UUtente anonimoL'hotel è v nuovo, appena aperto di recente, così le strutture sono molto fredde. E 'come metà ostello metà hotel vibe dove c'è uno spazio comune, palestra e cucina al livello 1. La palestra è super cool, si dovrebbe controllare se hai tempo, ci sono piccole TV davanti che potrebbero mostrare video di guida di esercizio.
La cucina può a volte diventare sporca, soprattutto la bassa, può essere orologio e ha volare. In generale, riempire l'acqua al bassa, così si può pensare e diventare molto disgustoso.
Non ci sono scarpe, tostapane, pasta dentale, caffè, tè e acqua fornite nella stanza. Senza scarpe, può essere molto freddo entrare nel bagno. La stanza è piuttosto buia, non c'è una lampada al di sopra della stanza, quindi è progettata in modo da tornare all'hotel e dormire. Non si può anche ottenere luce vicino alla fine della stanza.
Il personale ha detto che si prenderà cura ogni 4 giorni, quindi diciamo che si rimanga in piedi per 3 giorni, nessuno verrà a pulire la stanza per voi. Buon e cattivo.
L'hotel Wi-Fi a volte perde la connessione, forse ci sono troppe persone che usano, non sono sicuro, ma è piuttosto fastidioso.
Il docciatore è troppo alto, sicuramente superiore a 2 m, non facile da usare.
La posizione è v accessibile, c'è una stazione ferroviaria chiamata Queen Victoria Market vicino e si trova all'interno della zona ferroviaria gratuita. Se ti piace il cibo asiatico, soprattutto cinese/malaysia, ci sono molte opzioni da scegliere tra

UUtente ospiteThe hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip.
Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

JJo2808I recently stayed at Citadines on Bourke Melbourne for 8 nights and overall had a good experience, which I would rate around 4 out of 5 stars.
The location is excellent and the hotel offers good value for a stay in Melbourne’s CBD. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and I appreciated that housekeeping was provided every two days rather than daily, which I was perfectly happy with.
However, there were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent during my stay. On several occasions, floor towels were not replaced, some areas of the room appeared to be missed during cleaning, pillow covers were not changed when expected, and not all toiletries were refilled. It was frustrating to discover there was no soap or shampoo while already in the shower, requiring a call to reception and a wait for replenishment.
The shower itself could also be improved, as the hot water temperature fluctuated quite noticeably between hot and cold, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower.
There were also a couple of minor inconveniences upon arrival. The parking, while available, costs approximately AUD $45 per day and the process of locating and accessing it was somewhat confusing on the first day. Additionally, there was no HDMI cable in the room, which meant I had to request one from reception. Housekeeping also occasionally forgot to clear the trash, which added to the inconsistency of the service.
The kitchenette could also be better equipped. I found the dustbin to be quite small for an extended stay, the knives were not very sharp, and there was no chopping board provided, which made preparing meals less convenient.
On a positive note, after our 8-night stay, the hotel was able to provide us with a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was appreciated and helped end the stay on a better note.
Despite these issues, the staff were generally helpful when assistance was needed, and the overall stay was pleasant. With a little more attention to housekeeping consistency, maintenance, and guest amenities, this hotel could easily provide an even better experience. Overall, I would still consider staying here again due to the great location and comfortable accommodation.

RRO_+I had a very pleasant stay overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. I also enjoyed the view, it was fresh and satisfying. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

RRitaXAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno qui. Il servizio era eccellente, e le risposte erano molto veloci. Molto consigliato! Ci sarebbe certamente rimasto qui quando visitare Melbourne. La posizione è conveniente, con facile accesso al trasporto, alimenti e shopping.

UUtente ospiteWe booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid.
What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though.
However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown ****** Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

Erano tutti molto sorridenti, accoglienti e cordiali.
Il bagno è pulitissimo. Apprezzo la quantità di caffè, tè e latte offerti, anche se è solo per una notte. Il letto è ok, ma ho sentito un odore di muffa, che potrebbe essere la moquette 🤔
L'unica cosa che mi impedirà di prenotare di nuovo è il rumore proveniente dalla strada. Non capisco perché sia ancora così rumoroso dopo mezzanotte.
