Hotel a 3 stelle in Guangxi, Cina

Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

My family and I have been traveling China for a month. We've been to eight cities, stayed in eight different accommodations, and I can confidently say that this hotel in Yangshuo was our most memorable experience. The hotel is at a prime location, on a quaint and quiet road with unobstructed views of the Karst mountains, but also within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, etc. The most lively parts of West Street are approx a ten minute walk away. Transportation to and from the hotel was always convenient. Every time we hailed a Didi it would arrive in less than 2 minutes. The hotel also has a ton of cute vintage scooters to rent, although we didn't go with this option. There's a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a washer/dryer combo machine, which was available 24/7 and super helpful for us. You can order a 20RMB set breakfast the night before for the next morning. We ended up eating breakfast at the hotel every single morning...it's a realy solid assortment of foods. My parents absolutely loved the rice noodles and I really enjoyed the soy milk and youtiao. The unit we stayed in had three beds + three bathrooms, which meant that each of us had had our own space which was greatly appreciated. This particular unit also features a private balcony with incredible views of the mountains. The whole unit was neat, clean, and comfortable and the cleaning staff refreshed our towels, water, and amenities every day. Which helps me segue into the service, which was truly the highlight for me and my family. From the moment we checked in until the very last minute that we checked out, the staff demonstrated attentive, sincere service that made us felt very cared for and at home. I'm traveling with elderly parents, and the staff proactively took our luggage out of the car and carried everything to our room, up a series of stairs that would've been challenging to navigate on our own. When I needed to borrow a tray and knife to cut fruit, a staff kindly brought these items to my room even though it was quite late at night. The cleaning staff noticed we drink a lot of water so they gave us extra bottles every time they refreshed our room. Every private car transfer i.e. from the train station to the hotel, to catch the sunrise (twice), to go from the hotel to the airport, etc. was booked through the front desk, who was able to arrange some of these drivers fairly last minute (although ideally you should give them a heads up earlier). They even helped us book a Li river cruise as a discount, which turned out to be one of the most memorable activities we did in Yangshuo. Whenever I had a question, I would communicate with the front desk via Wechat and they would respond within minutes, sometimes seconds. Essentially all of our needs were fulfilled with the utmost level of professionalism, efficiency, and patience and we simply had positive interactions with every single staff encountered. I want to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable, and I would highly, highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Yangshuo. Should we return to this city, we'd definitely like to stay here again.

Inizialmente, volevamo cenare al Wangjiang Tower, ma abbiamo scoperto che avevano anche una locanda annessa, e per giunta appena ristrutturata. Dopo averne discusso con un amico, abbiamo prenotato subito, peccato solo che il nostro itinerario fosse troppo breve e abbiamo potuto goderci solo una notte. Ma lasciate che ve ne parli bene! Posizione super: proprio di fronte al fiume Li, accanto all'ex residenza di Xu Beihong e alla residenza di Sun Yat-sen. A soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla West Street, super comodo per uscire, mangiare e fare shopping. Esperienza top: una locanda piccola ma graziosa, appena ristrutturata, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Tranquilla pur essendo in una zona vivace, di alta qualità. La reception può anche aiutare a noleggiare scooter elettrici e ottenere sconti sui biglietti per le attrazioni.

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato un hotel a Dazhai, ma all'ultimo minuto abbiamo cambiato e ci siamo trasferiti allo Yunman nel villaggio di Ping'an per ammirare il panorama notturno. L'arredamento era semplice e sembrava gestito con grande cura da una famiglia. La posizione era eccellente, con un'ampia vista; consiglio di prenotare una camera con vista panoramica a 180 gradi! Di notte, con le luci della camera spente, le luci scintillanti sui campi terrazzati creavano un'atmosfera molto romantica. È molto vicino alla zona panoramica di Jiulong Wuhu, dove siamo saliti una volta di giorno e una volta di notte. Abbiamo cenato alla pensione; ci hanno servito un pollo appena macellato e il proprietario si è persino offerto di disossarlo per noi, un gesto davvero gentile. Prima di partire, la batteria della nostra auto si è scaricata e il proprietario ci ha gentilmente prestato dei cavi per farla ripartire.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing hotel. It’s a bit outside the ancient town, but we actually preferred it that way, especially since they offer electric scooters you can use to ride there yourself. This gives you a lot of freedom. We hiked through the valley and went to the starting point by scooter. You can also simply ride around and enjoy the amazing landscapes on the scooter. The room itself is lovely; the hotel is brand new and the view is absolutely stunning. If there hadn’t been a small road in front of the hotel, it would have been even more perfect. The staff (we believe it’s a family) run the hotel together, and that really sets it apart from other hotels in town. Breakfast is cooked with vegetables freshly picked from their garden, and you can also enjoy delicious homemade dinners here. With the help of a translation app, communication was smooth, and they also picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station. Overall, it’s a beautiful, clean, and modern hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the people. Thanks again!

Un'esperienza a cinque stelle al Qinan No. 1 Courtyard! Tutte le strutture sono di alta qualità e lussuose, con bagni di lusso, materassi comodi e attrezzature intelligenti, la qualità non ha nulla da invidiare a un hotel a cinque stelle. Le finestre panoramiche dal pavimento al soffitto si affacciano direttamente sui campi a terrazze, con le nuvole che avvolgono le montagne al mattino e il tramonto che diffonde onde dorate la sera. La terrazza offre una vista ampia e senza ostacoli, permettendoti di ammirare la splendida bellezza di Longji senza uscire di casa. Il cortile è elegante e tranquillo, la scelta perfetta per una vacanza.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. La stazione delle zattere di bambù è a poche centinaia di metri a piedi, ma essendo un punto molto popolare, è consigliabile prenotare in anticipo. Il primo ristorante a destra uscendo dall'hotel è il migliore (questa è la mia opinione dopo averne provati diversi). La piscina è pulita e ci sono alcuni giochi d'acqua. Anche il servizio è eccellente. Dato che il nostro treno ad alta velocità di ritorno era alle 19:00, l'hotel ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-out posticipato alle 14:00 e ci ha anche consentito di aspettare al ristorante al secondo piano fino all'ora di partenza. Ci è piaciuta molto la tipologia di camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, perfetta per tre adulti e un bambino. Anche il prezzo non era caro durante le vacanze estive. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ho già convinto i miei parenti a venire con noi e prenoteremo di nuovo qui.

Questa volta, portare il bambino e vivere in questa folla è davvero fortunato, deve essere arrabbiato! L'hotel è bellissimo, gestito con attenzione, la poscina è piccola ma ha davanti una vista delle montagne spettacolare. La ragazza della reception è stata disponibile ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta. La vasca da bagno in camera davanti alla vetrata con le montagne assolutamente super!
