Andorra: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Parrocchia di Canillo

The location of the hotel is quite away from the main area, about a 15/20 minute walk UP HILL to lifts ect, I would 100% recommend booking minibus at reception to take you to lifts, best to book the day/ morning before. Rooms are warm with good storage spaces for cases and equipment with safe and fridge, beds are good too, and we had a twin room and we separated the beds for our own space, the only down side is that you don't have plugs but the bedsides these are located by the dess/ dresser opposite so not much of a problem. Also rooms have a large window that opens inwards, so if you have kids please keep this in mind as they open right up. Also keep on mind that reception is at top of hotel at level 5 and room, ski lockers and spa are below. Food is at a good standard when it comes to Breakfast, all that you need to start off you're day times are from 07.30 to 09.30 and this is the same for dinner 19.30 to 21.30, but you can still order food throughout the day portions are a good size and not expensive Spa is to a good standard, this you have to book and you have 1 x free pass to this for you stay, after that it's 9 euros per person. Over all a Very good hotel and a good environment, entertainment in evenings from magic to live music that is chilled in the bar area

Ho soggiornato qui in precedenza nel 2023 e questo soggiorno non era diverso da allora. Il soggiorno era davvero buono. Il personale è così attento e la receptionista femminile a colazione e cena era super bello e doveva conoscerci come se fossimo amici. Quello che è stato bello è che ci ricordava dalla nostra precedente visita. L'atmosfera intorno all'hotel aveva una buona vibrazione. I trasferimenti da / dall'hotel alla gondola erano grandi. I conducenti sono sempre disposti ad aiutare con lo sci. Se torneremo a Andorra (sì, lo faremo) allora cercheremo di rimanere qui.

What a super hotel!! Me and a friend visited this hotel for a 4 night ski trip, and it could not have been more perfect for what we needed! Firstly, the staff were truly brilliant! Everyone from the reception staff, to the bar staff, to the restaurant staff; everyone one of them were great. Very knowledgable and happy to help, with nice little touches like remembering your regular drinks order at dinner. They all made it a very personable stay. Secondly, the food. We booked a half board meal plan with our stay, which meant we got breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was fab! It was huge buffet selection of anything from fresh pastries, fresh fruit, cooked options and cold meats and cheeses. You then had the use of unlimited fresh ground coffee and fruit juices. A perfect start to any day. Dinner was a slightly different setup, but equally as good. We had a choice of 3 starters and 3 mains every day, with warm bread and olive oil whilst you wait, and then buffet desserts afterwards. They had different choices every day, and they seemed to put in a lot of effort with presentation. Lastly, the room was nice and spacious and furnished exactly how you’d expect in Europe. Very clean and tidy, and lots of wood materials. The hot tub and sauna area was nice. This had to be booked in advance due to covid, but this was better for us as it meant we got it to ourselves. The lobby was nice, especially in the evening. It had a really cosy feel, with lots of comfortable furniture and a nice little pool table. In addition to all of this, one of the best features of this hotel is its location. I’ve never been to a better located hotel for skiing. The walk from the back door to the Gondola station was about 50 metres, which made things soooo easy every day. Plus, we rented skis from Pic Negre 9 which was located there also. It’s a match made in heaven for a ski trip because there’s no wasted time in the mornings, just straight up the mountain. A truly lovely stay at Hotel Bonavida, will definitely return.

Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa exceeded our expectations, delivering an exceptional experience despite its larger size. The team’s attention to detail and the quality of food matched what we typically expect only from boutique hotels—something few larger hotels achieve. Every aspect, from service to amenities, was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Hotel incondizionatamente tenuto, tutto comfort, attrezzature di qualità, eccellente colazione, accoglienza calda e attenta. Situazione geografica perfetta, a distanza dalla nazionale, in un hammock molto tranquillo legato alla collina e senza alcuna difficoltà di parcheggio. Funicamp è a 5 minuti. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno (2 notti ) e ci aspettiamo di fare il punto di caduta per i prossimi soggiorni di sci.

Ho la malattia di Coeliac e sempre combatto per mangiare fuori o in vacanza, ma questo hotel era fantastico, hanno anche un menu separato Gluten Free! Tutto il personale del ristorante era grande, ma Katy (Kathi) era eccellente!! Da quando ho mangiato, era così amichevole e mi ha mostrato intorno a me, mi ha fatto sapere cosa era sicuro da mangiare, e mi ha parlato attraverso il loro menu libero glutine e mi ha sempre fatto fare in modo che mi stassi bene. Mi ha ordinato ogni giorno e un giorno non c'era, ho solo chiesto al cuoco direttamente chi era davvero utile. Questa è la migliore esperienza che abbia mai avuto. vacanza. L'hotel è stato molto bello, con un bel bar aperto alle corse!

Great staff, great hotel. You will want a car ideally and spaces directly outside are limited but think there's paid parking or just up the hill. We stayed to try out grandvalira ski area, which has a lot of mileage but needs decent snow coverage and runs are shorter than the classic alpine resorts - enjoyable nevertheless. Anyway as family with two 15 year old boys we booked two rooms at good rates for 4 nights. Pool / spa was a bonus, you need nominally to book a slot and must wear a cap which you can buy for 3 euros. Breakfasts good and plentiful but bean to cup machine can't really make espresso to speak of. Bar had table football, pool, plus other games so good for a drink and some fun. Didn't try food there in the evening. Rooms very comfortable, quiet. Shower works fine but don't expect a torrent. Front desk staff lovely (Alex from memory but all the others as well). Recommend without hesitation. One ask to the hotel - gym was way too hot to use, and I'm fit / thin. I practically melted down running easy on treadmill even with the small desk fan and my own portable gym fan. Cooling may be difficult as it's buried deep in the building but ideally a portable Aircon or really strong fan. It's clear nobody uses it as a result since the water wasn't refilled for two days. And not related to the hotel, we found it easier to drive to the long telecabine in encamp to get into the middle of the skiing area, we almost got stuck trying to navigate the tricky lift combo to get back to the Canillo telecabine. Anyway thanks to roc meller team for a lovely stay.

We have 2 young girls so we wanted somewhere close to the slopes so we wouldn’t have to drive , get buses etc. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the gondola, and Canillo itself is the ideal location for beginners/ children, with easy access to more challenging slopes for those with more experience. The hotel was really clean, our room was a great size,, the staff were all super friendly , and the food was good and varied enough for everyone”s tastes (though paella really shouldn’t be spicy!). We will definitely be booking again.

Si buscas un sitio tranquilo, con unas vistas preciosas, habitaciones grandes, limpias y soleadas y tranquilas. Un servicio atento y solucionando cualquier problema que tengas. Aparcamiento enfrente y sitio garantizado. Pequeño spa, con sauna y baño turco. Este es tu sitio. No está en el centro pero compensa con todo lo demás.

Quando siamo arrivati all'El Tarter, siamo stati tutti delusi inizialmente, perché il resort sembrava un po' un edificio e la nostra stanza piuttosto fondamentale, ma l'hotel ci ha cresciuto. - posizione di ascensore sciistico: 9/10 (grande posizione ma passo ghiaccio per salire/scendire prima del volo di 20 passi ghiaccio non) - Colazione 10/10. - Dinner 8/10 (grande che sia servizio di guardia, l'acqua non ovvia è caricabile a 3 euro per bottiglia. Avrei preferito una opzione di formaggio per il dolce) - area bar 8/10 (solo 1 personale così il servizio è lento quando occupato e non tutte le bevande nel menu disponibile. Necessita di più posti a sedere quando è occupato. - camera 8/10 scopo di base ma servito. Abbigliamento e mutandine bellissime. - Spa 7/10 (come bella ma è stata inclusa nel prezzo quando ci prenotiamo. Perché è stato riabilitato e ora è caricabile con bambini consentiti in 12-18h quindi è necessario andare fuori da questi Inizialmente, Crystal Ski ha cercato di non rimborsarci, ma ha pagato solo 100 sterline che non copre il costo. Sauna & vapore non è abbastanza caldo per noi, perché il massimo era di 70 gradi. Troppo piccolo un piscinetto per avere bambini che saltano quando si paga per rilassarsi. - clientele: principalmente spagnolo, inglese, francese. Sfortunatamente, ci sono stati due coppie spagnole con 4 bambini piccoli che hanno guidato tutti pazzi nella zona del bar per più di un'ora. A cena alcuni tavoli (compresi noi) lasciati e tornati più tardi per mangiare in pace. Credi all'hotel, dopo molte denunce hanno ritirato il loro accesso a cena e hanno solo accesso al colazione. Non li abbiamo mai più visto nel bar! Conclusione: ritorneremmo a questo hotel, ma preferiremmo che fosse adulto solo perché alcuni bambini potevano correre intorno al ristorante giocando a nascondersi e cercare.

Stayed in a pleasant modern 1 bedroom apt operated by Pierre et Vacances booked through Crystal Ski. Disappointed to find reception didn't open until 3pm and rooms unavailable until 5pm having been dropped off at bus stop down the road by Crystal transfer coach from Toulouse. However we got into apt soon after 3pm. Reception staff v helpful. Hard to find our ski store room in basement car park and way out. This was also unheated and v wet. Should have hired a locker near lift as hard work with 2 young children walking uphill to gondola or chair lift carrying skis and crossing busy road. We asked for twin beds and got them. Heating good with lots of adjustable radiators for drying gear. No plug for kitchen sink or bath and not available. Toaster caused a power cut but easy to right in fuse box and reception provided a brand new toaster. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and good utensils. Big fridge freezer. Microwave and electric oven and 3 induction rings. Dishwasher and washing machine. Small pack of cleaning stuff provided. Towels and bed linen changed mid week but not cleaned. Fairly quiet except for the odd door bang. Lift. TV with BBC news. Good WiFi. No view. Easy to open windows with roller shutters. Good well lit and ventilated bathroom with bidet, loo and bath(unusable with no plug!) with shower over and drying lines. Not much in village and spoilt by busy main road. Lot of ongoing smart apt devpt. Food shop cafe and a few basic restaurants (pizza/pasta/burger) up steep hill behind (good for takeaways). Neilson Hotel le Clos nearby and has happy hour (-10%) 5.30-6.30. Supermarket 10 min walk down road and good shop in petrol station over the road. We used Euroski hotel's swimming pool and sauna (jacuzzi and steam room not working) 10 mins safe walk up road towards Soldeu. Towels provided but need to buy/hire swim caps. €7/10/14 admission depending on age and what's open. You can also go to Llop Gris pool in village near chair lift. All worked well for us but it's nothing special and lacks real charm and character like most of Andorra.
