Lovely break celebrating my mums 80th birthday.  Enjoyed use of the spa and tennis courts. Twin room small but very comfortable with a great view and lovely wallpaper.  Food in the bar and restaurant was delicious but a little pricey and not much choice for my fussy teenager.  Overall a nice relaxing time and we lucked out with the weather. Will look for special offers to return with my husband

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade. Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too. The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax. Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

L'hotel si promove come un cane amico, ma si trova solo nei cani nel dormitorio allegato. I cani non sono ammessi in nessuna parte della principale reception, zona da pranzo, ecc così non è un hotel amico per cani. Poiché i proprietari erano limitati, non era opportuno lasciare il nostro cane in un luogo non familiare senza supervisione, perché è diventato molto ansioso. Se sapessi che non era possibile, non avrei mai prenotato. Una nota positiva il giovane Rory che lavorava nella sala da pranzo ha dato un buon livello di servizio, ascoltato le nostre preoccupazioni e non poteva più essere attento. È importante sottolineare questo e ovvio quanto duro lavorava mentre noi dove ci 😀 Si prega di notare che la foto caricata è stata presa in un altro locale hotel amico cane ‘Mckays’ che ha effettivamente consentito cani nel bar e nelle aree comuni come dovrebbe essere - Signor Presidente, signore.

A lovely hotel in a quiet setting. Bar service was a bit slow but available most times during the day. Food service was ok. Breakfast was good… wide variety… although fruit could have been fresher, ( apple was brown). Dinner at night was ok. Entertainer was good, enjoyed his music and cheerfulness. Difficult to get a taxi on the day we left and was pouring with rain. Staff were really helpful and took us to the train for which we were really grateful! I suggest booking a cab the day before. Our room was comfortable and a good size. However the bathroom window curtains need attention. A shower curtain pinned up with press studs wasn’t appropriate for security and privacy! We would stay again.

Ma è stato valutato come ”il miglior B&B”. Abbiamo guidato dall'inverness la notte, e il proprietario ci chiederà di arrivare attraverso Trip.com.Quando arriveremo, il proprietario ci aspetta. La piccola casa è molto carina, c'è un piccolo parcheggio, può parcheggiare otto auto.Tutto è ben organizzato, la stanza è molto grande e pulita.C'è una lista di colazione della stanza di notte, è necessario selezionare ciò che vuoi mangiare con un segnale e mettere sul tavolo della porta. C'è anche un modulo per la colazione selezionata.Il proprietario prenderà la sera e prepara la colazione secondo due moduli il giorno dopo. L'ultimo giorno di settembre, ho aperto il riscaldamento, volevo dire che era troppo esagerato. Quindi dormire fino a mezzanotte e trovare il riscaldamento è davvero necessario 😂 Quando il negozio fornisce la colazione la mattina, si dirà dove andare, e poi ci dirà come andare.Puoi mettere la macchina e il bagaglio qui, camminare per la distilleria atoll Blair circa un chilometro, e il paesaggio sulla strada è molto bello. Grande stanza & eccellente servizio

Location was perfect to our needs and all staff extremely pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful (Only very slight negative was that TV in our room had no reception - we didn’t advise staff since we were only staying the one night so had minimal impact)

On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel. Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful. Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.

Unglaublich freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Öffentlicher Parkplatz keine 3 Min Fußweg entfernt. Über Nacht auch kostenfrei. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch auch einen gewissen Charme. Leider etwas hellhörig, bei dem Preis aber auch ok.

Due bagni, due bagni, suddivisi in due piani superiori e inferiori, c'è un grande balcone che può mangiare sul tavolo balcone!Ha il proprio parcheggio e il parcheggio è conveniente.La prateria è molto grande, adatto per i genitori!È una posizione un po' lontana, l'ambiente generale è molto buono 👍
