Regno Unito: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Perth e Kinross

Sono estremamente deluso dal nostro recente soggiorno all'Atoll Palace Hotel. La nostra prima stanza (215) era esattamente ciò che ci aspettavamo, fino a quando il bagno non si spruzzava la seconda sera, rendendo il bagno inutilizzabile. Dopo aver segnalato il difetto, ci fu detto di imballare tutti i nostri beni e di venire alla ricezione per essere assegnati un altro locale; a questo punto era tardi la sera e siamo pronti a letto. Ci trasferissimo in una stanza notevolmente inferiore, senza vista sul valle, un letto più piccolo, nessun bagno e in generale nessun posto vicino al standard della stanza che avevamo pagato. Per peggiorare le cose, il bagno nella sala di sostituzione sembrava anche avere problemi di drenaggio, guarnire e riempire il rino quando si spruzzava. Poi sono tornato alla ricezione, solo per trovarlo inaspettato, e alla fine ho trovato il portatore notturno che ha fatto il suo meglio per aiutare, nonostante fosse chiaramente lasciato per affrontare una situazione difficile. Ci ha finalmente trasferiti in una stanza adatta, ma la serata è stata rovinata da allora.  La parte più deludente è stata la mancanza di servizio al cliente in seguito, e mia moglie ha scritto direttamente all'hotel e al direttore per sollevare le nostre preoccupazioni e dare loro l'opportunità di risolvere la questione in privato. Nonostante ciò, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna riconoscenza o risposta. Le questioni di manutenzione possono verificarsi in qualsiasi hotel. Qual è la loro gestione. Purtroppo, trasferirsi in una stanza di classe inferiore, avere ulteriori problemi di manutenzione, e poi essere completamente ignorati in seguito, ci ha lasciato sentire che la soddisfazione dei clienti non è semplicemente una priorità. Ci aspettavamo molto meglio da un hotel con la reputazione di Atholl Palace e non possiamo raccomandarlo sulla base della nostra esperienza. “Saremmo ancora lieti dell’opportunità che l’hotel ci contatta e risolva la questione”.

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade. Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too. The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax. Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Great location for town centre and though we didn’t drive there was a very large carpark. Got into room half hour early. Room was a double deluxe and a good size. Very clean, can’t fault cleanliness anywhere in the hotel. En-suite was spotless. Room bed was very comfortable. Iron, ironing board, fan, robes and slippers provided. Coffee machine as well as kettle with tea, normal coffee and hot chocolate. Bar was well stocked and a competitive price for for town. Breakfast had a good selection for both continental and hot offerings. Swimming pool is good to have and was well used but never overly busy. Main areas were nicely decorated and furnished and complimented the building but the decor in the likes of the halls and stairways as well as the bedroom itself in need of a bit of modernisation. All in all a very good stay and would return.

Warm welcome and drink on arrival nice touch! Right next to train station so perfect location. The toilets at the bar smelt really bad! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable although was too warm. We used the fan provided but was noisy so turned this off at night. Breakfast average not a fan of buffet breakfast but my friend enjoyed her breakfast overall a great stay and staff members were very helpful!

Ma è stato valutato come ”il miglior B&B”. Abbiamo guidato dall'inverness la notte, e il proprietario ci chiederà di arrivare attraverso Trip.com.Quando arriveremo, il proprietario ci aspetta. La piccola casa è molto carina, c'è un piccolo parcheggio, può parcheggiare otto auto.Tutto è ben organizzato, la stanza è molto grande e pulita.C'è una lista di colazione della stanza di notte, è necessario selezionare ciò che vuoi mangiare con un segnale e mettere sul tavolo della porta. C'è anche un modulo per la colazione selezionata.Il proprietario prenderà la sera e prepara la colazione secondo due moduli il giorno dopo. L'ultimo giorno di settembre, ho aperto il riscaldamento, volevo dire che era troppo esagerato. Quindi dormire fino a mezzanotte e trovare il riscaldamento è davvero necessario 😂 Quando il negozio fornisce la colazione la mattina, si dirà dove andare, e poi ci dirà come andare.Puoi mettere la macchina e il bagaglio qui, camminare per la distilleria atoll Blair circa un chilometro, e il paesaggio sulla strada è molto bello. On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel. Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful. Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.

Unglaublich freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Öffentlicher Parkplatz keine 3 Min Fußweg entfernt. Über Nacht auch kostenfrei. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch auch einen gewissen Charme. Leider etwas hellhörig, bei dem Preis aber auch ok.

Away for 2 nights. Room spacious. Bit dusty in some parts. Bedding clean. Bathroom excellent. Spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Loads to choose from.Varied cooked options. Excellent service. Bar cosy. Had dinner in the hotel one evening. Very good. Lovely hotel set in the Perthshire countryside but not too far from Perth city centre. Hotel traditionally furnished with Scottish themes. Tartan upholstery and furnishings. Local framed pictures throughout. Hotel had varied nationalities staying,proving popular with foreign tourists.

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, il proprietario del ristorante è molto gentile, il servizio è molto buono, silenzioso, prezzo economico, adatto per il viaggio di svago e l'ambiente circostante è bello.La prossima volta vi si rimanderà, e gli amici che amano il riposo possono scegliere questo hotel.
