1. It has a proper swimming pool, and for people who care about cardio exercise, it’s perfect. Sunset time is especially beautiful!
2. It’s an old 5 star hotel, but the room is super spacious and clean.
3. The breakfast is abundant but a little too pricey. And there is no ready-to-drink coffee, meaning we have to pay extra 30,000 for a premium one or either use hot water to make our own thick powder coffee which is super inconvenient.
4.Grab delivery food seems not allowed, but if you are confident in your food quality and pricing, you should not forbid it.
5. Staff are all very friendly and professional.
6. The location is by a lake which is chill and quiet, but Grab cars are usually at least 5 mins away! Make your plans accordingly!

Staffs, from receptionist to cleaners are all helpful. Breakfast is so good. Room cleanliness and tidiness is pretty close to perfect. Location is suitable for shoppers like us. Over all, stay is great! Will surely come back insha Allah!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in ogni momento. Molto buona posizione. Camere pulite e pulite. Camere deluxe con vista sul Meteo sono la mia preferita. L'hotel mi ha sempre dato gli aggiornamenti. Ha avuto pranzo di buffet, e questo è stato meraviglioso. Tutti i dipendenti del ristorante sono molto buoni. Situato con un piccolo centro commerciale, e può comprare poche cose che vogliamo. Facile da viaggiare in altre aree. La stazione Metro Lebak Bulus è vicino all'hotel e può andare alla stazione anche durante giorni piovosi senza essere bagnata via il ponte celeste. L'intero personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, sorridente, piacevole e amichevole e supportivo. Vicino al grande centro commerciale di Pondok Indah. Mi piace questo posto. Grazie a tutti i membri del personale di front desk, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, e tutti gli altri e Tryana manager di front desk..

Siamo estremamente delusi dal nostro soggiorno. Prenotammo una stanza regina, ma non fu detto che fosse disponibile e fu chiesto di spingere due letti singoli insieme. Le letti erano tinte e anche dopo aver chiesto nuove, erano ancora sporche. Il bagno era pieno, con capelli e odore di foglie, asciugamani di colore che non erano stati adeguatamente sostituiti nonostante le nostre denunce. In generale, l’igiene e il servizio erano inaccettabili e non torneremo.

Check in was good.
Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference.
I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day…
Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety.
Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down
Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids

Siamo stati qui per 2 notti, è stato davvero confortevole... l'hotel è buono, pulito, le strutture sono ok, anche il personale è molto cordiale... anche la posizione è ottima, il cibo è davvero delizioso, soprattutto nuotare con un vista diretta sugli edifici di Giakarta... quindi l'esperienza più recente... consigliata per viaggi da soli o in famiglia... la prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qui...

BBIN SAIMPrima resta qui. Check in era veloce, amichevole al personale. Mi hanno rotto i bicchieri prima e mi hanno raccomandato un negozio di optiche espresse intorno all'angolo.
La stanza era buona, non troppo grande. Doccia calda forte con bidet. Il letto era comodo, ma la cucina era troppo dura per me. Ho un collo rigido la mattina dopo. La piscina era abbastanza grande, ma più per i bambini. Camminando a distanza dalla stazione di baci di Sawah e molte scelte alimentari intorno.Sarà tornato.

However when I was there the hotel was going through renovations for their lobby cafe, this breakfast was at one of the function room. Breakfast selections are not that fancy but sufficient. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who handled everything swiftly while providing all necessary information about the hotel's amenities. Their friendliness and professionalism instantly made me feel at home.
Room Quality:
I stayed in a well-appointed guest room that was both modern and functional. The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with practical touches like a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent mattress that provided restful sleep. Although not large, the space was cleverly utilized, and the city views added a nice urban charm. Amenities like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with quality toiletries were appreciated.

While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience.

The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Quindi se stai cercando caffè, bar, cibo intorno all'hotel, non restare qui. Questo hotel è attaccato ad una sala di conferenza che credo sia popolare per i matrimoni. Così potrebbe essere pieno e rumore se ci sia un matrimonio o un evento in corso. La colazione è buona e conveniente.Il servizio complessivo è molto buono.Tutti i dipendenti cercano di rendere gli ospiti felici.
Il caffè è buono se si attene alla cucina indonesiana standard.Abbiamo provato la Tom Yam Goong Soppa e non era del tutto giusto! Ma, per tutta la giustizia, il manager di F&B non ci ha fatto pagare dopo avergli dato il feedback.
Probabilmente rimarrà se avremo incontri in quel modo.

SShah RomanoThis Hotel is excellent for its customer services, all relevant staff are quite helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast spread is superb and taste very good. Location is a definite advantage.
Regarding the room I occupied, being a 5-star rated hotel and carrying international brand, the room's condition could be upgraded as wear-and-tear of furnishings are clearly visible and looks bit outdated, particularly the TV and the chair. Do pay attention to the floor of bathroom which gets slippery when wet and most hotels nowadays do not use shower curtain anymore as water easily splashes onto the floor, and coming out from the bathtub poses real threat of slip to elderly and child. The room's air suction in bathroom did not function.
Although I gave 5 stars to location, cleanliness and services, I could only give overall 4 stars due to the room's condition where I occupied for 2 nights.
