Hotel a 4 stelle in Yucatán, Messico

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

La posizione è estremamente conveniente, vicino al Parco Santa Lucía. Tutto nel centro della città è a pochi passi, quindi non abbiamo mai bisogno di trasporto. L'hotel è ben decorato e accogliente, offre un tranquillo ritorno nel cuore della città. L'unico punto di svolta è stato il Wi-Fi piuttosto lento.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando. Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer. Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.

The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

L'hotel era senza spot, il personale era amichevole e utile, e la posizione non poteva essere migliore, vicino a tutto quello che volevo vedere e fare. Nonostante la sua centralità, era sorprendentemente tranquilla, che rendeva facile rilassarsi.

L'hotel in sé è splendido e ricco di carattere, con camere spaziose che garantiscono un soggiorno confortevole. Tuttavia, un problema che andrebbe affrontato è l'elevato numero di zanzare portatrici di dengue, soprattutto nella zona della piscina.

El hotel está normal, promedio. Desafortunadamente el desayuno estuvo fatal muy poca variedad, la fruta estaba casi podrida, los chilaquiles desabridos de tortilla remojada, huevos “en salsa” quemados y papas insípidas. Una de las cremas que tomamos para el café estaba echada a perder y por poco la bebemos. El personal muy amable. El agua de la regadera tiene un límite por el cual no sale taaan caliente, a simple vista podría parecer que uno se bañará con agua fría. Se percibe un poco más tibia cuando estás bañándote.

Il posto è a passi dalla Montejo Avenue, le camere sono molto pulite. Ha una giornata di fitness, con attrezzature di base ma bene. Inoltre, le strutture sono molto vecchie, il bagno non è stato selezionato per usare solo il bagno o quello che è mobile, non ci sono connessioni USB per il carico di cellulari, in questo momento dovrebbe essere già qualcosa di normale per gli hotel di 4 e 5 stelle. Il lobby, anche se piacevole, è troppo oscuro e come è all'ingresso sembra che l'hotel non sia in servizio. Il cibo mi ha fatto molto costoso ci sono posti molto migliori per mangiare e più accessibili a prezzo.

It’s an OK hotel in a good location (Paseo 60), with lots of restaurants around, right below as well.Feels a bit dated overal.
