Staff friendly and helpful. Wheelchair room with walled in views. For a person who cannot walk, shower with a ledge and challeges person in wheelchair to transfter to shower chair. Beds comfortable, towels soft. Breakfast is the expected standard for a 5 star hotel, nothing extra-ordinary. View of the lake is memorable and makes one feel noble to have this view while having breakfast (or any meal). Mr. Tugay, front staff of 20 years, serviced us whenever he saw a need and was very attentive to how to help. We truly appreciated his sincere willingness. The unobstruced view from the retaurant and some of the lakefront rooms are superb. Unfortuanately, the hotel does not have lakefront rooms for reduced mobility clients.

A business trip in Sept in the area of Neuchatel, and this hotel was the one booked for us. So here are the findings and my thoughts about this hotel. Location - just outside the city of Neuchatel, about 6 km from the city center, right next to the highway. A very generous parking lot in front and to the side of the hotel provides the spot to park your vehicle. Not very big in size - but with a very good number of rooms , so even if you a travelling with a larger group it can be a good option. Check-in and check-out went very smooth and easy, front desk staff had a professional approach, and the communication in English language went easily. The room that I've got was big, by all standards , and with a generous size bathroom - both the room and the bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is another item I would like to highlight - it was fairly basic, but with very good choices available and consisting of quality products - from my perspective even if you stay a week at this place you will still be able to pot together a very good combo for breakfast and not get bored of what is being served. Prices - well once again the prices are ”Swiss” so even if this could be considered a budget hotel, the prices are aligned with the pricing in Switzerland. Overall a very good, just outside of Neuchatel, but if you are not looking for anything fancy this may be just the right option for you.

Beautiful hotel in the very best location. Rooms are newer and relatively nice, the balcony with the view of the harbor and the lake is absolutely fantastic. Nice restaurant and wonderful roof terrace in the house. We had a very nice stay and would stay here again at any time.

Situato al centro, molto pulito. Colazione piuttosto semplice, ma sufficiente. Camere con frigorifero, nuovo, moderno bagno. Ristorante in casa o nelle vicinanze. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Controllare con amichevole con tutto quello che si richiede.

Beautiful setting - alps, marina, greenery - this place has it all. It is a short drive from Geneva airport and a little oasis facing the marina. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped with sockets and usb sockets and an iphone for web browsing during your stay. I had a garden room but all the views were picturesque and the area was tranquil and peaceful. The spa was closed when I stayed so I can't comment on those facilities but just strolling around the marina was relaxing and refreshed me! The light and airy reception was accessed easily by a gentle slope and was central to all the rooms and facilites including the restaruant area. The restaurant was one of the best in-hotel restaurants I have visited. Both lunch and evening meal was a charming blend of light European cuisine and a great local wine list. The service was very good, prompt, we didn't have to wait long for any courses and politely unflustered. All with a backdrop of the marina courtesy of the vast picture windows.
