DDenise KSTMe and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted.
Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby.
The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed.
They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip.
It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids.
Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better.
The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel.
Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it.
Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers.
I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel.
Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

UUtente ospiteTutto era grande, tranne un incidente molto sgradevole: una sera mia moglie e due anni dormivano in camera e il mio amico e io bevevo un po' tardi nel lobby. A mezzanotte mia moglie mi chiamava e disse che due uomini erano entrati nella stanza e si sono spostati, gridavano e svegliavano il bambino, che era molto turbato come mia moglie. Sono andato alla ricezione, molto visivamente agitata dall'incidente, perché qualsiasi cosa potrebbe succedere se gli stranieri potessero entrare nella vostra stanza a metà della notte - c'era una rapida scusa e diceva che era un errore che avevano dato a qualcun altro la nostra stanza. Per un hotel a 5 stelle non mi aspettavo un errore così grave e avrei aspettato qualcosa di più per scusarmi per il incidente.

UUtente ospiteOvviamente, l'hotel non è nuovo, ma ci sono molti vantaggi per ogni minus (e non molti) ci sono. Il territorio è pensato così, nonostante il numero elevato di ospiti, nessuno è difficile interferire tra loro. Tutte le camere del palazzo principale con vista sul mare, ma la metà di loro andavano anche all'azienda, in uno di questi al terzo piano, vivevamo. Era rumoroso dalle tubature che vi erano. Il balcone doveva essere usato solo per la secchezza dei vestiti. Anche se le conoscenze che vivevano più lontano da noi sul corridoio 5-room hanno detto che erano tranquilli. Ma ci sono molti luoghi con belle viste. E grazie alla presenza di un pierre e la posizione delle piscine, è possibile risalire al sole fino al sorgere del sole. La camera è una camera sicura, il minibar è incluso. Il personale è molto, la zona è pulita. L'animazione è buona, tutto il giorno può essere fatto se vuoi. La cena è diversa, deliziosa, le bevande sono di qualità, il marchio è incluso. I gelati, cocktail di latte, noci, ecc .... frigoriferi con acqua e Iran sono convenientemente situati in tutto il territorio. Tutte incluse possono essere usate fino alla sera del giorno di partenza, anche il giorno di arrivo indossare un braccialetto immediatamente prima del soggiorno.Il taxi che può essere ordinato all'hotel a Erjan Airport vale 2800 lire, è costoso. Andando per 2000 lire, i locali hanno ordinato un taxi. In generale, una grande opzione per il riposo familiare per un denaro ragionevole.

AAlenaNoi vorremmo tornare. Hotel familiare cosi' bello per i fine settimana tranquilli, ma non per le giovani aziende.
Più: la stanza era pronta prima del check-in e hanno notato che uno di noi ha un compleanno, così hanno dato frutta e bottiglia di vino come complimento, Wi-Fi, anche. La stanza era bella e pulita.
Il ristorante ha abbastanza differenze, anche il colazione ha tante opzioni per mangiare. In generale, ogni pasto era grande, al pranzo hanno anche un cibo di mare.
Personale indiano a volte non capisce se menzionano scherzi brutti e poi aspettano una buona conversazione con loro. Ma dopo alcune scherzi ho perso qualsiasi motivazione a parlare con loro in generale.
Purtroppo non c'è un bagno in piscina e si deve usare uno vicino alla ricezione, questo è inconfortabile e si deve aspettare fino a quando si si secca.
Le bevande 50/50, la birra è buona, il vino non ci piaceva.Inoltre non ci sono bottiglie d'acqua, quindi è sempre necessario chiedere un bicchiere d'acqua al bar.
La piscina è super grande questo è davvero cool perché tutti hanno abbastanza spazio per giochi e raffreddamento.

There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.
Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra stanza era situata, e quindi abbiamo sentito i bar molto rumorosi ogni notte. La maggior parte dei bar erano karaoke o azioni di tributo con i clienti cantando insieme, così anche con la porta balcone chiusa si poteva sentirlo come se fossi là!!Personalmente non mi piacevano i letti solari che erano sull'erba, ottenere piedi disgustosi e letti solari. A causa delle persone che entrano e escono dalla piscina, si inizia a ottenere patch muti. Le ombre del sole non sono mobili e i letti del sole sono abbastanza pacchetti in una stanza così poco per spostare il letto del sole nell'ombra. La cena era grande. Il personale del bar è molto amichevole. Gli ascensori sono troppo piccoli per un hotel così grande, quindi siete in attesa di un ascensore. Abbiamo finito sulla spiaggia per la maggior parte dei giorni, bella spiaggia pulita. È economico ottenere letti solari per il giorno.

UUtente ospiteI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Ayia Napa. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. The location was ideal – close enough to the main square and the ***** to walk there easily, but far enough away that it was quiet at night and I was able to get a good night’s sleep.
The only downside was the air conditioning. The hotel had set a minimum temperature that couldn’t be lowered, so the room never got as cool as I would have liked, especially during the warmer nights.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient yet peaceful location.

UUtente ospiteAll the staff especially the asian were very polite, extremely polite, helpful and eager to attend. Always smiling, grreting attentive and very tactful. All the staff related to cooking and serving food were wearing gloves and hair covers.
Everything spotless bathroom fully stocked with everything, including tooth brushes, and vanity box.
Fresh milk and cream and bisciuts every day for tea and coffee in the room.
Limited parking is available, not enough by far for the size of the hotel. The check in desk went out of their way to help me personally to park my car and carried our suitcase in our room.
I would definetely return to this hotel.
