Australia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Victoria

I recently stayed at the Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were spiders and signs of poor housekeeping, which made my stay less comfortable than expected. While the hotel offers good service and a decent location, the room cleanliness needs improvement. Room number 41.

Our room was quite reasonable, however we were disappointed that the fridge had no freezer compartment. We have medication that needs to be kept cold while travelling, so have freezable ice bricks with us. We had to take these to reception and request that they be placed in a hotel freezer - this wasn't very convenient. We asked the Receptionist about a major tourist attraction in town. She didn't seem interested in telling us.more about it, suggesting that we look it up on social media. She didn't think the hotel had any brochures on this attraction - we found one there and then followed up with the Visitor Information Centre in town. Probably the most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the condition of the grounds. We had to walk through them to get to Reception. The garden is very neglected and the ponds throughout the garden are full of dirty stagnant water. We.would.not stay there again.

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Compact apartment but served its purpose. We were missing some crockery but reception assisted with this and also gave us some blankets up on request. The 2 single beds are on casters but no brakes. The main room had a great views of the city. Jack & Jill bathroom worked fine. We were not advised of the roadworks outside the property prior to booking. The night works ( 1800-0230) were noisy despite being on the 21st floor. The parking was good once we worked out where to go as the main entry was closed upon our arrival as the road was closed. What makes it difficult if driving, is to find somewhere to park prior to checking in to the apartments to collect the keys and garage keys as the other roads are busy. That’s not the apartments fault but frustrating for the customers and staff. Once the roadworks are completed I’m sure it’ll be a lot easier.

Great hotel with excellent service and value for money. I accidentally left 700 AUD in the room safe after check-out and only realized it at the airport. The staff handled it quickly and professionally, and I got my money back without any hassle. The hotel feels very safe and quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff are friendly. The location is perfect — opposite Southern Cross Station, easy for trains and the airport, with a Coles supermarket across the street. The area is very walkable. Tutto è andato bene.Dall'entrata all'uscita. La posizione è bella. Passeggiata alla maggior parte dei luoghi. È andato per un viaggio di fine settimana e ha un colazione gratuito ogni domenica. Credo che l'unica cosa che può essere migliorata sia le scale per i letti di bunker. Installare una superficie piatta invece di una barra che non ferisce salire e scendere.  In generale, molto raccomandato.

Rimasto per 1 notte in autunno. Era un po' prezioso per il mio bilancio. La posizione era buona, era lungo la strada dalla spiaggia ma avrebbe bisogno di una macchina o una bicicletta al centro commerciale principale e ristoranti sull'esplanade. L'appartamento 2-bedroom era bello e spazioso con una cucina completa, frigorifero, microonde e lavanderia. Ensuite & principale bagno. La nostra camera aveva un grande balcone, tuttavia la nostra vista non era grande ma non ha rovinato il soggiorno. Le uniche questioni in cui le divano sono vecchie e non molto confortevoli. Le strutture del resort erano belle con una grande piscina all'aperto che era caldo per una piscina non riscaldata, un grande spa all'aperto che era sempre occupato. Speso la maggior parte del tempo nella piscina all'aperto riscaldata. Il personale era obbligato a farci usare le strutture prima di accedere. L'unica questione era il caffè di colazione Winkipops, il servizio non era professionale, il cibo era medio con la mancanza di presentazione, essi correvano fuori da alcuni degli ingredienti dell'ordine di pasto e invece di consultarmi hanno appena aggiunto altri ingredienti che non erano Il prezzo non rifletteva il pasto o il servizio, quindi non consiglierei di mangiare lì. In generale, consiglio al centro.

Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few issues. When I checked in, the room was not ready even though check-in time was after 2 PM and I arrived after 3 PM. After finally checking in, I found that the shower was broken. I informed reception and was told it would be fixed the next day due to a holiday, but it was never repaired during my stay. I was also a bit concerned about the door lock, as there was no additional or double lock from inside, and the lock jammed once. That said, everything else was good. I liked the location, the area felt safe, there was a shop nearby, and the tram stop was very convenient. The building itself also felt secure, apart from the door lock issue.

I enjoyed my stay at the Inis Styles Melbourne Airport.  The young man , (Teryk) who checked me in was professional and very helpful!.  He took his time and answered my questions even though he was very busy after midnight with many people to attend to. The gym was also very well equipped!   I would stay again and definitely recommend to others.  Thank you!!

La posizione è stata incredibile, a soli 1 minuto a piedi per i nuovi anni di incendio.Pizza, caffè, Bar, Woolies, Aldi, appena in basso l'edificio e il quartiere del centro commerciale Dockland in 3minite, a 2 minuti a piedi per il parcheggio pubblico. Gli appartamenti hanno un parcheggio auto che è necessario pagare in più. 24/7 Desk help. Fully secure. Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno. Le letti nelle stanze erano buone, il divano non era comodo, si sentono letteralmente le primavera che si schiacciano le spalle. Eravamo cinque persone, quindi ci serviva quella letto extra che era deludente.
