Hotel a 4 stelle in Louisiana, Stati Uniti d'America

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

L'hotel è appena sopra il casinò. Non c'è bisogno di dire che è magnifico. Basta mangiare, bere e divertirsi al casinò, ma il traffico per andare altrove è un problema. Devi guidare da solo.

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that. Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous. Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

L'impressionante aria interna e il servizio eccellente lo rendono una scelta memorabile per coloro che cercano un soggiorno distintivo e confortevole in questa vivace città.

(2) Dopo aver lasciato l'hotel sopra, l'hotel mi ha inviato $83.05 sulla mia carta di credito, 𣎴 mi ha dato la fattura e la fattura.(se è un costo di parcheggio per un giorno, dovrebbe essere più di $40 yuan).Ho chiamato l'hotel per chiedere, solo una registrazione, nessuna risposta. Alle tre del picco pomeridiano, decine di ospiti sono in fila per entrare. Solo due persone in reception sono in ricezione. Uno di loro è solo membro. Il resto degli ospiti può solo asciugare gli occhi. Un hotel di quattro stelle con più di 1000 camere non dovrebbe essere.

La stanza era magnifica, a pochi passi da dove l'azione è semplicemente bello e tranquillo. Gli ultimi 50 metri prima dell'hotel è dodgy ma c'è un tram a destra dell'hotel se siete preoccupati. Molto bello area piscina e personale super amichevole. Ottimo valore per i soldi.

La posizione è perfetta, la distanza a piedi da tutto ciò che è necessario fare nel centro di New Orleans. La stanza era molto pulita, la camera da bagno era piccola ma comprensibile. Il personale era molto amichevole e bello anche durante un influsso di check-in. Erano ancora piacevoli e bello. Il personale e il cibo del ristorante erano molto carini e alloggiati. Il servizio di valet era extra ma valeva la pena. Non ci sono problemi e il personale erano molto carini. Il frigo per bevande in camera era stato immagazzinato pieno di varietà per l'acquisto. Il personale di custodia era molto amichevole e la stanza era pulita senza dover chiedere nulla. In generale, un buon soggiorno. Questa è la mia prima volta che sono stato in questo hotel nonostante il fatto che non potevo contare troppo spesso. Aggiungerò certamente alla mia rotazione degli hotel per i futuri soggiorni.

Invita l'ingresso con posti a sedere o alloggio con amici e un paio di giochi da tavolo. Parcheggio con valet, non gratis, ma un prezzo ragionevole. Personale utile e camere confortevoli. Anche belle e tranquille nelle camere.

Excellent hotel: clean with friendly staff. Beds very comfortable and staff willing to go out of the way for you eg book taxis and store luggage; open doors etc. wheelchair access is good. Stayed two nights in September 2025. Aircon was a relief from the hot New Orleans weather. Hotel was very quiet at night.
