Hotel a 4 stelle in Assam, India

Good service, good service, secured campus, foods are excellent, lift is also protected without key no one can can use the lift that is interesting

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch but the restaurant closes at 10:45pm and they don't keep water bottles even to serve in the room if suppose water shortage occurs.

I recently stayed at Erica Residence in Guwahati, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms that offer all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. The location is also perfect, with easy access to key spots in the city, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. I highly recommend Erica Residence for anyone visiting Guwahati. It’s a home away from home!

Resort is pretty, stay was comfortable. But service was not upto par. We had ordered evening snacks at 6 40 pm which was delivered to our room at 9 pm. We were continuously following up with room service but the only response we received was “we will let you know”. Therefore disappointed with the service.

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all
