Vantaggi: il hall è semplicemente luminoso, la stanza è comoda e pulita, la sala è pulita, il ristorante è grande e il WiFi è veloce.Il hall è dotato di caffè, acqua glaciale, specialmente acqua calda è molto intimide, lode!
Dove si deve migliorare:
1. La colazione è un milione di gioielli, poche varietà, specialmente la Cina, non ama davvero mangiare.
Anche se il trattamento con la ricetta richiede la pulizia della stanza prima (spero che la pulizia sia buona prima del mezzogiorno, la pausa di pranzo, il divario di tempo sia molto impegnato), il cameriere ha anche agito lentamente dopo la sera.

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. E 'pulito e confortevole. Il personale è amichevole. Sarebbe meglio se il colazione potesse fornire una maggiore varietà. Il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza è un po' rumoroso, ma la maggior parte degli hotel sono gli stessi.

The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient!
Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier.
Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning.

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

UUtente ospiteIniziamo con il check-in. Dato che siamo arrivati presto a Chicago (9:00), abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 14:00 per il check-in. L'hotel è stato così gentile da tenere gratuitamente i nostri bagagli. Tuttavia, dato che avremmo dovuto camminare per il centro per alcune ore, abbiamo dovuto rifare lo zaino. Sfortunatamente, durante il rifacimento, uno dei nostri passaporti è caduto sul pavimento della hall. Dopo un'ora di panico, dato che abbiamo scoperto lo smarrimento solo a pranzo, siamo tornati in hotel per chiedere se fosse stato consegnato. L'addetto al check-in ci ha praticamente liquidati aprendo un paio di cassetti e ha detto di non sapere nulla. Dopo essere entrati nella stanza, abbiamo chiamato al piano di sotto (Servizio clienti) per chiedere delle pantofole (che non avevano) e abbiamo chiesto di nuovo del passaporto e ci hanno detto di nuovo di no. Il nostro ultimo disperato tentativo è stato semplicemente quello di dare al Servizio clienti il numero e il nome della nostra stanza e chiedere loro di chiamare se e quando lo avessero trovato. Entro 5 minuti dalla nostra chiamata, un'altra persona ha chiamato e ha detto che avevano il nostro passaporto smarrito. È un po' strano che a un passaporto trovato venga data molta priorità, soprattutto quando il nome del passaporto corrisponde al nome della nostra prenotazione.
Inoltre, al momento del check-in, ho sentito che un altro ospite sarebbe rimasto 2 notti e gli era stato detto che per 2 notti non ci sarebbe stata la pulizia della stanza, perché puliscono solo ”a giorni alterni”. Per quanto riguarda noi, siamo rimasti 3 notti e non c'è stato alcun tentativo di pulizia. Vorrei che ci avessero informato di questa disposizione in anticipo e l'avremmo inclusa nel nostro calcolo.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, il tappeto era piuttosto sporco e aveva delle macchie appiccicose e bagnate. Abbiamo dovuto mettere le coperte del letto sul pavimento per non sporcarci i piedi. L'aria condizionata funzionava molto bene, ma non era ben progettata. C'era solo una bocchetta di uscita, era all'altezza della vita e soffiava direttamente su uno dei 2 letti, era molto rumorosa e si accendeva molto periodicamente. Per essere onesti, non abbiamo mai segnalato nessuno di questi problemi in camera, perché non volevamo essere disturbati a cambiare stanza.
Il servizio lavanderia è stato un po' un bonus perché è gratuito. Tuttavia, si trova in una posizione diversa e c'erano solo 1 lavatrice e 1 asciugatrice (per tutti i 2 hotel). Fortunatamente, quando ho voluto fare il bucato, era disponibile. Il lavaggio è andato bene (circa 25 minuti), ma l'asciugatura è durata almeno 90 minuti. Immagino che quando qualcosa è gratuito, non possa essere così buono.
L'ultimo giorno di check-out, ci è stato concesso un check-out posticipato, il che è stato apprezzato.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything.
That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated.
The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay.
Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom.
TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for getting a good night's rest before my flight.
The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was an added bonus.Overall, the value for money at this Holiday Inn is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay near O'Hare Airport. I will definitely stay here again

If you want to cook in the room, you can request some cooking pots, but they were overused and scratched. Their free breakfast is decent. Very nice gym with a peloton bike. Overall, I think this is good option for longer time stay.

La mia cosa più grande era come vecchia molte cose sembravano all'interno. C'era una mini scatola, un super piccolo frigo, una TV senza opzione per Bluetooth o gettare, e la testa del doccia era davvero grossa e grigia, compresa la porta d'ingresso per spostarsi la doccia. Le super mini bottiglia sono fornite per la doccia così si prendono sicuramente le vostre cose durante la notte. Sono felice di avere la stanza standard come sarebbe un indicatore di tornare indietro e ottenere una piscina incluso una che è buono $600. Le gabbie erano polverose, i pulsanti per le luci erano rotti e erano in un luogo davvero strano dove dormire e metterti la testa a. La parte migliore era onestamente il servizio di fronte era super bello e il jacuzzi era ok. Le lastre di letto erano decenti e il letto era comodo, ma mi sentivo come se fossi in acqua in alcuni posti dove avevo bisogno di sostituzione presto.

UUtente ospiteA staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious
