering his phone or his text messages. They were threatening to cancel my reservation, leaving myself. My two children stranded for the night, They were changing shifts to any people had things to say there was too many people involved. I was getting too many and too much different information. This was just way too much for me to handle. I was told that I needed to pay one price somebody else that I needed to pay a different price I was told I needed to pay something else. It was just way too much and too many people were involved. Finally at 1 o’clock in the morning, I paid the $92 I was able to check into my room and go to sleep. The next day, I was then told that I was not able to make a reservation to extend my stay further and I’m only allowed to make reservations for one week at a time. Nowhere have I been told that I have to make reservations one week in advance for seven days at a time I have stayed at Marriott residence Inn before and never have I had to make reservations for seven days at a time, but I was told the manager can put that rule. into effect. what happens if I only want to stay here for five more days? Do I still have to pay for seven? I don’t know, regardless we had a broken dishwasher in our room and they thought it would just be easier instead of repairing the dishwasher to make us change rooms and move us from one end of the hotel all the way down to the other

Buon hotel a 30 minuti di auto dal centro di Philadelphia. Buoni ristoranti e negozi vicino. Aveva solo pochi piccoli bagni e cassette. Di resto hotel sicuro e ampio e funzionale.

La stanza è buona. Ho vissuto due notti negli agosto 21 e 22, ma quando sono andato via dal negozio ho dimenticato di prendere due T-shirt e una camicia nella cassaforte. Dopo due giorni e 25, sono andato alla ricetta dell'hotel per chiedere se non l'ho trovato o se l'ho perso.Dopo aver saputo i risultati, l'umore non è stato buono.

Hotel was very nice and the room felt like home. I didn’t like that it didn’t tell me if the room had a shower or tub even after putting the child’s age. That’s a little frustrating because it’s kind of hard to wash a 3year old up in a shower. My room was non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke so I cleaned very good to get that smell out which wasn’t too bad at all. The staff who worked the night shift I have a few problems with. I don’t think she may be mean or a mean person but she’s definitely not a peoples person. Her attitude was very rude dry and cut-off. When asking her anything she made us feel like we were annoying her and she lied to our face about the room she put us in. She tried to say the room says shower only but couldn’t provide where it say that because it said or tub and I know when you arrive for check-in they will give you a room that’s available according to your reservation. There was no option for me to request or make sure a tub was in the room. She did pick up on us taking her interaction with us as rude and tried to make it somewhat better. She doesn’t smile and have a look on her that says I don’t want to be here or deal with this. I didn’t like that the description doesn’t match a lot of the things at this location and probably wouldn’t have booked here had I know they didn’t have no kid activities besides basketball and miniature golf. I love that it’s next to a lot of shopping stores and din-in and out restaurants that are walking distance. I just advice you to either contact the hotel or whoever you are booking certain details because this happened twice picking a room that’s available according can be giving with either one regardless of the child age.

We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

Più tempo siamo rimasti, meno i punti sono diventati. Quando ci siamo accolti, a prima vista tutto era di 5 stelle. WiFi e posizione sono sicuramente 10/10 per me. La mia prima domanda era con il frigorifero non funzionava, ho abbassato il tempo al più basso possibile, ma non c'era cambiato nulla e ho notificato il desk front e hanno detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a controllare entro un'ora e quella persona non si è mai presentata io non sono Certo che se arrivarono mentre uscivamo, ma quando tornammo, il frigorifero era ancora caldo. Questa questione non era mai stata risolta fino al giorno in cui uscivamo. Era molto deludente, perché avevo cibo per bambini che doveva essere refrigerato. Le cieche della camera da letto non bloccano nulla di luce, e la nostra stanza era contro un parcheggio che la testa brillava tutta la notte, e così difficile dormire, spero che la proprietà possa avere migliori tende o ciechi. In secondo luogo, non sono sicuro se mi sia perso da qualche parte per loro non offrire la custodia di casa, almeno c’è un lavatrice e un asciugamano, quindi ho appena lavato i guanti da solo. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e nessuno è mai venuto a rinfrescare le camere, o addirittura aggiungere carta da bagno o bagagli. I pavimenti erano visivamente sporchi e polverosi come se non fossero stati vuoti da mesi. La zona comune del nono piano era così affilata, il bagno era così sporco e odorevole, il divano così sporco che non potevo nemmeno sedermi su di esso. Il sistema centrale di raffreddamento/riscaldamento produce un rumore strano e lungo ogni tanto, e si è svegliato mio figlio. Ho trovato un modo per sopprimerlo, e questo è stato molto frustrante.

Per noi la posizione era grande! Le camere erano pulite e i letti e le mutandine erano molto comodi. Il servizio, per la maggior parte, era molto buono, con l'unica eccezione di essere il gentiluomo che ha mantenuto il desk front al arrivo. Non amichevole. Il colazione era il tuo standard. Gli uova in polvere e il salsa o il bacon, e fare le tue waffle. Caffè, scelte di succo, bagagli e dolci in pacchetti. E'un buon pasto e fa un pasto veloce e conveniente. Il WIFI sul nostro piano era orribile! In questo giorno di età, questo è inaccettabile! Ho finito con l'ordinatore della zona del colazione per mettere in moto il nostro volo di partenza! La costruzione sta per essere data, ma c'era una costruzione in corso, quindi forse stanno aggiornando. Il bagno non aveva un fan o nessuna tovagliola. Purtroppo, sembra che la gente abbia usato il tappeto di cortina di doccia, perché si inclina verso il basso e si deve davvero fare gli aggiustamenti per evitare un pavimento bagnato. E' difficile entrare e uscire da questo bagno slippery. Il nostro serbatoio ha avuto un vuoto e spesso ha dovuto ricarrere l'acqua. Infine, l'HVAV è buono e anche alto. Ma se si è viaggiato molto, è piuttosto comune. Un'altra nota. Abbiamo deciso che non abbiamo bisogno di affitto e che avremmo usato Lyft/Uber. Ha funzionato bene, ma c'è raramente un'auto vicino. Abbiamo fatto in modo di poterci prendere. A causa della sua posizione e del fatto che era tipico di un hotel di questo ranking, mi fermerò di nuovo.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

Recentemente sono rimasto nel Nittany Lion Inn per 4 notti e 5 giorni, e non posso dire abbastanza cose meravigliose della nostra esperienza. Le camere erano grandi pulite, spaziose e estremamente comode. Le strade erano assolutamente sorprendenti, con le casse e le zone a sedere confortevoli, tutto circondato da una fascinante storia che ha fatto sentire l'Inn unico e speciale. I mocktail a Triplets erano deliziosi, e il caffè al caffè era così impressionante un trattamento così durante il nostro soggiorno. Eravamo in città perché mia figlia ballava a TON, quindi venivamo e andavamo in ogni ora. Era incredibilmente confortante essere in qualche parte che si sentiva così sicuro, benvenuto e convenientemente vicino a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Ogni membro del personale era assolutamente incredibile.Non sono mai arrivato o lasciato senza che qualcuno mi aprisse la porta che il livello di attenzione e ospite non va invisibile. Tutti erano caldi, consapevoli e veramente utili per tutta la nostra permanenza. Devo ricordare in particolare Claire, che dal momento in cui siamo arrivati fino al giorno in cui siamo partiti, ha reso il nostro soggiorno così confortevole. Quando il mio volo fu cancellato, Claire andò di sopra e di là per assicurarmi che mio figlio e io ero curato. Ci ha aiutato a navigare i nostri cambiamenti di viaggio e ha reso la situazione stressante molto più facile. La sua gentilezza e professionalità sono state veramente espresse. Grazie per aver reso ancora più memorabile il viaggio già significativo, e saremo assolutamente indietro!
