Dopo aver lasciato la casa, può continuare a visitare, e poi richiedere all'hotel di trasmettere il bagaglio direttamente al porto, estremamente conveniente.

L’albergo in una zona molto comoda. La stanza è pulita e accogliente ed il personale è estremamente gentile e di aiuto.. Lo raccomando

I think it is unfair that this hotel has a low score on Trip.com. The reason I say this is because people were either looking for a “cheap hotel” in Hiroshima and were surprised by how far it is from Hiroshima Station and the city center, or they assumed the hotel was located on Miyajima Island. Since there are only five reviews on Trip.com as I am writing this, I want to make clear who this hotel is suitable for and who it is not. This hotel is perfect for people who want to stay as close as possible to the Miyajima ferry and spend just one night before heading to the island the next morning. You can reach the ferry either by walking (around 30 minutes) or by taking the local tram (around a 10–15 minute ride). This hotel is not a good fit if you want to stay in Hiroshima and explore the city. It is not close to Hiroshima Station, the city center, or any sightseeing spots. The area around the hotel also offers nothing, there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so take that into account. However, if your plan is to stay one night and go to Miyajima Island as early as possible the next morning, and you are traveling with limited luggage (do not bring large suitcases or any heavy luggage), then this hotel is a good choice. We had our main luggage sent to our hotel next to Hiroshima Station and only carried a small 5 kg carry-on with clothes for the next day. The walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel was about 10–15 minutes, and it was not as difficult as some reviews made it sound. Just use Google Maps and you will be fine. About the hotel itself, because of what we read, we expected nothing, but we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process, done by machine, was instant and smooth with no issues at all. Sometimes I really wonder what people are doing when I read their experiences. The room itself was more than fine. You have all the amenities you need, the room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, the bed was big enough for us, the hotel was clean, and overall it felt like a good hotel. I was even surprised that the hotel had a laundry room.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For the price, it offers great value. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but the January 5th evening shift staff member was not friendly at all. On the night of January 5, this male staff member was quite unhelpful and rude. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and I had confirmed ahead of time that the hotel could receive it. When I asked about it, he said they hadn’t received any packages. I explained that the building’s address might be shared and that it could have been delivered to the neighboring property (this had happened before, and another staff member had kindly helped me retrieve it). However, he simply told me to contact the delivery company myself and walked away abruptly. Since I don’t speak Japanese, it was difficult for me to handle the issue alone. I chose a hotel with front desk service specifically for help in such situations. The next morning, I spoke to another staff member, who kindly said they would look into it. Later, they found the package, which indeed had been delivered to the neighboring building. That evening, I was finally able to collect it—but it had been opened. The staff apologized repeatedly, and I accepted their apology, but thinking back, it does raise some concern. The opened package contained over-the-counter medicine, and the box was clearly labeled as such. If there was any suspicion, I believe it would have been more appropriate to verify with the guest upon pickup or report it to the authorities, rather than open the package privately. Overall, the hotel’s hardware and location are excellent, and the staff are generally polite. I just hope that management can improve staff training and establish a better procedure for handling delivered packages to ensure a more professional experience in the future.

此次日本行住過的最好飯店。畢竟是G7廣島峯會的會議酒店，硬件設施和軟件服務都非常棒。廣島站到酒店有免費穿梭大巴，每天七次來回，絕對方便。從客房就可欣賞瀨户內海的日出日落。酒店的早餐太豐盛了，在23樓，邊吃早餐邊觀賞無敵海景。

La stanza che mi hanno dato era rivolta a ovest e potevo vedere il fiume. Il tramonto serale era molto bello. Sebbene fosse un po' rumoroso perché era vicino alla strada, ho potuto ignorarlo perché era di fronte al Parco della Pace. La sua posizione era eccellente, quindi ho potuto tollerare tutti i suoi difetti. Bisogna prestare particolare attenzione alla tessera della stanza di questo hotel. Se la si perde, non si può effettuare il check-in gratuitamente. Bisogna pagare 9.000 yen per una tessera sostitutiva, quindi bisogna tenerla al sicuro dopo essere usciti.

La posizione è molto centrale, molte possibilità di mangiare nelle vicinanze, anche molti negozi sono molto vicini all'hotel. Peace Museum e Peace Memorial Park sono a circa 15 minuti a piedi. La colazione all'hotel è moderata, che riguarda sia la scelta dei pasti che le località in cui si svolge la colazione, potrebbe essere molto piena e stretta. La stanza che avevamo era abbastanza piccola per due persone, ma pulita, WiFi in hotel è debole. In generale, questo hotel è completamente ok per un breve soggiorno a Hiroshima.

La posizione è eccellente, con rapido accesso al Shinkansen sul secondo piano, e il terminale di autobus sul primo. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile e amichevole durante l'ispezione, e mi hanno anche portato il bagaglio dopo averlo lasciato per esplorare la città. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa, anche con la mia bagagli aperta. La colazione era bella e diversa, ma alcuni piatti erano leggermente freddi. Vorrei restare qui di nuovo.

Di recente ho soggiornato al Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima per alcune notti: era la mia seconda visita. Nel complesso, è un posto fantastico, ma sono iniziati a emergere alcuni piccoli problemi. Aspetti positivi: Il personale è meraviglioso, cordiale e attento. Ogni giorno vengono forniti asciugamani, pigiami e prodotti per la pulizia. Ottima posizione, comoda per esplorare Hiroshima. Aree di miglioramento: Docce limitate: solo tre per piano, condivise da molti ospiti. Nelle ore di punta, potresti aspettare più di un'ora e, a quel punto, le docce possono essere un po' sporche (ad esempio, capelli lasciati indietro). Collo di bottiglia per la lavanderia: ogni piano ha solo una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice. L'asciugatrice è particolarmente lenta: ci sono voluti quattro cicli da 30 minuti solo per asciugare sei magliette. I distributori automatici mancano di varietà: niente cola o Pepsi, solo birra e acqua. Non è un problema importante, ma vale la pena segnalarlo. L'accesso al frigorifero è scomodo: il frigorifero comune si trova dietro la reception, il che significa che devi consegnare gli articoli al personale. Un piccolo frigorifero su ogni piano sarebbe molto più pratico. Materassi usurati: i materassi in memory foam sono sprofondati per l'uso eccessivo. Non sono stati girati o sostituiti, il che porta a un sonno scomodo e dolori alla schiena/all'anca. Considerazioni finali: Nonostante questi aspetti negativi, ci tornerei. Tuttavia, gli ospiti devono essere preparati ad alcuni piccoli inconvenienti.
