Hotel a {{star}} a Lam Dong, ({{countryName}})

A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.

Zur Zeit wird eine Renovierung des Hotels durchgeführt, was für mich nicht weiter störend war. Der Fitnessraum lässt viele Wünsche offen; Geräte teilweise nicht funktionsfähig, keine Handtücher, kein Trinkwasser, keine Klimaanlage - lediglich Fan, wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt. Der Service am Pool ist verbesserungswürdig. Frühstück hauptsächlich asiatisch. Na ja, ich habe pro Übernachtung 29 € gezahlt - also insgesamt in Ordnung.

Ho avuto grandi aspettative, ma sono stato molto irritato dal desk che chiedeva di vedere il mio Visa. Le ho detto che sono entrato legalmente e non sono immigrati. Questo mi ha davvero disturbato come nessuno degli hotel chiese una domanda così burocratica e annoiante. Peggio della Cina. La stanza 101 sembra la peggiore, ha una finestra con una cortina di fronte all'area pubblica e sicuramente abbastanza prima di 8 sono alcuni dipendenti necessari per tagliare le foglie morti mentre non ho privacy. I mosquiti hanno disturbato il mio sonno e il rumore insensato degli ospiti dall'ascensore alle 5:00, un'isolamento sonoro cattivo. Il pranzo era incredibile con una selezione di piaceri culinari. Ben fatto, Il resto del soggiorno era assolutamente meraviglioso, frutta e caffè in una stanza moderna e deliziosa, che comprendeva alcune delle frustrazioni. Per favore, smettila di fare la domanda irritante di visto, mi ha rovinato notevolmente la mente, altrimenti avrei dato un punteggio perfetto.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

La ricevitore è molto amichevole, la camera è spaziosa e confortevole con lavastoviglie, ho preso in prestito un anello di abbigliamento extra per portarlo nella stanza. La stanza ha articoli di cucina di base, abbiamo chiamato il caldo potato

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Love this hotel, the location is so convenient just directly in front of the night market with various shops nearby its surrounding. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints about it. Service was good and the buffet breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Da Lat.

Период проживания: май-июнь 2025 года, номер - бунгало с видом на море. Небольшой, компактный, очень продуманный уютный тихий отель на склоне холма: всего 4 бунгало по 6 номеров в каждом. Хороший достаточно большой бассейн с двумя детскими отделениями. Отель расположен на стыке двух пляжей/бухт с пологим песчаным входом в море. Пляж не разбит морем, можно совершать пешие прогулки по берегу. Отель нас устроил на 100% так как: 1. Отличный просторный светлый номер (Sea View) с панорамными окнами/дверями, с кондиционером и потолочным вентилятором, дополняющими друг-друга, не дующими на кровать. Номер необычной восьмиугольной формы с замечательным видом на море и окружающую природу. Деревянные тактильно приятные полы, добротная деревянная мебель, не новая, но в отличном состоянии, вся техника работает. Хороший напор воды в душе. 2. Вкусные и достаточно разнообразные завтраки. Нет выпечки - только в меру сладкие десерты 2-3 видов. Ассортимент завтраков менялся каждый день, количество и ассортимент блюд зависел от количества проживающих в отеле: от ”шведского” стола до завтрака ”а ла карте” (когда совсем нет людей). Но всегда были свежие фрукты, соки и вкусный кофе. По пятницам и субботам отель предлагает послеобеденный чай/кофе-брейк. Заказанные по отдельному меню блюда и безалкогольные коктейли были очень вкусные! 3. Спокойная мелодичная негромкая релакс-музыка, которая постоянно звучала в ресторане и возле бассейна. 4. Приходилось много ходить. Отель находится на относительном удалении от ”магазинной” части курорта - 30-40 минут спокойным шагом либо 5 минут на такси за 100 рублей. Кроме того, отель расположен на склоне холма, поэтому, чтобы ”добраться” до ресепшн или ресторана, надо преодолеть спуск/подъём по серпантину между бунгало либо по ступенькам под уклон. 5. Нет никаких претензий к персоналу отеля: на ресепшн, с уборкой номеров, в ресторане и бассейне все вопросы решались легко, быстро и доброжелательно. Было крайне приятно, когда в День рождения супруги отель поздравил её открытой с пожеланиями и тортиком: отдельное спасибо менеджменту отеля за это! Из недостатков хотел бы отметить отсутствие специальной зоны для курения. При курении возле бассейна или на террасе ресторана дым сигарет очень мешает отдыху некурящих постояльцев. Резюме по отелю: прекрасное соотношение цена-качество, категорически рекомендую для спокойного и длительного релакс-отдыха!

Our stay was excellent! We really enjoyed it! We could check in early! The room was clean, we had enough space, it was quiet and on a high floor! Two things that could be improved is the quality of the mattress and the blanket could be covered with linen. To be informed the location is not in Mui Ne but definitely closer to the train station (which we preferred for our onward journey!).The service of the staff was good and in general it was a really good stay! We definitely recommend this hotel!

Anche se un po' fuori dalla zona principale del resort /resturaunt, l'hotel Era bella, pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Il negozio lungo la strada ha scooter per noleggio che ci hanno permesso di esplorare molto di più.
