Climate Control & Infrastructure: The in-room AC system is highly efficient, cooling the space to a comfortable temperature within minutes. Additionally, the bathroom is well-proportioned with excellent water pressure and a complete suite of complimentary toiletries. Modern Technology: The inclusion of a Smart TV with seamless access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube significantly enhanced the in-room entertainment experience. Property Ambience: The hotel maintains a highly pleasant olfactory branding strategy; a subtle, welcoming fragrance is consistently present from the main lobby through to the guest corridors. Areas for Improvement (Operational & Service Delivery) Front Desk Engagement: There was a noticeable lack of welcoming engagement from the reception staff during both the check-in and check-out processes. While operations were functional, a more hospitable and customer-centric demeanor would greatly improve the arrival and departure experience. Rigid Housekeeping Policies: When requesting an additional towel, I was informed by housekeeping that this would incur an extra fee. Charging for basic linens feels counterintuitive to a premium guest experience and lacks a guest-first approach. Management Outlook: There appears to be a systemic complacency regarding guest relations, potentially driven by high occupancy rates and strong business demand. High volume should not compromise standard hospitality practices. Conclusion The physical property is in excellent condition, which ultimately guaranteed a comfortable and productive stay. While the hardware of the hotel is top-tier, the software specifically staff hospitality and guest policies requires refinement. Devo iniziare con il mio più alto rating prima. Il servizio fornito dal signore che mi ha controllato è stato di primo livello! Super dolce. Il servizio era 10/10. Non ho fatto altro che una notte e non ho esplorato le strutture, quindi non era giusto dare una scarsa valutazione.  Mentre la posizione stessa era piuttosto tranquilla, certamente mi evitarei questo hotel, solo se non avete il vostro trasporto. È piuttosto impossibile ottenere un pilota Grab fuori da quella posizione, quindi è stato l'unico fallimento per me.

The best thing about the hotel is its location if you’re needing to catch the ferry to Langkawi. Only 50 meters away. The hotel is in close proximity to a mosque so there will be regular calls heard. However I don’t believe that there would be a singular hotel in this town out of earshot. Cleanliness was good. Good working shower. No jug with tea and coffee. Linen provided was clean and appeared in good condition. Overall a good stay.

A pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The rooms are clean and comfortable, while the swimming pool is a great facility for guests, especially families. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides convenient facilities including a restaurant, free parking and Wi-Fi. Overall, a good place to stay in Kangar and highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.”

A little away from the Kangar city centre but shouldn't be a problem if you're traveling by car. A quiet place for a good night sleep. Free and enough parking lots for customers. Should be one of the best hotel in Kangar.

Tutto sull'hotel è accettabile, eccetto il personale, è come se fossero sottopagati e non potessero fare meno del loro lavoro, non amichevole, e cercare di non avere nessun butler o campanello per aiutare con il bagaglio, non aiutare è ok, Mak face è un altro ... Anche ti hanno scoperto di parcheggio al parcheggio a tetto e hanno sostenuto che è per il personale, non ho trovato nessun hotel nel mondo che non privilegia il loro cliente rispetto al loro personale..

Fantastico soggiorno! L'ospite è stato incredibilmente reagente e ha reso tutto il processo senza saldatura. L'unità è in una posizione di prima posizione con rapido, senza sforzo accesso alla strada principale, che ha fatto venire intorno a un vento. Molto raccomandato.

Purtroppo, ho solo soggiornato un giorno, tutto qui è così perfetto, l'apparecchiatura è abbastanza completa, lasciamo che tutti passino un bel giorno, la prossima volta che vengo a questo popolo che deve visitare
